English:
Here on Amager island we are as blessed with Amager Fælled (Amager Common), a beautiful piece of nature with fantastic animal and bird life. Actually, there is no other place in Europe where there are such large open spaces near such a big city, now a subway even takes you almost directly into the bird’s song. Amager Common has a history as both a place of execution and for the testing of military weapons, but nowadays you hardly meet anything more controversial than joggers, birdwatchers and little children in shorts.

When you visit this rustic paradise, do it like this golden ale from Amager Brewery by bicycle or subway tunnel. With its clean malt sweetness and its gentle and floral hop tones it is the beer created to quench the thirst out here in Amager’s free and beautiful scenery.

2.7 At a tasting, thanks, small bubbly head, hazy yellow color, woody slightly perfumed aroma with a hint of paper, flavor of honey and almonds with a metal edge, light bitterness, maybe not at its best, but still nice.
2.2 Bottle sample at a tasting at Alexey’s place. Thanks Stas & Max. Light yellow with white head. Aroma of popcorn and explosive, skunky with some maltiness. Bitter flavor, skunky, notes of leaves, earthy and grassy. Light to medium-bodied. A bit infected.
2.5 Bottle sample at a tasting at Alexey’s place. Thanks Stas & Max. Slightly hazy yellow. Aroma of rather skunky hops, and some graininess and malt. Flavor has sweetish graininess, malt, a bit of honey, and bitter hops, a bit skunky, a bit fruity. Light to medium-bodied.
3.0 Flaske. Mørkerødlig brun let uklar øl. Fint skumhoved.
2.9 Bottle, 50cl. Pours amber with a foamy and stable off-white head. Citrus fruits in a very hoppy nose. Concentrate and you might pick up both biscuits, honey, grass, elderflower, caramel and grain as well. Light bitter, moderate sweet taste. Floral, malty and not that hoppy afterall. Light floral, citrus and honey sweetness. Light+ to medium body. Average carbonation. Quite alright. Aroma is the best part of the beer though.
3.0 Bottle. Pours hazy amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of hops, with notes of citrus and touches of malt. Fruity hints. Bitter, hoppy flavour with estery notes and rough touches (wet hop?). Hints of malt. Soft carbonation. Hoppy and etsey aftertaste. Creamy mouthfeel. Drinkable and well-balanced but nothing particularly exciting.
3.2 Copenhagen 10/9 2015. 50 cl bottle from Føtex. Rustic picture of animals you might encounter on Amager Fælled. Pours hazy copper with small white head which disappears immediately. Aroma is fresh and fruity with some sweetness. Medium carbonation. Flavour is intense and fruity - citrus, lemon and peach. A little honey sweetness and a fresh lingering bitterness. Refreshing but not very impressionable. But I would pack a couple in the unlikely event of travelling to Amager Fælled.
3.3 Clear amber-copper colour with a pillowy beige head and good lacings. On the nose aromas of oatmeal biscuits, woody-spruce-honey and grassy, floral notes arise. Softly carbonated, mellow light smooth texture, rather slender yet full bodied. Wood honey sweetness with a subtle pleasant floral bitterness. Lasting light biscuit, honey-toast finish.
2.5 The aroma is full of cascade hops, honey, elderflower and caramel. The color is dark caramel. The taste is full of hops, honey, caramel and elderflower. A decent beer.
2.8 Bottle at home. Pours golden with a Little white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, honey, grain. Light citrus. Taste is heavy sweet, malts, only very light hop, no elderflower decected citrus finish like corana.Finish is quite sweet and end quickly.
3.2 Hazy amber, white froth. Aroma has caramel, grass and perhaps hints of honey. Flavour is fruity, light bitter with light hint of elderflower and floral sweetness. Finish is dry and bitter, slightly thin but ok refreshing.
3.3 Clear golden, but i should have shaken the bottel to disolve the yeast. Taste and aroma of grass and honny. Faint taste of eldeberry flowers. Quite sweet in the aftertaste. Smooth carbonation and mouth feel. Very low bitternes.
3.3 500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours hazy pale gold, very fizzy at first, settling down to a thin white head. Aromas are floral, grassy. Taste is light sweet. Floral bitter finish. Ok, if not exciting.
2.8 Bottle @ Bella Sky Comwell, Copenhagen. Lightly hazy golden color with white head. Malty, fruity, hoppy. Brings summer to mind.
3.4 Bottle @ home. Clear golden color, small white head. Aroma is lightly malts, lightly hops. Tastes about the same: lightly malts, lightly hops, slightly bitter. Average body, medium carbonation. Easy drinkable, decent but a bit dull beer.
2.9 Bottle. Little hazy golden color, white head. Light malty, fruity, hoppy. Good summer beer.
0.7 18.08.2014, 0,5l bottle @ home: Small slightly fizzy shortlasting head, very light straw colored. Aroma is basically like putting my nose far down in my cats toilet box; wornout silica catsand overloaded with old cat piss, and hint of sulfur. Taste is harsh grainy, hay, weeds, light malts, grain, sour grass. Little bitterness, watery mouthfeel. Holy crap on a cracker....!!
3.0 Noe dunkel lys gyllen farve.
2.3 hældes i stort glas, lys gullig mat i skæret... let skummende . jow vel en let blomster/ honning smag....men svær at finde...Sikkert go på Fælleden..
3.1 Bottle batch 814, bbf June 2015. Hazy yellow with a medium sized white head. Citrus, dough, floral, wood/earthy, hay. Light/medium body, thin texture, soft carbonation, light sweet, little bitterness. Short and thin in the finish. Overall a bit thin and shy on flavour, but drinkable enough.
2.9 Bottle. Yellow, light haze. Pale malty, slight husky. Some green, light leafy hops, touch of meadow. Light body. As a lighter drink quite nice. Crafty. Could confuse it with a light craft lager though. -- rated with beerbasher/winphone
3.0 500 ml bottle, batch #747, will soon be available at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.5%. Slightly hazy golden colour, low white head. Strong sweetish aroma of new-mown grass, flowers and honey. Refreshing flavour, not too sweet, with moderate floral (elderflowers) and citrussy notes, subtle hops, hints of honey, low bitterness. I know this is not intended to be a very hoppy beer, but a little more bittering hops would not hurt.
3.3 50 cl. bottle, batch # 747. Hazy, golden colour with a dense, white head. Fruity aroma with grasses, light elderflower, honey, citrus and floral hops. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a lively carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with grasses, bread, fruits and floral notes. Refreshing and enjoyable.
