3.8 Nice head, amber color, slightly hazy, normal bitterness. Not to prominent taste, refreshing, high drinkability.
3.4 33cl can from Waitrose, enjoyed in a shaker on 21-Nov-2021. Dark amber in colour with a small white head. Aroma of malt, citrus and pine. Medium body and carbonation. Taste of sweet malt, orangepeel, grapefruit, caramel and hops. A moderately bitter, malty IPA.
3.4 Malty with a hint of coriander seed, amber pour, full of flavour. Orange peel, nicely balanced and a decent brew.
3.5 Can from Waitrose. Drunk at home. Light hazy amber colour with a pale tan head. Aroma and taste are malty and fruity bittersweet. Medium body.
3.5 330ml can from Waitrose in Jersey. Pours amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of grapefruit, lemon, orange, mango, toffee, bread, pine, spice & malt. Medium body. Moderate bitter finish. Very enjoyable & much better than expected.
3.4 Grapefruit and lemon aroma. Malts too. Fluffy white head and amber full bodied beer. Flavour is earthy and hoppy with bitter grapefruit peel and some coriander spice. Smooth and tasty. Nice one.
3.5 330ml Dose. Bernsteinfarben und klar mit mittelgroßer Schaumkrone. Malzig mit fruchtigen Noten. Ordentlicher Körper. Leicht süßlich im Abgang.
3.2 Got this one from supermarket when the beer is sale. This beer is low carbonate than another ipa and unfiltered is much more easy drinking and enjoyable. Tasting is full load of malty, some of bread and hoppy taste like piney, grapefruit, orange, tropical fruit. Then a little bitter after taste. Easy drinking, low carbonate this is the nice one from German.
3.2 Pours clear dark amber, off-white foam head. Aroma is hoppy, fruit tones. Taste is bitter (goof aftertaste), again fruit noes. (Velp 2103)
3.3 330ml can. Pours hazy reddy orange with a medium head. Aroma is caramel, toffee and mango & red berry jelly. Taste has toast and toffee to start. Piney mango finish.
3.7 Marmalade colour, jelly tots and tropical fruit on the nose, gentle tropical fruits and clementines on the palate, a little pinapple on the aftertaste.
3.2 Can from metro. Orange amber with a thin head, caramel nose with mild citrus and a bit of pine. Flavor is matching that, a bit standard fare nowadays, but tasty enough and quaffable.i could drink more than one at a party.
4.1 Dark amber, full lingering white head. Aroma, peach and mango, sweet tropical fruits. Big juicy taste, fruit punch, pineapple, more sweetness, with a gentle, spicy lingering bitterness. Medium bodied and well carbonated. Very nice IPA, smart no-nonsense can design.
3.4 Pours a dark blonde colour. Tasteis hoppy with pine and herbal notes. Ok but not quite as good as other IPAs out there
3.2 Pours mildly hazy orange amber with a white head. Aroma of malt and orange. Sweet malty almost wheat beer taste. Bitter finish. A bit strange, something of a mash up, but drinkable.
3.9 330ml Can from Reilly's, Lisnaskea (£1.99): Dark amber with a thin white lacing that's a little patchy on the surface & quite a still beer. There's some pine & dry stone fruits on the nose with a hint of grapefruit & citrus too but it's not the strongest. Caramel notes & sweeter malts see things out before the taste opens with pine & strong hop oils along with some citrus & grapefruit. It's a slightly sweet taste with some mango & orange coming through as well, then some sweet malts to close. It's a medium bodied beer with fairly strong carbonation & oily, dry finish that's quite bitter too.
3.8 01.08.2016 AR: Erdbeermarmelade, Rote Grütze, Zitrus, Grapefruit, Harz, Mango, Ananas, Blutorange AP: trübes bernstein TA: Harz, Karamell, Erdbeere, Rote Grütze
2.8 Smell- weak faint hops, malt. Foam- thin, hops, medium bitter notes. Head is medium, creamy orange, brown white color, but light. Appearance - brewer bottle cap, label with weekday. Orange, red, brown color, clear. From- snifter Taste - week malt, then hops and faint fruits. Generally seems malty, weak bitter, and hops aftertaste. Quite neutral, aftertaste is a bit weird, nut not bad in general.
3.1 330ml can - Pours a hazy orange amber colour with an average sized foamy beige head. Aroma is sweet, oranges, caramel and resiny pine hop notes. Quite sweet and moderately bitter taste; caramel, orange marmalade and pine flavours with a bitter finish.
3.5 Dark hazy amber colour. Malt and caramel with a hit of zest. Moving into a bitterness in the aftertase. Fairly heavy for an IPA
4.2 Can from Waitrose, Kings Cross N1C on 26th June 2020. Pours a hazy copper with thick but diminishing off-white foam and full lacing. Sweet malty aroma with ripe fruitiness. Zesty and juicy in-mouth with notes of orange peel, peach plum and nuttiness - peanut. Nutty malt finish. Full bodied with an engaging texture. Superb.
3.5 This is a confused beer. It's more a amber red ale in looks. A generous head on pure that soons thins out. Saying all of that O like the taste. Malty, bitter and some sweetness which I may mistake for the alcohol content. A surprising little number.
2.8 Thick sweet and malty. Not really an IPA
1.7 330ml can as a freebie from BRWLDN. Murky deep amber. Not sure if this has been stored terribly or because it’s fairly close to its Best Before, but the hops are totally skunked and it’s turned into a sweet, malty, butterscotch flavoured beer.
3.0 330ml can from a Waitrose 'party box'. Deep amber, off-white head. Aroma of orange, pine, amber malt. Taste seems to favour a marzen malt profile with a West Coast resin hit, with marmalade, sticky pine and chewy toffee with a robust bitterness. For the right drinker, this combination probably works, but for me it's a bit too pokey.
3.0 Can at home picked up from Waitrose. A hazed caramel orange coloured pour with a loose beige head. Aroma is sticky toffee apple, orange rind, apple turnover,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, toffee malts, brown sugars, tangy apple, some loose leaf hop, grainy finish. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, light tang, moderate carbonation. Pretty muddled and old school.
3.3 Flasche 0,5l: Kräftiges Bernstein, Kupfer, klar, mäßig stabiler mittelporiger Schaum; sehr fruchtige + recht würzige Nase, kräftige frische Hopfennoten, exotische Früchte, Mango, Maracuja, Malz, etwas Malzzucker, Getreide, leicht süßliche Hefearomen, kräftige fruchtige Bitterkeit; sehr frischer + sehr fruchtiger Körper, kräftige frische Hopfennoten, Maracuja, Grapefruit, etwas Pinie, leichte fruchtige Säure, leicht zesty, Malz, Getreide, cremig, kräftige Kohlensäure, kräftige Hefearomen; angenehmer fruchtig-würziger Nachgang
2.7 Caramel, treacle nose. Deep amber. Very sweet, sticky. Don’t get much hops, all malt. Not my type of IPA.
3.1 Pours a clear amber with fluffy white head and good lacing. Aroma is malty, with wood, pine, marmalade and hint of plastic. Taste has a little sweetness with a thin finish. Nice malty aroma but disappointing in the moth and very thin for a malty ABV of this strength.
3.1 Can at the Dirty Onion Belfast. Murky mahogany colored. Nose is resin and pine. Tastes a bit muddled and grainy. Some citrus, florals and pine.
