English: Throw off the darkness, make merry and bid the light welcome! That is the simple message in our Spring IPA "Kåååd" (Frisky). Not many people know this, but there is a whole herd of beef cattle being raised in a secret Amager location on the spent grain from our beer production.
This cattle herd, surely the happiest in the world, had barely tasted the grain from this very beer, before they let out a celebratory MUUH so loud that it could be heard all the way to downtown Copenhagen. The ensuing merriment in the herd caused a Stampede greater than any seen in Calgary in July. But one thing is for sure: If you, dear hophead, partake of this brew, you will become as frisky as our happy heifers as soon as you catch a whiff of the aromatic hops that we have jam-packed into "Kåååd". Have a merry old spring - and don’t do anything we, or the happy cattle, wouldn’t do...

Ingredienser: Vand, Malte: Pilsner-, Münchener-, Cara Pils og Melanoidin malt. Humler: Herkules, Tomahawk, Summit, Chinook, Simcoe, Centennial, Amarillo og Cascade. Gær: en amerikansk overgær.

3.1 Totalt decent, very summery and fruity IPA. In no way breaking new ground. Medium carbonation.
4.1 Slightly hazy amber beer with white head. Rich and yummie aroma. Lots og piney and grassy hop aroma and some malty sweetness in there as well. Taste has a nice prickely bitterness that fills the palate. I love the pine flavors. Medium sweetness adds good balance.

3.9 Another excellent IPA from Amager. Perfectly constructed, heavy on the citrus with a pithy grapefruit bitterness. Lovely.
HOT AS HELL!!! Spitze. 0,5l Flasche vom Supermarkt aus Aarhus. Ca.6€. Again :7/4/7/3/16 A little RYEr from OldHopCountry?? 3.6 On tap. Hazy orange golden colour with a medium nice white head. Pine, malts, tropical fruit and citrus in the aroma. Average carbonation and medium body. Taste is medium bitter with caramel and fruity notes. Dry bitter finish. Overall, a good beer.
3.7 500ml bottle [as Modern IPA]. Slightly cloudy, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Floral and tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, fruit salad in fact, notes of peach, apricot, mango, passion fruit, grapefruit, orange, orange zest, a minimally waxy touch. Taste is bitter hoppy, fruity, some tropical fruit, some yellow stone fruit, some orange zest, slightly sweet caramel malty basis; lasting bitter finish with a minimally soapy and waxy touch. A stretto of fruit flavours in more literal than musical sense.
4.1 Sometimes I think what else you can do with IPA! The answer is nothing! Just make it fresh , intense and here you go one of the best IPAs I had just like that! Loving Amager!
3.4 Pours a bright copper color with full head. Aromas of bready malts, oranges, pine and wine gums. Flavors of toasted malts, resiny pine, bitter fruit skins and toffee. Bitter almost grassy finish.
3.5 0.5 bottle. Clear, orange color and a large, white head. Aroma of hops, citruses, exotic fruits, quite a lot of pine fragrance, some pale malts too. Taste is obviously bitter, very hoppy, a bit of sweetness if noticeable but it also appears hoppy. A medium body, a somewhat creamy texture, and a soft carbonation. Finish is long, quite bitter as one would expect, does not introduce anything new. Overall the beer is alright, a standard IPA in my humble opinion.
3.6 Tap. Clear, orange, medium sweetness, medium bitterness, medium body, oily feel, soft carbonation, & bitter finish.

3.3 Bottel: Modern IPA When pouring the beer you get a hazy, yellow-orange color. The foam is white and is very nicely presented. The foam has medium small bubbles that leave traces in the glass. Light to medium carbonic acid. One is struck by a hop aroma, with a slight malty aroma. Very forest and pine, but also fruity aromas, a little small exotic. One finds little citrus aromas and some grapefruit. The taste is a hop bomb marked bitterness. Here are some pineapple, passionfruit some herbs and spices. The taste is also slightly bitter notes of orange peel. The beer is a bit floral, with some forest feeling. A well thought out IPA, although hops plays a large role for
3.7 Fresh bottle. Aroma of sweet tangerine, dankness, orange, grapefruit and a little sweet malt. Pours golden pretty clear, small white head. Medium to high dry bitterness, medium sweet. Medium body, sticky, average carbonation, fairly long grapefruity dry finish. Hints of orange peel in the taste too. Reminds a bit of the Wookiee in the aroma.
Gott!
4.1 Tap at Strefa piwa, orange color with huge creamy whitehead. Aroma is malty, caramely, toffee, zest, resins, dried fruit and lot of citruses. Taste is nice balanced, mild, medium sweetness followed by caramel and long hoppy citrusy kick.
3.0 Bottle. Clear golden pour, medium white head. Hoppy nose, very subtle hoppy taste, not much really. Slightly bitter finish. Medium body, average carbonation.
Final resinoso, caramelo tostado, bem balanceada.

Fine carbonation, light slick, medium body. Light golden toast sweetness offering floral, flowery, fruity hop bitterness. Lasting dry finish.
