3.8Draught at BXL Beer Fest.
Amber-brownish body, with no head.
Aroma of overripe fruits, moderate funk, some cheese, leather, some sugar.
Tastes similar, with a bit more funk.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a flat carbonation.
Finishes medium sweet, a bit funky, leathery, with ripe fruits, slight sugar.
Very nice. More on the sweet side of course, but really well balanced, drinks fresh and not too sugary, with a good amount of Funk. Definitely among the best Faros in my opinion.

3.9On tap. Pours dark golden yellow colour with high white head. Tart, caramelly, bit acidic aroma with notes of sweet apples and earthiness. But acidic, tart, complex abnd silky beginning. Caramelly notes and notes of apples in the middle. Bit sour, bit acidic finish with notes of sweeter apples. Very slight notes of brown sugar, caramel, acidity and apples in the aftertaste. Really well balanced tasty faro. This fro is a material for a novel.

4.4Cask 0.2l at 3 Fonteinen, Lot, Belgium. Pour it clear golden color with small head. Aroma cellar, sweet worth malty note. Taste sweet not sharp, light bitterness on the back smooth note completely, best Faro that i had in my life for sure. Really awesome.
3.5Cask pour at the Taproom. Pours hazy dark orange golden with an off white head. Aroma: barnyard, candy sugar, caramel, apples. Taste: light to moderate sweet - but not overdone, moderate acidity, orange citrus, peach, apples, lemon, hay, woody oak. Light to medium body, soft carb, sweetish finish. One of the better faro style lambics I've sampled, not too sweet

4.5A 200ml pour into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass from the hand pump at 3 Fonteinen lambik-O-droom. It was a cloudy dark orange colour with a one finger white head that had great retention that just stuck around forever and some nice lacing. Amazing aroma, candy sugar, apricot, touch of orange, musty wood, light caramelised apple and caramel. Taste was sweet, but not overly so like other faros I’ve tried. Hay, apricot, brown sugar, woody oak and tea. Creamy, smooth, light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, an amazing faro. The only one I haven’t found to be overly sweet so far, maybe because of the combination with some good flavours.
3.8A pour in the tasting room, Simple but sharp and tart, intense farm flavor, then candy and a touch of caramel.
3.6Draft at 3F. Hazy dark orange golden with off white head. Sweet grains, sugar, light funk, hay, apricot, like old woody oak notes without the fresh vanilla, light apple. Quite sweet, light sour and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Very sweet.
4.1Cask at 3 Fonteinen Lambik Droom. Pours cloudy dark orange with a medium, fizzy off-white head, long retention. Oak notes, lightly sweet grainy-malt and soft fruits with some cellar funk. Light body and medium-high carbonation.

3.7On Draught at Lambik-O-Droom
Pours with a nice straw color with a fluffy white head and some nice lacing on the glass.
The aroma is a bit of funk & a bit of caramel, fruity and inviting... not especially sweeter smelling that the Jonge Lambic, just a touch.
The flavor is that classic tart on sweet thing with a touch of graininess and a nice oak character. The sweetness has a little bit of caramel character to it, but you would really have to be looking for it, just comes across as a lightly sweeter version of the Jonge lambic, which is about how I like Faro.
Delicious
3.7Draft at lambik-O-droom. Pours a glowing orange-gold with a dense, lasting white froth. Nice aroma, with suggestions of tangerine and candies orange peel, faint grass, biscuits. Medium sweet flavour with - thankfully - somewhat restrained sugary character. Modest acidity, some tangerine, hay and grass. Medium bodied with light, massaging carbonation. Sweet finish with moderate citric bite, some further pale bread, lemon. Nice stuff.
3.6Pours hazy amber with low white head. Aroma of apples, green grass, honey. Taste is crisp, tarty, mild funky and grassy finish. Light and crisp body with average carbonation.
3.4@ 3 fonteinen Lambik-o-droom
Very nice aroma with leather notes, nutty, lambiek. Taste is a shock, sweet lambiek. The taste fights and doesn't find its balance. Candy sugar. Sweet lambiek. Palate is a tad wry. Docile beer.
3.6Rami Rami is drinking a Faro by Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen at 3 Fonteinen Lambik-o-Droom
Spora ciekawostka, ryli mocno slodkie, tak jakby melasowo, ale w smaku, w aromacie bardziej mila, owocowa dziczyzna, fajny wynalazek
3.6Un faro plus rond et plus sucré que celui de De Cam, agréable mais un peu trop rond à mon goût;
3.8Bottle at the brewery. Smell of sweet dairy, like honey and milk. Taste is very sweet with honey.
