3.8 Draft. Hazy yellow with a big bubbly head and loads of carbonation. Aromas of light lemon, hay, and floral . Clean crisp and dry, white wine like qualities. Subtle hops, sour and yeasty.. Very refreshing.
3.9 From: 750ml Cla bday bottle Aroma: subtle hay and yeast Appearance : light vibrant yellow with light bubbles, next to no head Taste: hay and yeast, hoppy lightness. But of lemon and pine Palate: light and fizzy Overall: a little piney for my taste
3.8 Bottle Opaque white yella. Brett aroma. A little sour, grapefruit, kumquat taste. Bitter malty finish. The brett dominates, it's all nice but not my favorite combo. The brewery clearly love brett and they brew it well, but personally it's just not my fav.
3.8 0.75l bottle. Hazy blonde body with a huge white head. Lemon juice, grapefruit and orange zest defines it's character with some vinegar and a bit of salt. The finish has some citrusy bitterness too. Nice one.
4.3 Aroma 8 /10: straw, hay, wild yeast, mild apricot esters Appearance 4 /5: slightly opaque lemon yellow, white foamy head Palate 4 /5: fizzy, highly carbonated, medium body, light and effervescent Taste 9/10: light, lemon and lemon pith are prominent. A little herbal pineyness and wild yeast in the finish. Overall 18/20: perfect summer beer - light, crisp, flavorful Final: 4.3
3.8 Very pale yellow colour with tall white head on top. Aroma has Brett yeast, zesty lemon and grapefruit, bitter hops, white wine oak wood. Coriander and other spices. Taste is sour with green apples, Brett yeast, coriander spice, dry bitter grapefruit hops, wooden oak, and lot of white wine qualities. Medium body and very high carbonation. Very interesting one.
3.9 Really pale hazy look. Aroma is spicy with coriander and lemongrass notes. Taste is slightly astringent, a bit tart, dry, grapefruit rind bitterness on the finish. Light body with high effervescence.
3.9 Bottle Aroma-barnyard, fruits Appearance-pale, hazy, white foam, Taste-medium sourness, lightly bitter, light sweetness, Palate-medium body, sticky, lively, long finish, Overall-very refreshing
4.3 Aromat: mocna stajenka, dzikie nuty na pierwszym planie, do tego kolendra. Dużo cytrusów, limonki, cytryny, pomarańcze, białe wino, bardzo delikatna, owocowa słodycz. Zapach intensywny i przyjemny, orzeźwiający i złożony. Piwo niesamowicie lekkie, orzeźwiające i pijalne. Super! 8/4/9/4/18
3.4 Copenhagen 8/4 2018. 75 cl bottle from Mikkeller Webshop. What looks like a whirlwind of Hops in space on the label. Pours hazy very pale yellow with big, voluminous white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of fluffy foam creeping up the side of the glass. Moderate lacing. Aroma is on the funky side. Stuffy refrigerator with vegetables gone bad. Strong notes of citrus with a little lemonade sweetness. A little lingering black pepper. Quite strong carbonation and thin, watery texture. Flavor has light sweetness followed by quite sharp sourness. Aftertaste is bitter with hints of decay. Finish is dry. Reminds me more of an Saison than a IPA - but a truly strange and interesting beer.
3.2 Bottle. Low but lasting creamy white head. Light yellow golden body. Mild and dusty straw lemon grapefruit aroma. Brett dominated slightly acidic and dry lemon grapefruit flavor with little hops bitterness, low carbonation and a long dry finish.

3.8 750ml bottle, 2016 vintage. Funky brett aroma with notes of kumquat, grapefruit, coriander and pepper. Pours pale golden colored with a huge white head that has excellent retention and some lacing. Starts with crisp kumquat and grapefruit citrus as well as a bit of coriander. Finishes dry and refreshing with funky Brett and peppery spice. Really nice, would like to try fresh.

3.8 August 8, 2014 - with blankboy, gregclow, jercraigs and mabel. Bomber. "that’s mighty fine!" Hazy pale gold pour - champagne-type bubbles, huge fluffy lasting white head. Aroma is lemon, citrus and floral bitterness - a bit spicy (coriander) - middling alcohol presence. Taste - tons of citrus, light funk, a little peppery - very perfume/floral also, bigger alcohol presence. Solid body, extremely well carbonated, quick sort of dry sparkling wine finish. Refreshing, if a bit big.
3.9 Glowing hazy gold. Strong citrus and bright fruits, sweet fruit, slightly sour, musty, brett. Zesty. Medium bodied. Very nice.
3.6 2012 Vintage cork shot off like a gun from the C&C. Bright straw gold. Big fluffy white head that falls to nothing. nose is oak, wine, spice, and coriander. Bone dry nose. Taste is coriander, orange peel, lemon peel, spices, soft pepper, white wine and oak. Soft pine and citrus in the mid and back. Prickly carbonation, lots of wine, oak and very bone dry finish. Very solid for the age.
4.2 Chalky white golden with a strong haze and nice white head. Floral hop and musty brett aroma. Dry floral, bretty-musty, peppery. Soft texture and light bodied. Notes: Bottle at Tacos & Beer March ’17 Beer Dinner
3.4 Bottled (backlog). Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, floral, some dry wooden notes with mild toffee as well. Flavour is dry wood, some fruity, floral, nectary and mild sweet malty notes.
4.2 750ml bottled 2015-04. Pour light hay stack, hazy, with cloud. Aroma of belgian yeast, brett and light citrus. Taste is bitter and cheeze. High carbonation, slick. Long bitter finish.
3.9 750ml bottle. Batch 8. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow colour. Medium white head. Notes of brett, herbal notes, hints of white wine, pineapple, barnyard, citrusses in the aroma. Grapefruit, notes of white wine, flowery notes, notes of pineapple, leathery notes, citrussy finish. Bitterness, barnyard in the aftertaste. Rather light bodied, medium carbonated, nice brew.
4.2 Pours a pale straw yellow color with a thick white head. Funk, citrus, floral, oak, white wine, yeast, coriander and peppercorn aroma. Lemongrass, lime, tangerine, kumquat, floral, yeast, funk, oak, wheat and coriander flavors. Light body and lively carbonation. Lemongrass, lime, tangerine and funk finish. Generally not my favorite style of beer, but this is exceptional. Batch #11.
3.4 One Mile House, Brooklyn: pours orange with a white head. Aroma is fruity and lightly bretty. Very full. No bitterness. Some sweetness. Light complexity. Thought it would be better.
3.4 Aroma: something sour cabbage, with fruit. Appearance: yellow, haze, with big white head. Taste: fruit, middle hop bitterness, a bit sour. Palate: medium body, high carbonation.
2.5 Pours light yellow, quite hazy with frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, some fruit, tartness, lots of funk. Flavour is citrus, lemon peel, grapefruit peel, tart and again funk overall. Finish is dry, earthy, sourish. Definitely not my kind of beer.
3.8 Flaske: Brett domineret øl, lidt for meget men stadig lækker. Lysegul næsten hvid helt diset øl medet stort skumhoved. Brett, brett og atter brett. Ikke dårligt men bare ikke så fantastisk som på resten af Anchorage øl.
4.0 Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer.
3.4 750 ml corked and caged bottle, Batch #8 April/2015. Loud champagne pop. Unclear light pale yellow, huge firm white foam eventually settles and lasts. Aroma of fruity yeast, coriander, pepper spices and faint funk. Taste is citrus fruity, dirty earthy yeast, coriander and white pepper, mild funk, lean wheat malt. Higher carbonation, medium bodied, well hopped. Nice enough but overpriced. NFL (Not For Lagerboys)
