4.3Bottle 375ml vintage 2019 @ home
Pours hazy reddish orange with a off-white head. Aroma is sour with notes of malt, raspberry, funk, barnyard and cherry. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium sour with a long dry, funky, raspberry, cherry and tart finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
4.3Pours a lovely pink with no head. Aroma has raspberries and cherries, marzipan, with just a hint of farmyard. Taste is tart raspberry and cherry and hints of almond, with the whole somewhere between vinous and vinegary, restrained sourness. Excellent.
4.7Brew Nr 42 in season 18/19
Very acidic aroma full of marzipan, gunpowder, raspberries and mild vinegar
Beauuutiful rosehip colour with no head
The taste is dreamy; strong acid, raspberry, mild cherry notes, vinegar and huge amounts of sour berries
Very low carbonation with a smooth mouthfeel
Really an amazing beer, feeling very humble. Great end to my 20th birthday
4.5Dark rose hip colour with pearling bobbles. Looks fantastic. Smell of almond, marzipan and hints of gunpowder. Taste is sour fruits, well balanced between raspberry and cherries. Served along with a lemon dessert to my sons 20th birthday - a really extraordinary beer experience.
Brew nr 42,season 18/19
4.42018 bottle. Pours pinkish red with dissipating red tinged head. Vinegar lambic aroma with cherry. Wow. Onw of the most sour lambics I've ever had. Aour cherry and raspberry come through, sour tart lambic brew. Finish is mild citrus tartness. Fantastic lambic, glad I finally got my hands on her!

4.1bottle from Tavour. Big Cherries and raspberries - lambic with great carbonation and damn good
4.6pinkish colour, minimal, slightly pinkish off-white head; aroma of intensive (lyophilized) raspberry, balsamic vinegar and barnyard notes; taste of lyophilized raspberry, (unripe) sour cherry, intensive citric and acetic acidy sourness and tart notes; great one!
4.70.75l bottle thanks to Lore. Hazy pink body with a tiny pinkish head. Huge balsamic vinegar notes both in the aroma and the taste with some raspberry, barnyard notes, sour cherries, lemon zest and even some cloves. It has a complex, unique character. Very sour but at the same time it has traces of sweetness and lots of fruits to it. Amazing.
4.4(Bottle, bottled 14 Feb 2007, 6.0%) Deep red colour with brief, bubbly, pinkish white head. Fruity, sourish nose with raspberries, sour cherries, vanilla, almonds and some balsamic vinegar. Fruity, tart taste with notes of raspberries, cherries, red-currant, pomegranate, vinegar and cellar. Medium body, dry. Really fresh and tasty, with more focus on tart fruit than on barnyard and cobweb. Quite a remarkable beer.
2.9375ml shared with JohnRMurdoch, Stuartyboy & Douglas P on 2 Aug 2020: sour raspberry, cherry aroma, cloudy pinky brown, thin short-lived very pale pink head, no lacing, sour raspberry, fruity flavour, quite fizzy, prolonged dry sour finish.
3.8Cloudy red pour with orange tones, no head. Aroma of apricot, peach, berries, grape. Fantastic, complex... Taste is less fruity, more funky and yeasty.
4.518/19 bottling, unfortunately I forgot to look at the blend number. Pours a hazy purple red from the bottle with bubbly pink white foam that leaves light lace. Aroma of strong musty lambic funk, that typical 3 fonteinen horse and sweaty cheese, with huge amounts of raspberry acidity and tart cherry fruit notes. Taste is huge amounts of the fruit, leaving a lasting acidity, but it is quelled with a nice musty funk and hints of oak, a touch of spice on the finish, like a light fennel. Amazing, a little pricey but incredibly worth it.
3.9Bottle. 17/18 vintage. The colour is hazy dark red and with no head. Aroma of heather, red currants, cherries, barnyard, lemon juice and fruity tea. Flavour of citric acid, red currants, oak, apple cider vinegar and raspberries. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Still pretty fruity, and is tasteful and well balanced.
4.22018 bottle. Unclear light red colour, minimal white head. Aroma of jammy raspberry, cherry, wood, leather, cherry pits, stable. Taste is very light sweet and medium sour, of raspberry, cherry, pits, lemon, some funk and wood. Light to medium body, soft to average carbonation. Quite fruity tart finish. Great fruity lambic.
4.5Thursday, October 8, 2020. Bottle, 75cL. 5.7%. Assemblage n°40. Purchase ("Bier Market", Nantes (44), FR). Home. Shared with my dad. A sparkling dark red garnet clear beer with a medium off-white foamy head ; short retention. First raspberry++ smell, then cherry get more intense through the tasting ; light vinegar, light wood. Medium dry refreshing sour, light round sweet, quite gourmet. Good rising body, thin texture, average gaseous, fruity acid lasting cherry finish. Overall, wonderful, fantastic !
4.0Bottled 375ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him and hrabren. Rose coloured, minimal white to off-white head, raspberry cherry nose. Strong sour fruity raspberry cherry taste with dry sour finish. Enjoyable.
4.00.375 l bottle that Marko brought from Prague, shared with little Dina, Ogi and him. Hazy reddish purple, small head. Nice fruity profile, tart cherry, dark fruit. Toned down funky notes. Fruit jam. Strawberry. Acidity is fruity and soft. Glue rounds it up. Nice sourness, ranging from sour cherries to a strong lactic sourness. Very fruity intense yet so pleasing acidity. Vinegar in the finish. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, light finish. Drinkable. Beautiful. Great repect.
3.9Bottle, enormous thanks poech! Blend n. 78, season 17/18, 5.6%. BD 13.9.2018. Very dark red body, almost no head. Jammy raspberry-cherry aroma, edged by some funk, pretty strong but well balanced. Some tart jammy tartness, mouth puckering, fairly clean, pleasant. Very strong sourness. A bit rough, but this is definitely an excellent fruit lambic!
4.8Ruby, small white head. Extremely fruity aroma and taste. Plum, raspberry, kriek. Acidity and sweetness in perfect balance.
4.0Pours red. Aroma of berries, cherries, raspberries. Taste is sour, berries, citrus.
3.9Bottle at a tasting. High sourness, but quite clean, mostly lactic, lightly acetim imo. Moderate horse blanket, farmhouse. Moderate fruit, most of it raspberry. Quite easy drinking, tasty. Not one of the most complex, but nevermind. Very good.
3.3750ml bottle. Murky, pink-ish, red colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Funky, bretty and tart-ish, fruity aroma, hints of raspberry and morello. Taste is sour, bretty funky, tangy, slightly fruity, notes of raspberry and morello with solely fruit acidic aspects. Slightly watery texture, dry, astringent palate, prickly carbonation.
Too sour, rather restricted, unspecific fruitiness, too light body for a better intengration of the bretty and funky flavours. Doesn't move me into ecstasy.
