4.0375ml bottle @ the office. Pours a mostly clear copper colour with no head. Nose is full of great lambic funk with a wood note. Flavour is lovely funk, leather, and light wood. Light bodied, no carbonation, and a mild sweetness with a very balanced acidity. Wow this is very tasty.
4.0Bottle, 2013. Light amber colour. No head, as it pours almost flat. The aroma has some pretty big leather, notes of honey. On the palate, it's fairly flat, with a moderate tartness, light leather notes, maybe a bit of brett. Soft body. Interesting. The softness is fun, the leather is good, now it doesn't have a massive amount of complexity relative to some other 3F beers. I'd say funky and unique are the best words.
4.0Bottle. Slightly hazy dark orange, no head. Aroma of barnyard, hay, oak, herbs. Sour, funky, herbal, wood, Brett, citrus, apples skin, light lemon peel bitterness. Medium-bodied, low carbonation, dry. Complex and great.
3.9Bottle. Dark golden body no head and carbonation. Aroma is sour fruits malts barnyard. Taste is malts sourness barnyard citrus. Aftertaste is nice balanced.
4.1375 ml bottle, bottled 2012, shared by Werckmeister, many thanks!
Dark orange, medium hazy body, with almost no head.
Musty aroma of overripe fruits, apples, moderate cheese, basement, yellow grapes, some barnyard funk, some citrus.
Lovely taste, quite similar, while even more balanced, with more grapes, some more apple skin.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a flat carbonation.
Finishes smooth, elegant, dry, wooden, moderate sweet, slightly sour, fruity, citric, with grapes, some apples.
Tasty! So smooth and balanced, with lovely sweet fruits and just enough funk. Flat carbonation, which works great here and makes it even easier to drink. Beautiful, characterful Lambic.
Score: 8 / 4 / 9 / 4 / 16
4.0375ml bottle. 2013 Vintage. Pours dark golden yellow colour. No head. Caramellized apples, baked apples, notes of vanilla, earthiness. The slight oxydization is gone after giving some air in the glass. Lots of apples. Baked apples, vanilla and oak in the taste. Spicy notes. Bitter, bit woody, slightly oaky finish. Lots of complexity. Great combination with clams in white wine sauce.
3.7Barwa złota, piany brak
Aromat intensywny, dużo nut dzikich i ziołowych.
Piwo nie wysycone, gładkie na języku. Dużo ziół, łąki, z podbudową owocową, kwaśność średnia, mocno taninowe, z posmakiem drewna na finiszu.
4.4Backlog. Flaska från 2013, gamla etiketten. Tack Emil!

Dull light brown colour, cloudy, with no carbonation. The aroma seems quite fruity, but also some signs of oxidization, cardboard, and light traits of Lambic. Soft mouthfeel, moderate acidity, quite musky, fruity, astringent, with some lemon peel in the final, grapefruit peel, and light vegetable bitterness.
It didn't seem to have aged very well.
4.104-Jan-2019. 375ml bottle (thx, Matt!). Bottled on 2013-05-02. Pours a hazy golden with a weak tan head. Aroma is funky with horse blanket, barrel and some fruity notes. Taste is similar. Almost zero carbonation. Pretty good.

3.5Sampler. Niska kwaśność, dużo dzikośći i mocno ziołowe. W smaku cieprkie. Takie ok, bez szału w żadną stronę.
3.7Funky notes, citrus, leather, cereal in aroma. Pours golden with small white head. Taste is sour with lemon, funk, cereal, apple, pear, plum and hay. Finish is tart, almost flat carbonation. Overall good, however far from the best from 3F.
3.5Bottle, vintage 2013, many thanks DerA! Pours clear flat amber. Aroma is pure flat 3F funk, Bckser, fruity, rust. Body is medium, completely flat, sour, pure Lambic funk, quite sweet and fruity. Certainly an experience, but not something I'd drink often.
3.8How: Bottle.
Where: Mästare på cycl(e)ing tasting, 2018-03-17.
Appearance: Golden colour with a small white head.
Aroma: Tart, sour, citrus, stable, apples, fruit.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Tart, sour, funk, fruit, grapefruit, citrus.
3.9(2012) - flat but with a superb lemon feel. Lots of qualities of older gueuze - leathery feel. Quite balance on sour palate. Tasty.
4.1375ml bottle pours out straw color topped with a white head. Nose is funky sweet notes some green apple seed along with a funky leather note. Taste is more of the nice funky bug notes grape apple and grass.
4.0Bottle shared@Himmeriget, Copenhagen - ambwr orange pour with white head. Tart fruity notes of grape, some apricot, some straw, hay, medium acidity and body, horseblanket, musty, tart acidic fruity close.

4.2Drie Fonteinen Golden Blend 2014. Bottle pour at Birreria Volo Sept 23, 2017. Golden yellow with finely bubbled white head. Smells a bit toasty, not sure if that was because of the panini being made near me while drinking this.
Nice white grape aroma, some light citrus. Taste is very smooth, lightly tart white grape, some toasty notes.
3.8October 2017 - Bottle share at Magic Dave's Leaving Tea Party. Thanks to DonMagi. As '3 Fonteinen Golden Doesjel', 6%. Hazy orange, bubbly off-white head leaves dotted lacing. Aroma is peachy, metallic. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is peach juice mixed with lemon, with a tangy metallic note, musty. It's a little flat, which gives it an overly aged impression. Quite nice though. (8-4-7-3-16=3.8)

4.4Bottle from Jef Verstraete, many thanks. 2013 vintage. Very nice but medium intense aroma of gooseberry, grapes, wet leather and soil. When warmed and oxidized vanilla and apricot appear. Taste is dry, lightly sour and sweet. Very creamy and velvet mouthfeel, perfect balance. Flavor of grapefruit, pomelo, lemon and lemon zest, young grapes and gooseberries, wet leather and woody notes, specially in aftertaste. Aftertaste is long, light tart, woody and citric. Very nice lambic, one of best I ever had. Strongly recommend.
3.8375ml bottle from Cornelius. 2015 vintage. Pours clear golden orange, almost still, but with a thin ring of white head. Cider-sharp aromas, bread crusts and pear. Slight funk and sweat. Taste is light sour, light orange, faint acetic, rough pear cider vibe again. Lactic acid too. Complex sweet and sour tastes... not clashing exactly, but neither are they in perfect harmony. Still, an interesting beer.
