4 Hands Incarnation IPA

4 Hands Incarnation IPA

Resurrected has been reincarnated as Incarnation India Pale Ale! Due to expanding to different markets we had to change the name of our mosaic hopped IPA formerly known as Resurrected. Incarnation will start to take over Resurrected out in the market, so be ready! Do not be alarmed, though- It is the same beautiful beer, but with a new name.

4.4 Very strong hoppy IPA. First time STL beer and I am very excited about it. Solid aroma with good head. Solid flavor and a strong after taste. Clean finish and very solid IPA
4.4 The Aromas are fresh hops, Some citrus, caramel malt, cereal and dry grass. Flavors are similar to nose, mildly sweet with balancing bitter, some dankness. Slightly chewy body, good carbonation and hints of medicinal finish.
3.6 Almost clear deep golden pour with a thin foamy white head and light lacing .... aroma of pine, peach, orange and had some tropical notes like pineapple and a light melon .... taste is the same, light pine, mostly orange peach and pineapple .... light melon and grapefruit ..... dry and lightly bitter on the back end ..... sessionable .... dry finish with lingering orange
3.5 I hate that I am forced to write a comment, when all I want to do is rate the beer for my own reference. What happened to not having to integrate with ratebeer.com?
3.5 One of those fruity, vibrant IPAs, although it avoids the sickly palate that can be common. It’s like a ticker tape parade, but one associated with Mardi Gras, not a politician’s campaign launch.
3.6 Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish amber gold color with a finger of white foam that lingers. Nice pine and caramel notes with a touch of mango and peach. Floral notes as it warms. Dry and hoppy finish at the end. Old school but nice nose and flavors.
3.7 Draught at the source: clear gold with a white head. Aroma is tropical fruity aroma, Slightly herbal. Taste is light bitter, pretty fruity, slightly bitter. Solid.
3.5 12 ounce with an indecipherable canning date stamp. Mostly clear, golden pour with a creamy disc of foam on top. Aroma of peach, orange, pineapple, resin, green hops and a touch of mint. Flavors of the same mix but a little less bold; kind of washed out compared to the nose. Light-medium body is smooth with low-medium fizz. A slight astringency but much less hop bite than expected. Might have been an older can.
3.7 Can from Joe’s Beverage Warehouse. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a clinging white head. Aroma of citrus, melon, and a hint of pine is quite inviting. Medium mouthfeel with decent carbonation. Flavor is not as sweet as the aroma. Melon and sweet citrus fades to a bitter grapefruit and pine finish. Very nice brew.
3.4 Hazy amber to copper pour with a two finger, creamy to sudsy off white head that has great retention and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is full of caramel and bread up front, then sweet citrus, cooked mango and fruity floral notes. Flavor is dust grain, biscuit and toffee up front, then cooked citrus and tropical fruit, a little earthy and floral notes and some straw. Medium body, slightly syrupy feel, medium carbonation, moderate hop acid bite. Pretty basic, with a bit of modern hop strain notes.
3.7 Can pour into shaker pint glass. Appearance is orange-yellow with fair sparkle, finger-width white head with fair retention and lacing. Aroma is nice strong pine with less-dominant citrus. Taste as aroma. Palate is medium bodied with frothy texture, finish as taste. Overall, not terribly complex but bold pine with enough citrus to make it interesting.
3.6 Pint draft at Rock & Brews in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is mostly clear golden orange with a ½ inch white head that is lasting. The aroma is hops, citrus, grapefruit, pine and a bit of resin and earth below. The taste is the grapefruit and pine hops, showing more clean cracker malt and finishing dry and resinous. The palate is light to medium bodied with natural carbonation and the mineral resin finish. Well made.
3.9 Can. Slightly hazy gold with a white head. Aroma of honeydew and citrus. The flavor is straightforward bitter, balanced with just enough fruit flavor hinted at in the aroma to polish this nicely.
4.1 Extremely fruity, like passion fruit, but not gimmicky at all. Some batches seem to be more piney than others.
3.6 12 oz can pours a slightly hazy orange with lasting white head that coats the glass with lacing. Aroma has pine, floral hops, and caramel. Taste is bitter but not too outrageous. Body is medium with a sticky mouthfeel and average carbonation. Another solid IPA.
4.4 2018 rating. A truly interesting and unique change from taste to palate. Would love to try again without a cold
3.9 On tap at 4 Hands, pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings piney and fruity hops, with plenty of tropical stone fruits and biscuity malt. Flavour is super fruity as hell, with lots of tropical stone fruits, piney hops, pith, and sweet biscuity malt. Super fruity and nicely structured. Excellent.
3.3 355ml can. Slightly hazy amber appearance. White head. Caramel, grapefruit and pine notes. Some tropical fruits. Nothing unusual, just a solid IPA.
4.0 Tasted from a 12oz. can (Thanks George Z!) It poured a hazy golden orange with a bubbly off-white head that left spotty lacing. Deliciously sweet canned peaches and grapefruit aroma. Mosaic Hop, pine, and grapefruit taste with nice IPA bitterness. A solid IAP from 4 Hands. 🎼There is something within your voice. Something behind your eyes. Something inside your heart. That is beating in time with mine... I know you! From a previous incarnation... I knowyou! From a previous incarnation... I know you! From a previous incarnation...🎶
3.7 Draft at BLC. Golden with 1 finger white head. Light hop aroma. Taste was well ballenced. Fair amount of malt and a fair amount of citrus hops. Easy drinking. Pleasantly surprised.
3.5 Pours a clear golden orange on tap with fluffy off-white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of resinous earthy and citrus hop notes, the moderate mosaic, not the tropical, not the pine. Taste follows, with a clean malt backbone that backs up the hops. Nothing offensive, but nothing outstanding.
3.5 Single can sample paired with dinner. Tried most of the new local IPAs on the beer menu, and have a beer buddy that moved to St. Louis, so figured I'd give this one a shot. 2nd tier for the style. Clearish light orange appearance. Leans towards the hops as far as balance. West Coast flavor with some good citrus/grapefruit notes. So many out there now...wouldn't go out of my way, but worth the try for sure.
4.1 Smooth mosaic hoppy flavor, light drinking for a hoppy beer but still packing some ABV. It is a very good beer.
3.5 Can. Pours clear orange, medium creamy white head, good lacing. Aroma is perfume, floral, citrus. Flavors is light sweet, light bitter. Medium body. Ok.
4.0 Sampler at bier station. Pours golden with a thick white head. Leaves a lot of lacing in the glass. Big grapefruit and pine on the nose and tongue. Finished clean. Nice.
3.7 12oz can. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Delicious IPA with tons of pine notes and a bit of dank. Not bad. Not bad at all.
3.7 35,5cl Can @ Bier Kraft, Seville, Spain. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma is hops, citrus, fruits, herbs. Taste is hops, grapefruit, sweet, pineapple. Medium body, average carbonation.
4.1 3/VII/17 - 12Fl. Oz. can from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte) @ home - BB: n/a (2017-968) Clear orange beer, big creamy solid yellowish head, very stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: very fruity, lots of canned pineapple and peach, mango juice, caramel, malty. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish start, hoppy, citrus, bit resinous, some alcohol noticeable, caramel malts, bit sweet. Aftertaste: more fruity notes, some mango, pineapple, grapefruit, bitter, hoppy, citrus notes, some alcohol.
3.6 Earthy pine, orange, berry, caramel malt, and grapefruit peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet citrus/berry, caramel malt, and moderately bitter pine/grapefruit peel flavor. Nice body. Pleasant and unique.
