3.9 Bottle at Csakajo. Pale hazy yella with great white foam. Brett aroma, mosaic berry aroma. Dry nice spicy saison, thankfully the brett and mosaic hops harmonize more in the taste than aroma. Dry, malty finish, tasty. Cool saison from Alaska.
4.1 Hazy pale yellow colour, minimal white head - well, rather some lacing than real head; aroma and taste of brett, lemon, gooseberry, some barnyard and maybe woody notes; great one
3.6 750 mL bottle. Hazy orange. Big white head. Smells of strong brett, oak, a touch of oxidation, and some doughy malts. Maybe a shade of hops. Tastes of a tiny amount of hoppiness up front, then brett takes over. Earthy without being acidic. Doughy malts. Oak and slight oxidation in the back end. Medium body. I didn't notice the age when I picked this up. Oops. It's actually still very good, but probably not what it was.
4.0 Semi-hazy golden color. Aroma has brett funk, floral notes, pineapple, pollen and hay. Taste is a bit astringent, mostly fruity and dry. Medium body, quite effervescent.
4.0 Light cloudy yellow beer with thick white head on top. Aroma has fruity tones, zesty grapefruit, Brett yeast sourness. Taste has Brett yeast sourness, sweet fruits and grapefruit bitterness. Medium fullish body and high carbonation. Pretty good one.
3.7 Shared 750 ml. bottle, Batch #2, poured to snifters showing a hazed, orangey gold color, with a fluffy layer of soft white froth, with ribbons & spots of foamy lacing. The nose was subtle funk, some barber spices, tropical scent, citrus as grapefruit, orange, & lemon, and some ripeness on the back. Light to medium bodied, with decent carbonation, the taste was similar, retained some yeasty funk, tannic dryness, and included bitterness that was citrusy, rind-like, and earthy.

(2 bottiglie aprile 2015)
3.7 Bottle. Cloudy pale golden pour with a creamy white covering that fades to a nice film. Semi sweet aroma with some candied grapefruit, melon, high carbonation and moderate body, some apple, oak, slightly tart, bit dry, coriander, tangerine rind.
3.5 How: Bottle. Where: Systembolaget. Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma: Fruit, yeast, pine, citrus. Body: Medium body and carbonation. Flavour: Fruit, citrus, hops, a bit tart.
4.2 Brilliant wild saison, bursting with clove, grass, tart citrus, and loads of funk. Layers of wheat, clove, vanilla, banana, and grass mix with tart citrus, berry, and soap coming from the Mosaics, while the sour 'n funky Brett madness turns the back end into a hoppy, horsey barnyard. Finishes with a good bit of piney bitterness on top of the funk and yeast. Delicious. Gorgeous straw yellow pour with a neverending fluffy white head and crazy lacing. Nose is wheat and horseblanket. Perfect saison texture. Lovely, lovely beer.
4.1 Bottle. Moderate grain and hay for the malt, light to moderate lemon peel and grass for the hops, moderate leaves for the yeast, with clove and other faint spices in the background. Head is huge, fizzy/frothy, slightly off-white, with slippery lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is hazy pale yellow. Flavor starts moderately to heavily acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery, with a fizzy carbonation and a dry finish. Great Saison aromas, with crisp and refreshing flavor and feel.
3.8 light citrus, faint floral and sour aromas. gold and hazy in color with massive long lasting head. taste is citrusy, light peppery, faint white peach, and very faint sour note
3.6 Botella 66 cl en el Lúpulo Oviedo 06..11..2017... Cortesía Ádri... Gracias!!!. (r282).
4.3 2.5 year old bottle. Slightly hazy light golden with a big sticky white head. Pleasantly herbal funky nose with a pleasant pithy undertone. Bright Belgian pale malty and hay flavors with a medium and smooth body with a subtle bretty funk and a crisp gentle earthy pithy hop undertone. Complex but delicate and just lightly funky. Really delightful.

3.7 750 ml bottle to snifter (shared with the Mrs.). Looks good; a slightly hazy golden orange with fizzy eggshell head. Smells funky, citrusy, and mildly tart with notes of oak alongside a soft semi-sweet backbone. Tastes like it smells with a mildly but pleasantly tart medium-bodied mouthfeel. Some grassy hops on the tongue as well. Tasty, and an excellent value.
