Amager Winter In Bangalore

Amager Winter In Bangalore

0.5 Sour and acidic. NOT good

4.0 Flaske, batch 1924.
3.4 Thin off white head soon left a collar on a hazy dark golden still body. Juicy aroma of Tropical fruits, sweet citrus, peach & tangerine. Medium bodied, tingly over the tongue with a sharp dry back. Sweet, citrus, peach, mango & sweet red grapefruit tastes followed by bitter finish with mango.

3.3 Goryczak żółciowy zwany szatanem. Nieznaczność w stylu WC i tam kończy.
Bitter finish.
3.8 #WFP9 The rating is based on memories from beer festival. Very good, correct ipa, citrusy aroma and nice bitterness.
3.5 500ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Piney and slightly resinous, minimally citrusy, hoppy aroma, caramel malty background, notes of lemongrass, hints of lemon, some pineapple, a touch of orange zest. Taste is moderately bitter hoppy, slightly citrusy, minimally chalky, hints of orange, orange zest, rather weak, pale malty basis loses most of its power underway, leading to a bitter, chalky, medicinal finish; smooth and soft palate, gentle carbonation.
3.7 LCI.
3.9 bottle @ home hazy peach, gross cream head grapefruit, pineapple, tropical, bitter sweet orange, hint of pine needles carbonated, herbaceous bitterness, grapefruit juice, refreshing
3.7 Bottled: Pours pale amber with some haze. Dense head. Hoppy aroma of pine needles and grape fruit. Hoppy taste of pine needles, grape fruit, orange peels and wood. Long bitterness.
2.7 3 finger white head. Semi-hazy, golden coloured beer. Aroma is lime, coriander seeds and pine. Taste is exactly as mentioned above but with grapefruit and a slight hint of overripe tropical fruit. Mouthfeel is quite rich with a high bitterness. Medium carbonation. Lightly dry. Slightly sticky. Overall: Probably the worst Amager beer I've ever tried. Doesn't even taste like an IPA. This bottle must've been old as shit even though it was newly released at the Swedish Monopoly. Doesn't do this amazing brewery any justice.
