3.1Golden with a white head - Malt and hops in the aroma - Malt body with some hop flavours and some bitterness - Hops goes into the finish - This was nice
3.3Bevuta in lattina da 33.
Aroma forte di ananas e leggero sentore di luppolo. Colore ambrato e buona schiuma.

3.1Bronze, cloudy with yellowish foam. Mild aroma of malt and flowers. sweet, toffee, with strong growing bitter, metallic aftertaste. High in carbon.
2.4Rated as Ceres Mosaic IPA. Citrus, some leaves. Hops, somewhat bitter with a bitter finish. Overall not impressed.
2.70,5 litre Can, shared with Bergstaden, at Wakeup Copenhagen. Golden with offwhite head. Malts, hops, yeast, sour, herbal.
3.7Dejlig bitter
Soort instap IPA.
3.233cl bottle as "Ceres Mosaic IPA" from Doro supermercati in Ventimiglia, Italy. Head is tan, medium, almost good retention. Colour is amber, clear. Aroma is citrus, grapefruits, bit mellow tropical fruits, caramel, marihuana touch. Taste is medium malty base, orange, mellow grapefruits, bit toast, soft carbonation, ok for commercial IPA, enjoyed.
2.6Copper pour with an off-white head. Caramel malt, touch of citrus, bit of hops, seemed a bit stale.
3.1Can 0.33L.
As Ceres Mosaic IPA.
Clear amber body with a huge, frothy, off-white head, mostly lasting with some nice lacing; average density of large bubbles.
Moderate-to-heavy hoppy (flowers, some citrus, herbal) and light malty (caramel) aroma with notes of fruits.
Moderate bitter and light-to-moderate sweet flavour; average-lasting balanced / slightly bitter finish.
Medium body with oily texture; soft carbonation.

3.1Przyjemny, mosaic jest ale mało różnorodności
2.733cl bottle, cold from store. It's named Ceres Mosaic IPA here. Pours clear copper with some loose white foam. Nice malt, caramel and citrus aroma. Taste is roasted malt, caramel, toffee, citrus, dried fruits with a nice herbal hops bitterness and spiciness in the end. Medium sweet malt and fruits taste and kind of high bitterness. Light to medium body. I like the bitter hops ending. Appreciable IPA in the end, worth trying if not really great.
2.6Pours clear copper. Aroma is slightly fruity, sweet malt. Taste is light, hoppy, floral.
3.4Più che discreta
Earlier Rating: 11/8/2020 Total Score: 3.1
3.4(330ml can, labeled as Ceres Mosaic IPA 5.7, Bergamo. 10 Oct 2020)
AROMA: nice hops, some spice, underlying malt with some brown sugar and molasses notes,
APPEARANCE: amber, hint of orange/red, not overly thick head but oily in appearance, clear
TASTE: balance of grain and hops, some fruit and floralness but not the typical citrus and grass, a bit of alcohol comes through in the middle, fruit gives way to bittering hops and heavily roasted/burnt malt, some dark dried fruit, toast, fall spice
PALATE: approaching medium body, middle is smooth, bite is minimal, finish is hops and dryness, hangs on the palate
OVERALL: decent ale. Different than many of the american IPAs out today. Not super heavy but rich enough. I guess it is the mosaic hops that stand out. Nice, worth trying and worthy of being a top second tier ale.
3.20.5l can. Clear copper body with a loose white head. Sappy aroma with notes of grass, grains and blackberries. The taste is more intense than the aroma. Toast and caramel provides a malty base on top of which blackberries and grassy hops show up with some elderflower. After the sip a nice hoppyness remains. OK IPA.
2.9Kraftig IPA med god smag
2.4As ceres 50 shades of ipa mosaic ipa. Clear golden. Aroma is light toffee light grassy fruit residues. Also dishwater and moss. Taste is bitter stale sweetish toffee and something old. Not fresh. Not very fruity. Somewhat bitter hop. Nah.
3.3My favourite budget beer for a few years now. Dark golden amber.
Aroma is malts and fruit.
Taste: Very decent amount of hoppy bitterness, with a bit of malt backbone. A bit watery. Nothing complex or amazing, just a regular good, cheap IPA.
2.7Can.Golden colour with large white fluffy head.Aroma of citrus and grass light body and a bit thin overall.
3.6En virkelig god IPA til prisen
1.9As Ceres Mosaic IPA.
Canned 0,33L. Clear pale/orange color, limdi aspect with modest bubbly impression and medium escaping white head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, grass, moisted cereals, caramel. Unstable and unbalanced sweet palate, artificial impression, unpleasant fruity mouth, oily to watery texture, unstable final.
3.7Excellent IPA with a lasting head and mild carbonation. Great taste of hops and elder flowers. The taste has a good balanced bitterness. A great beer at the price.
3.7Aroma of fruits and malt
Large lasting head with a nice golden colour
Taste of classic ipa with some elderfloser. Little acid
Mild carbonation and nice mouthfeel
Really above expectations!
