4.0Flaska 375 ml från Systembolaget. Vintage 2019.
Amber reddish/pink, low head. Fruit and leather, hay, medium full chewy yet sparkly. Barn, leather, tart, pleasant berry, sour sparkle finish.
3.8Bottle at Weathered 2022 (Oogst season 19/20; Blend No. 3). Cloudy pinkish dark orange with small white head. Light raspberry, funk, wood.
3.5zalig aroma van frambozen, helaas mist het de intensiteit die ik verwacht van een frambozen lambiek
4.5Long time wish lister. 375 at about $3 an ounce, yikes! Pours a murky brick red. Aroma is minerality, fresh raspberry, brine, light funk. Flavor is much the same, dry, funky, fruity. Unique, and quite good, though at this price point it'll be hard to have an encore...not to mention I liked Hommage a little better.
4.9Bottle from ISO beers. My number one white whale. I finally get to try this. Found a bottle a ISO beers. Sort of expensive. Deep red amber color. Still lots raspberry fruit flavors. A little bit of sweetness, but dry finish. Tons of Brett aroma. Excellent.
4.2Bottle pour at FOFA. Pours ruby with small pinkish white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, raspberry, oak, grape must. Medium body, funky, barnyard, raspberry, oak, light acidity, enjoyed this.
Earlier Rating: 3/6/2015 Total Score: 4.4

3.82018 edition in a beautiful designed, 375ml green bottle with cork and crown. Wow, this is pretty different, and not the typical Belgium Raspberry Lambic. It takes some time getting use to it, but this unique fruity one grows well. The no sugar, artificial juices or syrup added is what does it here. No fake aromas and taste. Hazy amber-orange, small light-beige head, low stay. Aromas of raspberry, their seeds, sourness and wooden hints. So yes, very woody-seedy. Decent sour notes in the middle of the taste, lingers. Same in the flavours, but a little better balanced. Quite an interesting Framboise Lambic.
4.121 August 2021. At Gents Bierfestival. Cheers to the Ghent beer crew!
2018, s. 18/19, No° 74. Hazy red, no head. Aroma of ripe raspberry, strawberry, coulis, redcurrant, lemon, leather, wood, vinegar. Taste has very sour raspberry, berries & lemon, funky & acidic, bit cheesy. Tart, sour, mouth-puckering finish, lots of red fruit, tannins, vinegar, sour red wine. Medium body, oily texture, flat carbonation. Very rich fruitiness. Massive.
4.4Pinkish color with a small white head that left light lacing on the glass. Jammy, juicy raspberry, earth, wood, sour finish.
4.82014 vintage at the Lambik-O-droom, served in Stolzle glasses. Tasting date: August 28, 2021 (so 7 years old.)
Headless, flat, strawberry-hued pour with a clay-orange cast. It reminds me of very old Rioja red wine (don't wanna be too bombastic, but I've tasted up to 80 y.o. Rioja vintages, so trust me here.)
Very intense aromas of sour wild berries: obviously, raspberry; but also strawberry, redcurrant, sour cherry and even pomegranate (which is not a berry, you're right.) There's also Scotch tape, vynil, balsamic vinegar, yogurt... And more: pickles, gherkins, green olives, etc.
Mouthfeel starts with a reminiscence of carbonation and a bone-dry onset. Super-sour midpalate, though never aggressive: in fact, texture is delicate, silky and smooth. Medium to low body. Umami-salty-sour-and-dry finish, albeit bitterless. Very long-lasting, with an aftertaste of red flowers, particularly hibiscus.
Great, but here's a caveat: it's a complex one, even complicated if you're not into lambic, and it's quite expensive. Don't splash cash if you haven't acquired the taste for spontaneous fermentation. If you already have, then sure: go for it!
3.8Bought from LCBO via the good folks at Gleemer Imports who have to deal with that crazy. Pours a cloudy blood orange pink-with orange undertones. No head, some big lazy carb bubbles. Nose of raspberry jam, some biting vinegar sour and a little oak? Aggressive biting aserbic sour on the first sip. Smooths out with raspberry, citrus, vanilla with the aserbic bite that lingers.
3.7Bootle Labeled as Oogst 2018.
Orange, hazy with a minimal head. A fruity, raspberries aroma. Medium to high sourness with a good raspberries and citrus end. Not a favourite kind of beer.

4.0Bottle at Juova bar. Clear cherry red with pure white head. Raspberry, a touch of barley. Very pure raspberry, smooth, sour. Balanced and very nice.
4.4Dyp rød fargee med hvitt luftig skum som blir liggende. Lukter bringebær, rips, gjær. God syrlig bringebærsmak. Syrlig, tørr avslutning. Smaken sitter i lenge.

[Vintage 2017-18 Blend No. 16]
Aroma: Strong acidic raspberries, oaky, funky, sour cherries, barnyard, lactic and tart fruit
Appearance: Murky red-brown with a small everlasting white head
Taste: Mildly sweet and heavily acidic, raspberries, oaky, funk, mild vinegar and tannic notes
Mouthfeel: Smooth watery texture with moderate carbonation
Overall: Really beautifully balanced 😊. Awesome beer!
Edit: I had the vintage 2019-20 Blend No. 14 with a fruit intensity of 284/L which is about 100 grams less than the first i tasted. The 19-20 had much more stone fruits and was not nearly as complex, but still quite awesome (4,2).
[La Cabra blind tasting, Aarhus]

3.22014 bottle drank on my 40th birthday on Dec 22. Aroma: Vinegar, raspberries, acetic. App: Light red, no head, no lacing of course. Taste and palate: Light body, no carbonation, puckering acidity finish. Overall : Meh! This acetic nose is so unpleasant. Wish I knew before opening this swill. I would have trade it.
