Doesjel is a blend of Lambics that is intended to be Gueuze (so usually 1-2-3 year blend), but for some reason takes longer than normal to ferment in the bottle or doesn't ferment at all. Similar to Cantillon's Loerik.

Vintage 2006. 750ml champagne bottle. From Beer Planet in 2011. Eight years in my cellar. This lambic drink to celebrate my 5000 rating on ratebeer. Little cloudy, colour are amber and russet. Absolutly no head, just like Lambic. Perfestly cellared for almost 9 years will good done. Sour and little acidity, a lot of fruity, white fruit, like white grappe, white currant and mature gooseberry. Acid, friuty and for end white HQ medium dry wine. This first released Doesjel is drink today for dinner. Pairing with fish (Traditional Polish Carp). This day and this Lambic will be for many years on my mind. Cheers!
0.375 l bottle from 'Beergium', bottled in March 2015, cellared for almost two-and-a-half years. A little hazy, deep amber with a thin, white layer. Sweetish, slightly sourish, gently funky and quite fruity aroma of lemon, gooseberry, white grapes, oak, horse blanket and a touch of candied apricot. Just a bit sweet, moderately sour, gently funky and fruity taste of lemon, oak, leather, tobacco, rhubarb, horse blanket and some gooseberry, followed by a medium long, gently tart, rather woody-dry finish. Medium body, gently astringent mouthfeel, nearly flat. Interesting beer, quite tasty, refreshing, the lack of carbonation is not nearly as disturbing as I'd thought.
(2015 bottle sourced from somewhere in Denmark) Pours almost clear deep orange with no head, as expected. Aroma is quite tart, fruity, like a woody, slightly more sour version of 3F OG; notes of red apples, touches of pit fruit, citrus peels, grape?, pretty heavy oak, cellar, light cheese, herbal old hops. Flavour is pretty high tart for a 3F gueuze, with sour apples, tart citrus, apricot hints, lactic but hinting at acetic vinous qualities as well, with moderate wood, musty funk, a bit of old dry leaf hops and a touch of cheese from them. Dry tannic woody finish with lingering tart fruit. Slick medium body, totally flat. Really nice flat lambic with that gueuze complexity, just lacking the sprightly mouthfeel and more mineral qualities.
Aroma: barnyard, fruity, vinous. Taste: lots of barnyard and white wine, some nutmeg, light sourness, somewhat bitter even, the flatness needs some getting used to. Decent taste and depth, absolutely a very fine geuze but then again maybe a bit unexiting.
Piana skąpa, pozostaje niewielki krążek nad piwem, kolor złoto zmętnione.. Aromat kwaskowo dziki, winogrona, jabłka, wszystko subtelne ale wyraźne, przyjemny. Smak świetna owocowość winogron, jabłek, agrestu, brzoskwiń moreli, szorstkie dzikie posmaki, drewno. Wszystko smaki grają słodycz miesza się z akcentami kwaśnymi, pije się wyśmienicie. WOW Brawo
Aus der Flasche (bottled 05.03.2015 / bbe 26.10.2035) im 2018-06 getrunken. Dieser Blend von 1,2 und 3 jährigen Gueuze ist einfach ein Traum. Die Harmonie der Säure, des sanften Hefearoma und der leichten Frucht ist einfach traumhaft. Top!
W aromacie czuć subtelny ocet winny, białe owoce (agrest, może winogrona), dalej skórka jabłka, sporo porzeczki, pestek czereśni, no powiedziałbym, że troszkę w kierunku flandersa się postarzało. Mało ostrych, dzikich nut, chociaż na dalszym planie są gruszki i skóra.

