3.6 Bottle from Willems in Grobbendonk. Poors very dark brown, nice, red shine, no head. Aroma: sour with light lactic touch, distinct chocolate roasted malts, hints of vanilla and wood. Taste very sour, red fruits, tasty roasted malts. The sourness is distinct but lacks a bit of taste ( only lightly lactic and some red currant ) but the chocolate malts are decent. Nice, creamy, chocolaty lingering aftertaste.
3.7 Bottle. Dark brown with red color, almost without foam. Aroma: wine, dried fruits, a little plum, red wine, a little jam. Taste: sweetish, caramel, wine, a little wine vinegar, tart, oak, a little dried fruit, pleasant.
3.4 Bottle 50cl. as Alvinne Morpheus Undressed Foederbier, bought 27/11/2015 (bbd 10/2019, lot foe), @home poured into a tumbler. Strong sour cherries nose; deep ruby brown, thin beige foamy head, mostly diminishing, almost no lacing; aroma sour cherry, red fruit, wood, some cinnamon; taste medium sweet and sour, tart, cherries, red fruit, light vinegar; sticky sweet and sour aftertaste, cherries, woody notes; medium body, sticky texture, flat carbonation; quite nice and refreshing oud bruin.
3.0 Piana minimalna, sycząca, szybko opada do zera.
3.6 Duft syrlig kant karamel malt kant, smag syrlig citrus eftersmag karamel sur og tør
3.8 330ml bottle from Favourite Beers, Cheltenham. Pours clear ruby brown with a minimal off white head. Aroma: tart berries, vinegar, floral, dried fruits. Taste: light to moderate tart, balsamic vinegar, red berries, fruity, intense, wood barrel. Medium body, light carb, oily texture, dry, tart finish
3.6 Bottle with an alternate lable. Foggy brown pour. Small beige head. Poor retention. Aroma: fruit, marmelade, vinegar, caramel. Light to medium body. The taste is fairly sour. Acetic, fruity. Brown sugar on ending. Overall, the sour side is over the top still it is very drinkable.
3.3 11.2 oz. bottle, consumed on 1-29-18. 2012 edition (five or six years of age). Pours dark brown with a moderate amount of taupe head. Nice color. Tart aroma features scents of bubblegum, cinnamon chewing gum, minerals, pond water, chlorine, carrots, toffee, caramel, hazelnut, bran muffin dough, cinnamon, and coriander. A touch salty in smell. Strange aroma, more interesting than it is good. Quite sour taste, much more than I expected. If anything maybe a little too sour, which I rarely say. Lemon juice and vinegar flavors. Tonic water. Cigar tobacco and generic smoked malts in the flavor (I have no reason to believe than any of the malt actually is smoked). Hazelnut, carob, and chocolate-covered raisin; there’s definitely a brown maltiness to the beer (as if “brown” is a flavor, but I think you know what I mean). Not as much complexity in flavor as I expected. My guess is that a lot more flavor notes are there, but they’re being buried by the very strong sourness. Light to medium body. Some fizz in the palate. Unremarkable palate effects. Somewhat disappointing overall, but not a bad beer and certainly different from most American sours. 6.4.7.3.13=>3.3
4.0 Bottle. Brown-reddish color with soapy eggshell head. Aroma is chocolate, berries, wood, . Taste is chocolate, wood, tannins, balsamico. Silky mouthfeel with low carbonation. Super stripped down, super complex, and super tasty indeed! I like!
3.4 Bottle @ No5, DØE tasting, Alvinne sour collection Undressed. Redbrown with a small head. Aroma of ripe fruit and light sourness, barrel notes. Flavor light sweet fruit, then heavy sour vinegar, ending dry. Medium bodied, medium carbonated. Aroma better than flavor, despite I really like sour ales.
3.9 Bottle from Damian. Aroma not extraordinary, but pleasant, grapes, malt, dark black colour, reddish shade, no head. Magnificent taste, grapes, fruits, very sour, intensive, long sour finish. Very good surprise.

Warto.
4.0 330ml bottle from Vanuxeem. Pours hazy dark brown, small creamy coloured head. Aroma has leathery nutty dark malts, sour. Taste continues with a good dark sour character, razor sharp, with burnt brown sugar, oak and pleasant sweetness. Very good.
3.5 Beavertown extravaganza. Light sour with added grapes aroma. A reddish brown. Thin dregs of a bubbly beige head. Medium sour. Some umami. Light - medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Astringent finish. 'Winey'. Decent.
3.7 500ml bottle from Zly Casy, Bottle Shop. Opaque dark mahogany, small head disappearing fast and completely, some lacing. Sweet and sour aroma, balsamic vinegar, oak, woody, red grapes, cherry, earthy and toffee. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, tart and smooth mouthfeel. Tart taste with green apples, cherries, balsam vinegar, oak, a bit vinous, sweetness from caramel and chocolate. Dry and tart finish.

3.5 Bottle - Soured dark malts. Clear dark Amber with a small beige head. Soured dark malts with some dark sugars.
3.5 Sweet little bottle brought back from belg. Pours out crisp amber topped with a s head. Nose is nice cherries lots of wood barrel. Taste is more of the funky barrel and bugs.
Note boisée et cuir léger. Douceur très légère malgré l’acidité franche. Acide citrique. Notes de fruits rouges. Finale acide longue. Corps très fin, texture lisse. Oud bruine légère, vineuse, acide, simple, rafraichissante.
3.7 Sample from plastic barrel at Foeders Amsterdam, The Netherlands.30.03.2017. Taste with kermis. Pour it dark brown color with no head. Aroma cherry, balsamic vinegar. Hmmm Lecker!
4.2 330 ml bottle, bb 01.12.21. Big bad gusher! Aroma and taste is winey, oak wood, malt and red friut. Quite tart with light fizzy carbonation. Pretty nice Oud Bruin on the sour side with a perfect balance of tartness, oak and fruit. Great as a refresher for a warm spring/summer evening.
Licht wrang houterige afdronk.
