- Birra color oro carico, birra limpida e cristallina.
Plato 15°
\\\\\\ (ENG) Italian Golden Ale, Dry-hopping with Cascade hops. Clear, reassuring and familiar, with an old gold colour and persistent foamy head. The warm sensations of malt are ideally balanced by the fresh notes of the aromatic hops used in the dry-hopping process. Full body, clean and intense, enjoyably bitter and pleasantly drinkable. ///
- The foam is white, dense, with a very good adhesion to glass and good persistence. Deep, crystal clear golden color.

- Medium olfactory intensity. You can smell arboreal perfume of linden, and freshly cut grass. Enriched by hints of toasted malt with hints of fresh spices. Citrus (orange, lime, grapefruit) notes are easily recognizable because Midona is a top fermented beer made with Cascade hops in dry hopping phase. With the passing of time vegetal notes of fresh herbs are mostly perceived.

- The palate is pleasantly crisp, medium body.

- In the mouth herbaceous notes become prevalent and the spices are enriched by bitter, slightly pungent notes, together with ginger, freshly cut grass and the pleasant aroma of fresh hops.

- The aftertaste is discreetly persistent, fresh, the final pleasantly dry and smooth.

- Midona is wisely balanced: with its round body, the smooth bitterness, the herb perfumes, moderate toasted malted notes... the crisp and fresh Amarcord experience.

2.7 Bottle at home. Hazy golden with a medium white head. Floral and citrusy, marzipan notes, some spices.
0.8 Cascade dry hopping sounds delish for craft beer lovers .. not with this one .. Golden ale sounds refreshing, fruity ... just got an heavy malty bitter taste sorry for the brewer for what im gonna say but ended up in a bin ..
2.7 Swingtop bottle. It pours bit hazy golden with a creamy white head. The aroma is flowery and citrusy. Light marzipan. The flavor is malty and citrusy hoppy with light spicy notes.
2.5 Pours golden, with white small not persisting head. Quite clear. Aroma is mostly malts (honey, bread, some biscuit), with some herbal notes, a hint of citrus and pine. Flavor is on the sweet side, balanced towards malts, hop bitterness barely sustaining this. Medium to low carbonation, quite dry, a bit warming. This doesn’t have major flaws but it’s not as thirst quenching as the style should be and it misses its promises on hop presence (label says Cascade dry-hopped).
3.2 From 50cl bottle. Pours hazy and loaded gold, medium grain white foam. Aroma is malty, mandarin, bready, alcoholic. Body is average with good carbonation. Taste is mostly sweet though not excessive, bitterness is not in the front here. Finish is relatively short if not for an unpleasant alcoholic feeling.
2.9 Birra di color dorato. Schiuma chiara, fine e poco persistente. All?olfatto sentori di frutta esotica e floreali.
Piwo przykrywa wysoka, puszysta piana, koloru lekko żołtawego. Zapach slodowy, karmelowy z miodem i delikatnymi akcentami słodkiej pomarańczy i brzoskwini.
3.8 Dandelion, lilly, and honey nose. Hazy amber, thin head. Rich dandelion and honey flavor. Medium body, easy carbonation. Very nice balance, sessionable. English style golden ale.
3.7 Nice amber color. Not a big foam. I smell some fruits, but not a lot. Malty and a bit sweet. Overall s nice beer.
4.2 Fresh fruit aroma, citrus and green apples. Light, refreshing dry with small malt and bitterness. Nice summer beer.

3.2 Pours a hazy amber body with a medium and lasting head. Grainy aroma. Rich and creamy taste with a malty accent.
2.8 Beautiful foam and a lovely aroma of caramel is what one encounters when pouring Midona. The taste is also caramel-sweet with small citrus notes. A little orange zest adds a comfortable bitterness, and with a gentle amount of hops is Midona a slightly sweet beer with a hint of fruit and moderate bitterness.
3.3 500ml bottle served in its own glass. Pours a cloudy orange to amber color forming a medium thin bubbled creamy head. Medium to low retention. Lots of thin and molasses lacings left in the glass. Strong notes of caramel, crystal malts and grapefruit in the nose. Grassy and citrus hops profile. Very malty and crispy taste. Slightly sweet upfront. Strong notes of caramel, crystal malts, grapefruit, resin, grass and lime zest. Medium bitterness. A bit metallic. Bready yeasts. Medium to light body. Medium to low carbonation. Caramel in the aftertaste. Not very persistent. Medium drinkability. Not bad.

3.4 from Amstein - hazy amber-blond beer with a little but long lasting foam; light estery and bready with notes of ripe fruits; some gentle sweetness and a good malt backbone; yeasty and gently earthy finish with more fruity notes
3.4 Vaal gele kleur.
3.4 Bottle at Caffe Berry, Sliema, Malta. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grassy hop, citrus, pine needle. The flavour is moderate bitter with a lovely smooth refreshing citrus light grass hop bitter palate and a short bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
3.0 500 ml bottle, rated 2014-09-12 @ V.E.S.P.A, Malmö Clear orange beer with big white head. Aroma has tropical fruits, grainy harsh maltiness, resin and some vegetables. Flavor has resin and herbs. Palate is thinner than medium with quite mild carbonation and a creamy feel. Finish has a mild bite of bitterness with aftertastes of herbs, resin, malts, bitterness and sugary sweetness. Also heat of alcohol and some taste as well. Quite weird brew, I thought it would be an attempt at an IPA which turned out more like a lager, but here the style is Belgian Ale. Kind of typical for Italian beers. First this tasted bad and started getting better towards the end of the glass.
2.7 Bought in Sweden, Systembolaget, 500m, June 2014 rich taste, full flavor. Tastes like a liquid sandwich, really measuring. Perfect to drink while cooking or when you come home early, and your wife and children will be home late. Good balance, taste like flour, pasta, homemade bread, butter, pure wheat.