Klasyka. Bardzo fajny orzeźwiający lambik. Lekko dziki, delikatnie skórzany, sporo jabłek świeżej mięty. Bardzo dobry.
375ml bottle. Clear dark yellow / deep amber color. Tiny to almost no head. Bottle opens without any pop or sound so I was bit worries. Peach, sour, acidic, some leather in aroma. Acidic, sour, peaches, bit woody and some limestone in taste. Nice balance. Dry mouthfeel. Acidic, peaches and chalk in aftertaste. Aggressive and mellow at the same time. Solid brew.
Fles 75cl thuis. Erg lekker. Zuur maar niet te, goede balans, droog (4-2011).
Rocznik 2015. Fantastycznie nieskomplikowane, gładkie, skórzaste, cytrynowe, delikatne winogronowe, z ładnie to układającą ziołową goryczką. Tu nie ma co kombinować. Tylko się zachwycać.
Bottle shared@Himmeriget, Copenhagen - Amber golden pour with small white head. Tart furity with notes of citrus fruit, some dried apricot, notes of grape, slight musky, light to medium body, tart fruity finish.
Bottle, August 2016, presumably from Gonzo. Slim haloed brass. Moderate condition with a light tingle of fizz. Minty, slightly orange juicy aroma with smears of dankness, Brie, horses and wet hay. Mellow creamy acidity puckering yet moreish in the house style, provided you have a cast iron stomach and a shot of Gaviscon at the ready. Dank and sour like a lime that fell down the back of the fridge shrivelling for a couple of months. Hint of warming down racehorse. Expensive.
W aromacie lekkie stajenne, słomiane nuty, wydaje się świeższy niż chociażby a&g, lekkie skórzane nuty. W smaku lekko kwaśne, o dziwo spora słodycz została. Na finiszu cierpkie delikatnie. Wysycenie średnie, treściwe, pijalne. Całkiem dobre gueuze.
Fajne piwo, czuc cytrusy w aromacie. Inne owoce zresztą też. Piwo złotawe, przepuszcza światło. W smaku kwaśne, cytrusowe. Alkohol niewyczuwalny. Praktyczny brak goryczki.

Bardzo fajne piwo, dużo owoców, mniej stajni, jest skóra, przede wszystkim w smaku. Nie za mocno kwaśne, dobrze ułożone, naprawdę udane piwo.
(Une bouteille à The Courtyard Decorah): Houblons surrannés dans un liquide entier mais inerte. Très mentholé avec le bouquet bactérien signature et une finale molle de chêne humide qui se colle à longue et complexe acidité.
Kolor żółty, jasno bursztynowy. Piana nieco żółtawa, niezbyt wysoka, ale mocno zbita, drobno ziarnista, w konsystencji kremowa.
Aromat owocowy, wiodące są nuty jabłek, agrestu ale i pomarańcza z brzoskwinią sie tam trafią, jest octowo, z akcentami stajennymi. Jest soczyście i kwaśno.
Smak: tutaj jak wyżej owocowo, jabłka, agrest, białe winogrona, ocet jabłkowy, trochę cytryn. Jest kwaśno, nieco cierpko. W smaku przebija się pestkowa goryczka. Na finiszu pojawia się kminek jak w świeżym pieczywie, urocze.
Wysycenie średnie w kierunku do wysokiego.
Clear golden-amber, very little foam. Nice light acidic nose, fruity and biscuity sourness. Quite low carbo but that is not really a problem. Taste acidic, applepeels and lemon seeds, fragrantly bitter. Nice smooth mouthfeel, juicy but bonedry. Light bitter dry aftertaste, apple peels continue lingering.
Mocno owocowy. Niedojrzałe winogrona, jabłko. Lekko octowy delikatnie cytrusowy.

Still dark gold/copper pour, no head whatsoever. Very tart aroma, almost acidic, horse blanket, funk, citrus, horse blanket, oak. Quite sour, citrus, underripe grape, peels, funk, barnyard, apple cider, wooden notes. Medium body, no carbonation. Pair this with a variety of cheeses.
Bottle @home. Pours orange, like a flame, white head. Nose is orange, lemons, horse urine (hello my old friend), hay and big funk. Taste was sweeter than
expected, still funky, tart, orange.
