English: Dragør Triple is a top-fermented beer, for which we have taken inspiration from the strong Belgian klosterøl type "Tripel ". The immediate focus is on sweetness and alcohol the aroma is pure exotic fruit despite the Belgian model: mangoes, passion fruit , star fruit and jack fruit - and a discreet hint of strawberry. The body is extremely rich with a strong element of pale malts , which alows the yeast flavour to be prominent - just as it should be.

Dragør Triple is a beer of pleasure for both sexes. The ladies will enjoy the sweetness and exotic fruit flavours ,whilst the gentlemen will be attracted by the warmth of the alcohol.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt , hops, and yeast

3.4 Bottle @ Cafe Buitenlust, Oirschot. Clear yellow to golden colour with some yeast chunks, and a nice white head. Smells herbs, malts and spices. Tastes hoppy, herbs, spices, sweet and malts. Good carbo (on the edge of having too much), medium body.
3.3 50 cl bottle. Rated on 20110507. Pours golden color with small head. Aroma of alcohol, fruits and spices. Flavor of fruits, spices and malts. The alcohol comes through too much, some sweetness to balance it out but obviously not enough. 3333
3.3 bottle at rbesg08, one of the last samples of the session. hazy light golden; aroma of pollen, earthy spice and overripe lemon; dusty with some tropical notes and enough character to still be satisfyng after plenty of other samples
2.5 Bottle. Just hazy gold with a towering white head. High bead. Aroma of dough, vanilla, oranges, apricots, alcohol. Sweet with light caramel and stone fruit, some citrus. Alcohol is really very prominent. Carbonation is excessive. Spices - coriander, vanilla - in a quite bitter end along with alcohol. Inelegant verging on paper bag.
3.2 Bottle. Very sweet aroma with a bit of metallic odour as well. Nice golden, foggy colour but with a very big sparkling head. Taste is equally sweet but too alcoholic at the same time. Aftertaste is very bitter.
3.3 Poured a nice hazy colour, the smell was strange I couldn’t place it, tasted nice was smooth. A strong alcohol taste.
3.5 (Bottle 29 /10-2011) very large white head, slightly unclear yellow, belgium yeast aroma, well rounded.
Correct.
3.3 Good tripel pour, huge head, quite hard to control. Remainder of the bottle foamed out! Crazy over carbonation. Aromas of spice, yeast and soft fruit. Quite bitter finish with a big yeasty punch. The malt hits hard in the finish and adds a sweet matly cerealness.
3.6 500 ml bottle. A lot of yeast clouds the beer golden appearance. Alchool, malt and spices dominate the aroma. The firsts sips seemed a little harsh but, as the beer warmed up, a velvety sweetness and a pleasant fruityness emerged through the alchool and the spicy notes brought up by the abundant yeast. Hops a quite subtle but helps to the general dryness. Pretty complex, all in all. Quite good tripel, but not enough to have me run to a siberian mountain snowtop screaming "Dragor ! Dragor !", as Rocky the Fourth did, if I remember well.
3.2 Decent tripel color, white head. Something in the smell I don’t really like. Ok taste, nice carbo and body.
3.3 1st December 2009 Pigs Ear! Cloudy amber beer. Yeasty minerally nose. Light as a feather frothy palate. Typical tripel malt and sweetness. Light frothy and pleasant.
3.3 500 ml bottle. Batch #149, BBE 01/2012. Pours a hazy orange colour without a head. Some visible bubbles. Aroma of strong alcohol, passion fruits, mango and glue. Flavour of sweet fruits, tropical fruits, solvent, well-aged hops and caramel malts. Medium bodied with a thick mouthfeel and a warming, slightly burning alcohol finish with mild fruit notes. Way too much alcohol as it diminishes the taste.
3.6 Bottle. Pours cloudy orange-yellow with a fluffy white head. Aroma is spicy yeast balanced against some sweet fruit notes, and a whiff of alcohol. Flavor is bold up front, mix of light sweet fruits and fairly aggressive yeast flavor. Bit of alcohol and spice in the finish. A fairly "hot" tripel, but pretty good.
2.5 Luktar lätt fruktig. 6/10 i mörket, ganska grumlig. Ingen favorit.
3.4 Unclear golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is sweet fruity, very yeasty, spicy and alcohol. Flavor is very sweet and bitter. Dry finish. Too much carbonation. 250111
2.9 Rating #483, bottle from Kvickly Sundby A brown-yellow beer with fine head. Aroma is quite simple and does not live up to my expectations about a tripel from Amager Bryghus. Only elements seems to be a bit alcohol and some hops. Flavor is rather spicy from the hops, and besides the penetrating amount of alcohol that ruins the beer, there is some woody notes all the way through. Medium palate. Not a directly bad beer, but I had expected a lot more, and it was definately not worth the money.
2.7 Bottle. Slight aroma. The flavour is slight, but seems massively alcoholic, with biting alcohol on the tongue and a throat scorcher to swallow. This beer tastes a lot like like pils with vodka in it. While there are Belgian tripels which indeed taste similar to this, they are scarcely beers to try to emulate.
3.4 Cloudy orange body and a white creamy lasting head with good lacing. Aroma of malt, caramel, honey and coriander. Oily texture and a bitter finish. The taste is medium sweet and medium bitter.
3.5 quite dry and hoppy nose with an almondy trace and apricots, initially sour taste, then gingerbready sweet with a little salt. medium body

3.7 Bottle at tasting, thanks for sharing dEnk! Pours a very hazy golden color with a thick white head that leaves lacing and some floaties. Aroma of spices, citrus, some fruits and hops. Flavor is quite bitter, spicy, some fruits, and slightly sweet. Bitter in the finish, quite lively carbonation. Nice tripel.
3.5 Bottle. Orange amber, slight hazy with floaties, medium head. Aroma is fruity and floral hops and cheap perfume. Bitter sweet flavour of above.
3.3 Cloudy gold with an average off-white head. Aroma is of apple, fruit, and yeast. Taste is of apple, booze, hops and honey.
3.4 Bottle from Cracked Kettle. Yellow, golden body with huge head. Fruity, floral nose with lots of different fruits. Taste of malts, some fruits and honey. Then gets yeasty in the finish. Enjoyable.
3.3 50cl, Danish brewery, from De Hopduvel Gent, complex brew, not balanced, cloudy, rocky head, nice brew
3.5 Hazy golden pour with a thick, frothy white head. Nice aroma of peppery hops and fruits. Good flavor of peppery yeast, hops and fruits. The body is light to medium with a creamy texture and soft carbonation. Good stuff.
