3.904-09-17 // bottle at Caribou, Galway. Paid quite a bit for the bottle, but that was okay. Great Milk Stout. Heavy sweetness, honey, caraml, milky, Lactose, sugar. Some roasted malts. Slightly creamy thick texture. Good.
3.7Bottle 355ml @mikkeller bar. A dark beer with low head, nose is on dark malt and kind of brett background, vinous. Aroma on roasted coffee, touch of red fruits, still brett / lactic background, did not get the honey, with the time the vinous part is more there. Finish on bret touch correct but not oustanding.
3.5Tap at Tia pub. Beige head. Sweet caramel note with a bit of citrus scent. sweet honey and coffee. Very smooth. Too sweet to finish a pint

Many thanks to zvsn!
Bottle. Black, small beige head. Aroma of plums, alcohol, roasted malts, honey. Taste is sweet, lightly bitter. Orange zest, honey, cherries, lactic and roasted tones, alcohol. Full body, low carbonation.
Perfect! I like this one very much - smooth, gentle, but rich flavored. Nice memory for Israel :)
2.6Roasted malt and some smoke.
Sweet malty with tiny roasted maltiness.
A bit blend for such a dark beer.
3.8Bottle 0.33l, trade with zvsn, many thanks, Zeev! Brown to black colored. AROMA- dark caramel, brown sugar, plum jam, touch of alcohol, orange peel, licorice. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, creamy, lactic tones, caramel and coffee, orange. Fuller bodied.
Very good.
4.3Served on tap. Pours black, with minimal dark head. Creamy and sweat, honey is present. Never had some like this before. A very nice beer
3.3Kolor czarny, nieprzejrzyste. Aromat mało intensywny, kawowy, czekoladowy. W smaku piwo jest słodkie, pełne, bardzo gładkie. Wysycenie niskie, goryczka również. Czuć laktozę, karmel, kawę.
3.0330ml bottle. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is sweet, lactose, coffee, honey. Taste is light roastiness, honey, coffee with milk, big sweet finish. I feel this would be better if it wasn't so damn sweet.
3.8Thanks Keren. Poors dark, black with dark brown slow settling lacing foam head. Nice sweet coffee aroma. Great taste light bitter, coffee and sweet tones. (Velp 201708)
3.0Aroma is dominated by honey sweetness with notes of lacto touch. Dark mahone in the glass, medium head. Taste is sweet with notes of honey, some vanilla, bit of rostiness, however finish is horrible sweet.
3.5Piwo czarne z gesta drobnopecherzykowa piana. W aromacie slodki miod i cukier polaczony z palonymi slodami. Zdecydowanie slodkie i czekoladowe z odrobina soku pomaranczowego. Geste i oleiste z lekko wychodzacym alkoholem. Raczej dla fanow slodkich piw.
3.9Dark brown with noisy chocolate brown foam. Good and sweet aroma: roasted malts, dried dates, coffee, lightly burnt, honey, light citrus. Taste: velvety, oriental sweets, milk chocolate with dried fruit, sweet coffee, a drop of brandy and orange liqueur. Dessert beer.
3.8Aroma: Dark roasted malt with fruity sweetness and notes of dark ripe berries.
Flavour: Sticky malty sweetness with sugary and bubblegum notes. Aftettaste is sweet, slightly smokey and malty.
Colour: Very dark brown with a light tan head.
2.604.07.2017, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Nice light brown slightly fizzy-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish roasted, dark malts, dark sugar, bloodlike minerals, roasted grain, citrus, sour coffee, toast, lactose, anise. Taste is sweet mineraly, dark sugar, bloodlike minerals, roasted grain, lactose, burnt toast, dark malts, sour coffee, licorice, grass, paper, citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly sweet roasted mouthfeel. Not really my cup of tea.

Best non-aged dark brown beer I had in ages . Wonderful! So complex with different layers which open to you only after taking a sip.
3.9330ml bottle. Pours black with a diminishing, dark head. Aroma and taste of chocolate, malts and coffee. Sweet taste of lactose, alcohol, cappuccino, burnt sugar, caramel and molasses. Taste is semi-sweet, more intense in the beginning, slightly disappears in the end. Also in the and some lightly bitter notes. The palate is very nice. Overall too sweet, hard drinking, but there is actually some association with milk and honey.
4.1Bottle. 8.4%. Best before 02.02.19. Pours black with a diminishing, dark tan head. No lacing. Roasted aroma with a light metallic overtone. Hints of liquorice; chocolate and honey as it warms. Alcohol note deep down. Flavour is roasted as well, sweetish, with a light citrusy in the background. Light sugary note as it warms. Sweetish, roasted finish with hints of chocolate and honey. Lingering ashy note, followed by a mild alcohol burn. Overall really good, well-balanced. 11.06.17.
4.8Big beer. One of the Best brews made in Israel ever. Hard to find. World class.
3.98.4%ABV. Porter.
Poured out black. 40SRM.
Nose has sweet raw honey aromas suggesting honeyed dates and Manuka honey.
Mouthfeel is syrupy. Palate has roasty, watered syrupy flavor with honey, dates, and other light medicinal flavors. Sweet and syrupy likely the result of lactose. Hops are woody, noble. Just there.
Finish is just like watered honey with charcoal.
Overall, smooth and very approachable and very good, sweet palate might be off-putting to someone expecting more bitter and less sweet based on the color.
3.5Pours brown with a beige head, aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, flavor of chocolate, roasted malt, coffee, medium bodied
3.5Bottle. Quite strong honey presence, full body, relatively sweet throughout. No roast malt character, despite the dark colour. Low bitterness. The orange zest is present, also seemingly with a kind of herbal cough syrup element. Good, tasty, but slightly out of balance.
4.0330ml bottle in Jerusalem, bb 30.08.2017. Pours brown out of the bottle, looks basically black in the glass with a finger of tan soapy head that dissipates and clears leaving a ring around the glass. (3/5) Pungent aroma: leather, wood, alcohol, dark fruits, but neither milk nor honey. (7/10) Taste is much sweeter and more suggestive of milk & honey, middle is somewhat tart-sweet, finishes lightly bitter. (8/10) Texture is creamy-chewy, carbonation is light, body is full. (5/5) Overall enjoyable, nice Porter. (17/20)
3.9Tap at Mikkeller Bar Berlin. Very good imperial porter, lot of milk chocolate, sweetness with light body. Sehr gut
3.9Tap at Mikkeller Bar in Berlin. Pours deep brown. Nose is very fresh Coffee, Honey, Toffee, chocolate. Palate is bitter chocolate, leather, phenolic, some honey sweetness. Great, could be sweeter, a bit too bitter.
