4.0 750 ml bottle from the basement, maybe originally bought from Mikkeller webshop? Pours dark red with off white head. Sour fruity with lots of cherries. Medium sour with low bitterness and medium carbonation.
Brutal!
4.5 Aroma; cherries, apples, fruit acids, wine, malt. Look; allright off pink head, on hazy ruby body. Taste; wine, cherries, green apples, vanilla sherry, fruit acids, almond oil, farm, nut, wood, and finishes pleasantly. Feel; good smooth body and silky co². Overall; belgian miracle again. [corked bottle 375ml, 18€, B@Vinmonopolet, T@apartment of PivotekaH7]
4.0 37,5 cl fles. Intens rood op etiket. 6,3% Assemblage n°83. Smaak: zuur, gekraakte pit, amandel, kriek, rozenbottel thee. Medium koolzuurprikkel. Lekker.
4.0 Blend 83 bottled 6/19. Murky red, no head. Brooding sour cherry aroma with almonds, some lemon. Pretty much flat but has a kefir-like plumpness to the texture. Tastes pretty much as it smells with some wood creeping up towards the end. The richness of the cherries goes pretty well with the sourness that's presumably partly the cherries and partly the lambic. A little more magisterial than the oude kriek.
3.8 Bottle at home. Bottled 2019. The colour is hazy deep red with a very small light pink head. Aroma of barnyard, oak, hay, some cow dung, apple cider vinegar and cherries. Hint of cinnamon. Flavour of citric acid, red currant, wheat, sweet cherries, grass and vinegar. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Nice and fresh with lots of cherries.
4.2 37,5cl corked bottle at home, assemblage 83 seizoen 18/10. Cloudy ruby red, no head. Earthy fruity dry cherries, medium acidity and tartness, a tat herbal and vinous. Okay linger. Medium body, low carbonation.
4.2 ( bottle) Aroma: cherries, tart fruit skin, leather, red wine tart notes. Taste: semi-dry, flavour of cherries, leather, fruit skin. Palate: medium body, medium carbonation. Overall: Tart cherry treat !

4.4 A 750ml corked and caged bottle, blend n°35, season 16/17, bottled on 21st June 2017, with a best before date of 26th October 2037. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass. It was a very nice clear ruby red colour with a one finger pinkish head that dissipated quickly and left only sparse to no lacing. Aromas of light tartness and light funk, cherry and oak. Tastes as you’d expect from the aroma, sour, tart, cherry, cherry pie, oak and a splash of lemon. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall very nice intense cherry flavours. It was not as sweet as I remember it to be, but actually, the good amount of tart and sourness was a good balance to the cherry pie and oak notes.
4.4 75cl bottle 4,5 years old (bottled 28/05/2015, BBF: 28/05/2025,) @ 3 Fonteinen lambik-O-droom (visited 29/11/2019). F: big, pink, almost long lasting. C: very deep red, hazy, opaque. A: rich cherries, cherries skins, bit marzipan, red berries, bit horse-blanket, lemon touch, chamomile, woody, bit wheat, quite complex all together. T: mellow sour cherries, cherries juice, bit woody, herbal touch, cherries skins, bit lemon yet not very sour feeling, 3F funky, very refreshing and easy drinkable, vanilla touch, soft tartness, soft to medium carbonation, nice intensive cherries juicy feeling, I think ageing improved this beer, great, enjoyed.
3.7 cloudy, dark red colour with a small pink head; aroma of cherry compote, wet wood; sour flavour with a long, strong sour finish

4.2 750 ml bottle at home at 5.9% ABV, bottled 21.6.2017. Pours a hazy wine red with a pinkish white head. The aroma is full of cherries, sour and tart cherries, some wood and very mild funk in the back - well balanced and nice smell. Medium body with an average carbonation, a medium acidity and a light to medium tartness. Again lots of cherries in the flavor, tart and sour cherries, wood, mild funk, hints of leather and very faint notes of acetic acidity. Finishes dry with some residual tartness, more cherries and lightly woody. Overall super balanced with lots of cherries - very smooth, excellent! Aroma: 9 Appearance: 4 Taste: 8 Palate: 4 Overall: 17
3.9 Bottle, shared at Northern Monk. Raspberry red. Full haze. Halo of pink foam. Nose has raspberry and cherry jam. Cherry Bakewell tart. Vanilla bean. Cherry stone. Taste is tart, dry, and a little fruity. Some acidity on the palate. Light to medium body. Foamy carbonation. Tart and fruity dryness to finish.
4.3 Barwa czerwona, piana średnia. Aromat potężnie wiśniowy, stajnia, spocony koń. W smaku kwaśne wiśnie, winne, skóra, stajnia, wioska. Świetne pifko.
4.0 Dark purple red, cloudy, nice dark cherry, deep cherry notes, mellow tartness, leather, good balance.
4.3 Panel 3F w BroPub - butelka z 2015 roku. Piana gruboziarnista, szybko ucieka. Maks 3.9
4.1 Bottle. Pours red with minimum head. Aroma is fruity, cherry, oak, wooden, some bitter notes, some sweetness. Taste is sour, vinegar, cherries, some bitter notes, oak, some fruits. Very nice beer!
4.7 Assemblage 35 sezon 16/17.
4.1 Backlog. Pours a beautiful bright ruby with a small pinkish head that quickly fades. Heavy cherries, both ripe and overripe, lots of oak, almond, cherry pits, earthy, sour grains. A bit one-dimensional perhaps.
4.2 375ml bottles shared side by side 2012 and 2014 at Grote Dorst. 2012 Pours ruby red, slightly hazy, pink head stays. Aroma is oaky, cherry, cherry tree woody, medium acidic. Taste is mellow, sour, mature cherry, oaky. Very fruity aftertaste, juicy. Medium body, soft carbonation. Very complex, smooth kriek. (8:4:9:4:17) 2014 Pours clear ruby red, small pink head. Aroma of mature cherry, almond, oak. Taste is sour, cherry, less oaky than previous batch. Aftertaste is very juicy. Medium body, average carbonation. Very nice juicy kriek. (8:4:8:4:17) 2012 feels more mature, 2014 is little bit more thin bodied. Both are amazing
