4.0 8-4-8-4-16 Bottle, as Schaarbeekse Oogst 2017, assemblage no 53, seizoen 17 18, 2,5 years after bottling. Pours slightly hazy dark red, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity minerals with cherries, fruit pits, hay, barnyard and notes of cellar, as well as bretty minerals and wooden barrels. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes with cherries, fruit pits and as well as bretty minerals and wooden barrels. Semi dry wooden finish. Not too complex, fairly balanced and really drinkable.
4.2 Flaska systembolaget. Årgång18/19 batch 89. Liknande i smak. Otroligt komplex.
4.2 Bottle (bottled in 2010, consumed in 2020). Pours a medium-light purple-brown, lightly cloudy, fizzy surface, but not really much head. Aroma is lightly jammy cherry. I got a hint of solvent, maybe acetone or gasoline, but it's very light and pleasant at this level. Tart cheesy fruit. Flavor is similar (I'm reviewing the next day, sorry!) There isn't much of that usual toasted dry corn kernels that I get from drie - that has diminished here with age. The sourness is moderate, not acetic, complex, but round and drinkable. This is on the restrained side for what the sourness could have been, I felt. Delicious beer - well worth aging for 10 years! I hope to see it again someday! I thought the jammy cherry notes were unusual for a drie kriek, I'm not sure if the fruit intensity is coming from the Schaarbeekse version, which I have not had before or because of the 10-years age on it.
3.8 Bottle. Thin body, med-high carbonation. Med-high sourness, light acetic, moderate lactic. Also lots of the sour cherry character. Moderate horsey barnyard flavour. Very good.

4.0 750 ml bottle shared at Jason's. A reddish pour with funk and cherry some astringent notes
4.6 Bottle shared with JFE at 3 Fontainen lambik-O-doom, 05.10.19. Deep red. Persistent pale pink head. Superb aroma of sour cherries, vanilla and brett. Equally superb taste of sour cherries and brett. Dry, acid and astringent mouthfeel.
4.8 Cherry, vanilla. Beautiful red, fruity. Clean simple but overwhelming cherry and citrus taste.
4.3 Clear, deep red colored, small non lasting pinkish head. Medium sweet, tart cherries, woody, funk, moderate tartness, dry finish. Medium bodied, soft-flat carbonation, oily.
4.1 Thanks Justin for sharing the bottle! Poured into a wineglass showing deep cherry red with sparse pink tinged foam. The nose shows intense tart notes of brett, vanilla, cherry pie, and light baking spices. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately tart with balanced flavors of cherry and baking spices with hints of vanilla.
3.4 750ml bottle. Hazy deep red color. No head. Massive cherries, sourish, acidic, cinnamon in aroma/taste. Solid brew.
4.2 From bottle at Biercafe Au Trappiste, Bern, oogst 2017. Hazy wine red color with a lightly pinkish white head. The aroma is full of dark and lightly sour yet ripe cherries, fleshy cherries and some black currant. Medium body with a lively carbonation, a medium sourness and a light tartness. The flavor starts with sour dark cherries, more wood than the smell, some funk, leather, tart berries and gooseberries. Becomes more woody towards the finish. Finishes dry with a woody tartness and dark cherries. Full of lovely cherry notes, very smooth but full of character and with a good complexity. Aroma: 9 Appearance: 4 Taste: 8 Mouthfeel: 4 Overall: 17
4.5 Bottle, thanks Alex. Beautiful dark red color with a big pink head. Lots of cherries in the nose, oak and funk. Sour flavors full of cherries, notes of marzipan, oak, cherry pits, a bit lemony, long finish. Light-medium bodied, lively carbonation. Amazing beer.
Heerlijk fris-fruitig, veel rood fruit, funk, milde zuurheid. Pracht van een fruitbier.
3.6 750 ml bottle. 2017 vintage. Pours a bright ruby red with light head. Aromas and flavors of soft lightly tart cherries, light wood, wheaty malts and a little cinnamon. Expecting a lot more, and getting a bit of cherry pie.
4.2 0,75l bottle 6,2% bottled 19/07/2017 (Oogst 2016) from the brewery. F: big, off-pink, average retention. C: deep red, bit hazy. A: really a lot of sour cherries, funky, woody, lemon, barnyard. T: sour fruity, sour cherries, funky, brett, woody, bit lemon, bit lactic, complex body yet very refreshing, medium carbonation, fully enjoyed masterpiece for the style.
4.1 Colore rosso, poca schiuma. leggera carbonazione.
4.0 From old notes I recently found. Likely a bottle share at a friends house 4-5 years ago. 2010 edition bottle. POURS a fairly bright red (with some pink) with a thin layer of white-ish foam. AROMA is very funky and sour, notes of rotting fruit, cat piss, and tart green apple. FLAVOR is overall sour with notes of white wine, tart cranberry, with some cherry in there. Finishes with more sourness and cherry-ness. (823, 1115)
4.4 2008 bottle at 3f. medium tart cherry notes lemon barnyard. Med/light tart light body.

4.3 (bottle, oogst 2016) dużo wiśni, z charakterystycznym migdałem i pestkową wanilią. Podbite nuta dziką sianem, wioską. W smaku wytrawne do kości, kompot z wiśni, migdały, nuty rustykalne w tle. Cierpki finisz.
4.2 Finally got the 100% version at the brewery. Oogst 2016 bottle. Chewy cherry nose, vanilla, yogurt, almonds, grapefruit, horse blanket. Great cherry flavor, though almost no sweetness at all. Dry. Bone dry finish with medium acidity and cherries. Lovely.
4.4 Backlog. Floris leaving tasting? Older vintage, 2010 perhaps? Pours a hazy ruby with a pinkish head. Complex cherry flavors, overripe, ripe and underipe cherries, cherry pits, bitter skins it's all there. The ripe sweetness ties it all together, 3F funk puts an extra layer on this one. 2015 vintage at OBD, lots of similar notes, quite perfumy on the nose but in a nice way.
