3.0On tap @ Au Coin Mousse
Poured a fast fading, off white to tan medium head.
Clear brew, the color is light brown wet sandy soil.
Aroma is yeast, light soy sauce with undertones of sherry, saké and antique wood.
Taste is maillards, sherry, soy sauce and malt.
Low but pronounced acidity.
Bit mouth numbing and funky.

[ As Caulier 28 Brett ].
Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, light caramel, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, leather, horse blanket, funky. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel - pale malt, brett, funky, medium dry. A bit like a light Orval. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180712]

3.4Draught at The Cambrinus Bier Cafe, Bruges, West Flanders, Belgium. Hazy amber with off white head. There is quite a significant yeasty character to this, some tartness, some pear drops. The sourness is there but it is balanced with a sweeter element. Tartish plums perhaps cherry. Decent.
2.915/05/2018 - draught glass @Brasserie 28, Brussels.
Amber colour, medium white head. Nose is brett, bit wood, sweet malts, overripe fruits. Taste is sweet malts, bit caramel, bit lemon, brett.
3.825Apr2018 Sweet, dark fruits, funk, prunes, oak, vineous, blackcurrant. Hazy brown, medium, creamy, off-white head. Light sweet. More dark fruits, alcoholic prunes, sweet oak, more bitter, sweet, dark fruits, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Nice. Bottle at Beer House Club, Florence.
3.6Herbacianej barwy, zamglone. Piana puszysta, trwała, zdobi szkło. W aromacie dzikie nuty, delikatna stajnia. Jest też trochę słodko, owocowo. W smaku wyraźna słodycz, kwaśne na średnim poziomi. Pijalne.
4.0I love my stinky Brettnose❤.
3.7(ample-mousse, l'amertume augmente progressivement, odeur pomme acidulée, pour connaisseurs)
3.5Bottle 33 cl, Edition 2013. Pours a hazy amber to putple with a small yellowish head and an aroma of caramel, fresh apples, vinegar, funk, yeast and oak. The taste is medium sweet, with medium funky notes and a medium lasting bitter finish. I do like it
3.7Bottle from Delhaize, Brugge, consumed at home Thursday 2nd November 2017 in the company of Lynn and Barry cooking Roasted Chicken with Clementine and Ouzo. Pours light amber with a white head. There is a neat little tartness, fruity and there is a soft mouthfeel, almost minty at the edges. Dryness finish, like it. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov15 3.7
3.6Bottle @ Pre-Pils-Festival, Odense. Pours Hazy amber with a White head. Fruity and vinous. Pine and orange. Dry. Good brett , Very clean, in this One.
3.6Dunkbar Pilsnerfestival Pre-tasting. Hazy amber with a lasting white head. Fruity aroma with funky notes of leather and grapefruit peel. Dry fruity flavour with light funky character and a light bitter finish
3.4At the Caulier 28 bar Brussels Central station. Clear brown colour. Lasting beige head. Mostly brown malt aroma. Light brett malty. Lemon finish. Ok. .develops into an interesting brown beer with brett
3.5red shiny body, beige foam. Bretta flavour, which can be found in the taste as well, along with caramel. Astringente in the end. Well balanced bitterness with a right carbonation. Kinda peculiar, as the bretta doesn't cause any issue.
3.3Watching some old Sherlock Holmes episodes with Jeremy Brett, so here’s to him: a wild ale. Poors dark amber with big, medium dense head, slow to disappear, leaving some good lacing. Aroma of brett immediately apparent but not very crisp, some alcohol and some sweet malts. Taste: some tartness, sweet malts too overpowering, alcoholic, watery. Too much carbonation.
4.5Excellent brett beer, well balanced, enough malted and very nice brett yeast tatste
2.8Bottled. Edition 2013. The aroma has sweet caramel tones, some berries, hint of brett but not much. Bit hazy, amber coloured beer with an off-white head. The taste is sweetish, has caramel, some berries. Not impressed.
3.7Bottle. Interesting, rich and relatively complex. Assertive bretty barnyard mixes well with solid caramelly malty base and an interesting moderate coconut woody note. Very light sourness, medium-high sweetness. Slightly off balance, but I do not mind. Tasty.
3.4Bittle kindly donated by Rubin77, many thanks. Hazy orange color with medium light beige head. Aroma of citrus hops, fruity sourness. Taste, malt, nougat, coconut, light sourness in finish. Good.

3.5Draft at Brasserie 28 By Caulier, Brussels. Hazy amber color. Aroma of Brett, wood, dark fruits. Sweet, fruity, notes of vinegar, prunes, caramel, Brett, vanilla, wood. Medium-full bodied, oily, smooth. Nice.
2.8Brettanomyces.
3.7ASPETTO: marrone tendente all’ambrato scuro, decisamente torbido. Schiuma color beige. GUSTO: leggero agrodolce, maltato e fruttato, leggero caramello. Finisce abbastanza secca e persistente.
3.1Barwa bursztynowa z bardzo delikatn? mgie?k?. Piana jest w formie ogromnej, trwa?ej czapy. Ma kolor nieco ?ó?tawy.
Aromat delikatnie kwa?ny z nutami "wiejskimi", dalej owocowo?? w formie octu jab?kowego z agrestem i dodatkiem kolendry.
Nuty owocowe s? wiod?ce i w?a?ciwie jedyne.
3.6Degustation at the source. Cloudy yellow color. Aroma of funky lemon. Taste is peppery dusty tannic citrus. Tasty.
3.533cl Bottle from Vonk. Hazy brownish amber-orange colour, off-white head. Aroma is sour at first, apple juice, later on oak, wood, Brett, light fruity, red apples. Flavour is medium sweet, light malty, light sour, vinegar, Brett, red apples, oak, light funky, light fruity, light cheesy, bittersweet woody finish. Light to medium bodied. Nice.
3.5Dark hazy orange with a good fail top. Funky, malts citrus. Bit sticky sour in the medium finish. Good but not exceptional
