..buona espressione di stile , Kerkom difficilmente sbaglia i suoi prodotti. Birra molto equilibrata, ottima bevuta, schiuma pannosa e persistente. La consiglio sicuramente.

Orange beer with a small white head. Soma malts and alcohol in the aroma. Flavour is medium sweet and alcoholic. (Bottle 33cl)
Licht wazig, troebel goudbruin bier met lichtoranje tint en zeer kleine schuimkraag.
Mooie, aangename aroma's met een goede balans en complexiteit van fruitige / aardachtige / kruidige gist, bleke mout en lichte aardse hoptonen.
Smaak: van citroen, sinaasappel, perzik, abrikoos, peer, appel, mango, meloen naar witte peper, honing, cracker, brooddeeg, kruiden en bloemen.
Afdronk: Licht-matige gist met lichte kruiden en grassige bitterheid.
Zeer mooie complexiteit, robuustheid en balans met licht bitterige droogheid.
Weinig koolzuur met gebalanceerd mondgevoel.
Pale golden with a big white head. Some lacing and lively carbonation. Aroma of plum, banana, straw and spice. Taste is a bit on the sweet side with a lightly bitter aftertaste. I have high expectations for tripels in general. This one fell short of the mark with too little complexity and balance
Bottle from Merchants. Aroma is caramel malt, booze, tropical fruit, slight clove, earthy hop, apple, woody, eh. Appearance is amber, hazy, light tan head. Taste boozy, tropical fruit, caramel malt, clove, wood, spices, sharp, not great. Mouthfeel is medium body, light crisp carbonation, boozy caramel banana clove aftertaste. Overall, I would consider this one less than mediocre for the style.

