3.8 26/03/2016 @home - 33cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck, Vichte. Hazy light yellow with nice white sticky foam. Fruity hops (lemon, citrus, some melon), bitter. Dry bitter ending. Just a tad too bitter for me but nice beer after all.
3.8 Hazy orange color. Highly carbonated. Great aroma with a interesting interplay of malt, hops, and yeast. Citrus, orange peel, and some funkiness. Very bitter and dry with some toffee note, spicy hops, phenols, and fruitiness underneath. Very good, especially for a session strength.
3.1 Fra flaske på Mi2 Cardinal 2.påskedag: lys gylden med højt skum. Intens aroma av krydder (i særdeleshet pepper), høy, stall, gjær og citrus. Bruser i munnen. Knusktørr med mye pepper i smaken og ettersmaken. Et hint av bitter grapefrukt i tillegg. Stor munnfylde for bare 4%.
3.5 Bottle from Beergium. Hazy yellow color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, hops, earthy notes, ripe fruits and grass. Bitter finish with citrus, earthy notes, ripe fruits, hops and grass. Very nice Belgian ale.
3.1 Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 25A, adapted). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 823. AROMA: slight spicy aroma (clove) with citric notes (lemon). Some hop fresh aroma. slight sweet malty background. APPEARANCE: medium gold color and just slightly hazy. small moussy head with low retention. TASTE: light grainy-malty flavour, complemented with faint hop flavour (citric) and mild clove-like phenolic. high bitterness that lingers beyond a dry finish. PALATE: low body with low carbonation. OVERALL: a belgian blond ale a bit on the "session" side.
3.5 Apr. ’15. A 0.33 l bottle from Ivana Trgovina shop, Split. It poured hazy yellow body with a huge head, although not a gusher. Very aromatic nose, a lot of coriander, pine and that lightly milky bread, almost biscuit malt. Boldly bitter flavor, grapefruit, pine, plain herbal hops. Medium bodied, but really full for just 4%. Finished bitter, but also a bit acidic with biscuit malt showed up as well. A really bitter bitter, and a good one!
3.3 Unclear yellow golden color with a big head that vanish quite fast. Quite rich Belgian yeast in the aroma. Medium body and a bit rich carbonation. Ok acidity and maybe a bit to much bitterness. Semi dry texture. Lots of yeast in this one. Also mild sour, funky, citric and fruity. Nice beer at only 4%. [Bottle from Ølgaarden/Gulating in Fredrikstad, Norway]
3.4 330 ml bottle. BBE Sep/2017. From my January Advent Calendar. Hazy yellow golden color with a tiny white head. Some sweetness, toffee, mild yeast, mild floral hops and some maltiness in the aroma. The flavor is rather strong bitterness, floral hops, mild yeast and some maltiness. Surprisingly nice. I don’t know exactly what I was expecting but this is better than that...
3.7 At Maakun’s. Bottle. Pale golden with big bubbly foamy head. Hoppy, grassy, yeasty, flowery, flower petals, spices. Taste is over moderate bitter with sweet and sour and even salty notes on the side. Body is over medium, texture is medium thick. Carbo is average, smell is outrageous. Delicious fruity sweet/sour/bitter finish. Very nice!
3.7 Bottle shared at home. Almost clear golden with enormous fluffy white head. Flowery, citrus hops, lime peel, grassy, light biscuits and a hint of bread, the bread is more bakers yeast than actual dough though I guess. Mostly just fresh citrusy hops. Light sweet and under medium bitter. Light bodied with full carbonation. Nice stuff, would be even better with less carbonation.
3.2 Bottle, bb SEP 2016. Pours golden, cloudy, with large white head. Spicy phenolic notes, some yeasts. Taste is lightly bitter, slightly sour, moderately sweet. Lively carbonated, with bitter finish. Not the best beer from Alvinne.
3.7 Hazy golden ochre, sparkling, foggy head dissipates fast and lacing ring remains. Hoppy aroma, citrus, flower notes, pine, bit perfume like notes also, sweet and bitter. Light body, bit watery, hoppy bitter with grapefruit and pine in long finish, semisweet. Ok, refreshing. Advent beer 7.
3.4 Robe dorée, peu de mousse. Nez sur le houblon, le gingembre, le citron vert et une note minérale. Bouche tendue, amère, un grand extrait sec, et une finale serrée. Une vraie bitter.
3.3 DWF; Belgian bottle. Pours huge, hazy golden with a forever lasting, frothy and lacing, off-white head. Nose is light to moderate, malt, honey, hay, yeast and spice. 2.4 Fra kran på Haand Ølfestival 30 Mai 15. Delt med Rune. Gulbrun. 0 skum. Brukbar aroma av søt appelsin. Smaken nøytral. Svakt syrlig - men lite å hente.

2.9 On tap @ BBF 2015. Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Fruity and hoppy tones. Fruit, hops, malt and bitterness. Medium to light body with a bitter / acid finish.
3.7 This is a very light beer, but it offers a full grassy hoppy aroma, a nice carbonisation and the flavour shows some hints of unmalted grain. The body is light, for sure, and the finish is dry and lasts... Americans would call this a Session IPA without hesitating.
3.6 On tap, 1dl tasting glass @ Borefts 2015, Bodegraven. Body is opalescent yellow, head is medium, white, fizzy, mostly lasting, fair lacing. Nose is citric, flavor is grapefruit, weed, grass. Medium sweet, medium bitter. Finish is long lasting hoppy medium bitter. Medium body, dry texture, soft carbonation. Easy, refreshing, simple beer.
3.5 Bottle. Pours hazy golden with some sediments, and a creamy head. Aroma is peppery yeast with wooden notes of brett, as well as kandi and roasted malts. Medium body with a creamy mouthfeel, and average carbonation. Flavour is tart wooden yeast, with floral and perfumey bretty notes and funky horseblanket. Funky perfumey finish.
3.8 33cl bottle at home. Hazy yellow / orange with a small white soapy head. Light to medium body with lively carbonation. Herbal bitterness with some fruity tones. Citrus, yeast, blossom, hops and herbs. Tasty and refreshing!
3.3 Bottle 33cl. Foamy huge white head. Hazy yellow green color. Aroma is dough, apples, cabbage. Taste is sour with green house carbon gases.
3.5 330 ml bottle. Unclear golden body with a nice off-white head. Aroma has some mild funk, light citric fruit, pale malt, yeast, barnyard and hay. The flavor is refreshing fruity with some pale malt, yeast and pleasant barnyard/funkiness. Medium bitterness. Fine and balanced body even if it’s rather light bodied. Funky aftertaste. A very nice, mild Brett beer. The Morpheus yeast seems to fit this beer well.
3.6 Flaska från Etre Gourmet. Väldigt disig, gyllengul, ljus ganska lågt skum. Massor av brett, fuktigt trä, jäst, gräs, hö, blomsterbukett, örter, lite citrus. relativt besk med en örtig beska, lätt, frisk, lite syrlig. Riktigt trevlig brettöl.
3.1 330 ml bottle, from the Norwegian importer. ABV is 4%. Cloudy golden colour, huge white head. Strong yeasty aroma, notes of pepper and citrus. Yeasty and peppery flavour, bitter finish. Too yeasty for me.
3.2 From zombier. In Duvel glass. Watching Supercup 2015. Bad aspect. no foam and watery texture. However, smell and taste werent bad
