3.4Bottle just bought today at Value On Liquor Store, Vancouver; unfortunately it says Feb 2014, so this beer is at least 1½ years old; batch 124
It pours a beautiful amber color, hazy, with medium sized head. As now it’s expected, from the color we get that the flavor indeed rests on cereals and caramel, from the date that the hop aromatic components are lost. Good beer, obviously not what it was supposed to be though.
This bottle has a BBE label on the bottom of the bottle; it’s not the worst solution, some put it on the cap, some with unreadable ink on brown glass, but it’s also not the first place to look for; take example from Stone Enjoy By, the date is the most visible thing on the label!
3.5Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 2, 01/05/2015.
Hazed orange amber with a decent off white covering.

Taste comprises earthy hops, citrus peel, pine, apricot, straw, orange pith.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Solid IPA.

3.7Awesome IPA! Nose starts quite caramely with intense hints of fruitiness, grapefruit, lemon, peach, passion fruit. Same goes in taste - decent sweet malty background with expressive amount of hops.
Starts sweet, but bitterness is overtaking step by step making nice bittersweet harmony.
4.4500ml bottle. the orange colour is very attractive, with creamy foam. Taste very fresh with strong tropical fruit aroma.Great IPA.
4.2Massive amount of stable foam. Nice orange color. Looks great! Mango-grapey aroma, reminds me of some other Sauvin beers I’ve tried. Taste is sweet-fruity, red berries, tropical fruits at the beginning, caramely, then a great bitterness towards the finish. Superb New Zealand IPA, and a nice beer for my 175th rating :)

Mouthfeel is medium, oily, with a medium carbonation and it finishes medium bitter, slightly dry, with lemon zest, pine, lychee and other fruits and some sweet malts.
Tasty! Very fresh, with loads of fruits, especially some lovely lychee notes and also with a smooth malt backbone. Overall this is a superb wet hop IPA!
4.150cl bottle pours hazy deep golden orange with a thin off-white head and immediate aroma of freshly cut pine boards and citrus. Taste is juicy pine, juniper, and toasty malt with a mild strawberry-caramel-sweet/grapefruit-bitter finish. Mouthfeel is pleasantly active with a slight dryness at the end.

3.7September 5, 2014 - on draught at BrewDog (Camden). Five Pounds the half? Okay, sure. Refractive clear copper-amber with lasting thick mottled beige head. Aroma of alcohol, gluteny stickiness and light but pervasive resin bitterness - a little toasted grain too. Taste - yeah, hoppy, malty - straddles the barleywine/strong IPA boundary - plenty of floral bitterness too - quick good. Thick, decent carbonation, starts pretty massively malty and finishes reasonably bitter, some alcohol drying too, some grapefruit pith in the linger - pretty damned solid beer.
3.6500ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, dark copper colour with small to average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Piney, hoppy aroma, hints of grapefruit, pineapple and orange. Taste is slightly biting bitter hoppy, piney, hints of cardboard, some pineapple, caramel malty basis; lasting, biting bitter hoppy finish.
2.6Süßer, zuckrig malziger Antrunk. Nicht ganz runder Hopfen, grasig, zu süß. Das normale ist besser. 10/8/7/8/11/8
3.5Keg at Brewdog, alongside the normal Hopwired. Less hazy, similar orange amber colour, still, small foamy white head endures longer than on the normal version. Aroma is musty caramel sweetness with some banana and peach. Body is medium, some spritzy carbonation. Taste is lighter than the normal version, toned down caramel sweetness, soft strawberry, finishes with crisp citrus.
4.5Draught keg at Brewdog Camden. Aromas of over-ripe fruit salad - nectarine, melon and strawberry - similar in flavour, with a lingering but not sticky/sweet finish. Was expecting a wet-hop beer to be more grassy but this was just jam-packed with fruity flavours.
4.0Draught at BrewDog Clapham Junction’s opening night; 13 August. Poured a hazy amber colour, with a dense white head. Aroma of fresh hops, just cut grass and caramel. Juicy fruit flavours, with some pine needle bitterness and straw. Finish was resin, zesty citrus and dry grain.
3.6500 ml bottle. Pours a copper amber colour with a small head. Aroma of bread, fresh herbs, some grainy notes and grass. Flavour of herbal bitterness, grass, orange pith, strong gooseberry notes and biscuit. Medium bodied. Dry and bitter finish. Good.