Meh. A blond beer, nothing more.
33 cl. bottle at Hamelrijk, Hasselte. A hazy yellow to golden coloured beer with a white head. Aroma and flavour of yrast, fruit, spice, malt, caramel and fruit.
Pours a dark yellow color. Malty but a little sweet with a fruity, but kind of wheaty taste. Somewhat refreshing. All in all not my favorite trippel.
Appearance amber, slightly hazy. Aroma sweet, with a lot of plums. The taste brings more sweetness, more plums. Not as yeasty as most tripels. Ends with medium bitterness. Very nice, reminds me of Maredsous 10 but more sweet.
Eerste reactie op basis van het uiterlijk krijgt het meteen minpunten. Troebel donkergeel biertje maar zoveel gist vlokken dat het hele glas er vol mee zit. Kan natuurlijk netter inschenken maar dit is eigenlijk teveel om mooi naar te kunnen kijken. Maar goed heeft een niet al te sterke witte schuimkraag. Ruikt zoetig bloemig en bij de eerste slok proef je een fantastische trippel met bananensmaak. Zouden dat die gist vlokken zijn? Het biertje is zoet en vol van smaak met een zachte bitter op het eind. Alles wat het uiterlijk teniet doet maakt de smaak goed. Je kunt iets roepen over een lelijk eendje wat mooi wordt maar heb liever een biertje wat fantastisch smaakt en er ook gewoon sprankelend op tafel staat. Moet wel zeggen alle residu zweeft en bij het drinken blijft niks in het glas achter. Maar toch scheelt wel tussen een knap gemaakt biertje en een fantastisch biertje. Monniken aan het werk. Tenminste als ik het etiket mag geloven. Stiekem geef ik het wel iets meer punten ondanks het uiterlijk alleen omdat het zo verdomd lekker is. Maar zou dan nog steeds echt hoger scoren als ze er niet zoveel gist in zweefde. Fles
330 ml bottle into chalice, no bottle dating. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger dense off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lemon, orange, peach, apricot, pear, apple, mango, melon, light white pepper, honey, cracker, bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy/spicy yeast, pale malt, and light earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of big lemon, orange, peach, apricot, pear, apple, mango, melon, light white pepper, honey, cracker, bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate yeast spiciness, and light herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange, peach, apricot, pear, apple, mango, melon, white pepper, honey, cracker, bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy/spicy yeast, pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light dryness from bitter/spiciness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/creamy, and fairly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol for 9%. Overall this is a very nice Tripel. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy/spicy yeast, pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV. Really well balanced between yeast and malts, with a nice complex yeast flavor profile. Probably a couple years old judging by the protein haze and slightly darkened malt/appearance; but it held up really well. A very enjoyable offering.
Flaske. Gul uklar øl med et kæmpe skumhoved. Duft af sødlig gær. Meget sød trippel men med en god eftersmag der bakker sødmen op. Ok øl
Geproefd op 16-03-2014. Adelardus heeft een heldere oranjeachtige blonde kleur en een wit gelijkmatig en stabiel schuim. Het ruikt een beetje naar mout. Je ziet weinig CO2 belletjes. De smaak is bitter te noemen, ook heel kruidig door het gebruik van de gruut, de alcohol komt ook lichtjes opzetten, het heeft een korte scherpe zelfs wrange nasmaak. Voor mij zijn er in dit biertje teveel kruiden aanwezig. Maar het is mischien een interessant biertje om bij het eten te nuttigen en dan denk ik aan steak of iets dergelijks met fritjes.
From the 330 ml. bottle. Slightly murky looking orange-amber pour with little to no head. Decent aroma of apple. pear or other meaty fruits as well as a slight spicy character, toast, and Belgian yeast. About a medium body. The taste tends to emphasize the orange, grape, apple, and pear fruitiness with a slight spicy and bitter finish. Sweet and fruity would be the short description.
LCI. Poured from the bottle. Decent tripel, sweet bitter, malt, yeast, some citrus, nothing special.
On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Dorata chiara, torbida, schiuma media bianca, abbastanza persistente. Al naso sentori di esteri (pesca, banana), malto, spezie. In bocca non è molto complessa, ha un attacco dolce con finale abbastanza asciutto e amaro per una tripel. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Discreta.
Golden with white head. Aroma and taste: Fruits, bitter, apple ending. Not the best tripel, not the worst. Not bad.
On tap at Moeder lambic, Brussels. Pours golden color, white head. Aroma of peach, tangerines. Taste is sweet, malty, orange, peach, tangerines.
Vycap Moeder Original. Jantarova farba, biela slaba pena. Vona sladova, sladka, karamel. Chut sladka, hrozno, karamel. Velmi, velmi sladke. Horko trpka dochut.
Tap at Moeder Lambic. Not a traditional triple. Has more sweetness, body and strong fruitiness in adition to the standard spiciness. Good one.
Tap at Moeder Original. Amber color with medium off-white head. Aroma of honey, sweet malt, banana. Taste, sweet malt, candies, light solvent, spices.
Pours a hazy golden orange from the bottle with bubbly white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of sweet maltiness, light fruity Belgian esters, a hint of spice, mild booze. Taste follows, hops have fallen off a bit, but it’s a nice beer still. Decent, but had so many better tripels on the trip.
Hazy ochre liquid with tiny bits in it, small head. Soft aroma of fruits. Medium body, average carbonation. Taste is sweet, a bit alcohol.
Golden colour with loads of chunky crap coming out of the bottle. Flavour is quite sweet but there’s a fair amount of yeast and spice to give a little balance.
F: thin, off-white, quick disappear.
C: orange/amber, hazy.
A: malt, honey, overripe fruits, pear, coriander, elder‑flower, hint of orange.
T: malt, orange peels, coriander, iron, banana, papery, grassy bitterness, medium full body, lower carbonation, there are also very good ratings of this beer but I think it´s slight above average tripel, 0,33l bottle from Carrefour in Brussels.

At Brewdog Brussels. Hazy golden colour. Mildly sweet, lightly bitter. Notes of banana, clove and orange peel. Lovely.
Smooth as ? bit of spice, bit of funk. High ABV, yet slips down like a 6% blonde.
Nose - Slight spice (coriander/cardamom?), slight funk, v slight caramel/toffee malt (like a Werther?s Original candy). Body yeastier and full-ish. Finish ? Very slight alcohol return. Nice balancing act all round.
