Angry Orchard Crisp Apple

Angry Orchard Crisp Apple

This crisp and refreshing cider mixes the sweetness of the apples with a subtle dryness for a balanced cider taste. The fresh apple aroma and slightly sweet, ripe apple flavor make this cider hard to resist.

4.0 I love this thing
3.9 My first cider. Ordered in HEB happy hour with a pizza and two drinks cost only 10. It’s awesome.
3.7 It's a little swee
3.2 Clear, golden-yellow colored, no head. Sweet apple notes, ripe apple, light tartness, dry finish. Medium bodied, average carbonation.
(2816-1701719)
2.6 16 oz. can. Sinful as it is, I did not pour this into a glass. Can aroma has a white grape juice and white wine vibe. Crisp and refreshing. Apple notes don't taste overly fresh to me. Notes of green apple flesh. Persistent white wine character is far more prevalent than apple in my opinion. Light mouth with high carbonation. If you want a real apple beer, drink Lindeman's Pomme.
0.5 Your brew tastes like racism. Makes me want to puke.
0.5 Absolutely disgusting! The beer & the company! This company is racist! I will never buy anything from this company ever again!
0.9 Tastes racist:(

4.6 Very sweet, really just Apple cider
4.7 Distinct apple smell. Beautiful golden color. Sweet, crisp apple taste. Very delicious!!
1.9 Can from Frank's. Clear pale yellow. Apple juice, fairly sweet, bit of apple peel. Pretty poor.
3.0 On 23rd Jan 2020 I decided to change all my 34 'ticks' for no-beers into rates. Every 'tick' scored a '3', this will not change as they become 'rates'. My 'ticks' were Ciders, Meads, Perrys and Sake. This is a cider!
3.0 소머스비보다 맛있다는 것이 장점
1.2 I love the Good Criply Taste
1.9 Smells and tastes like apple jolly ranchers, crystal clear though. It is very obvious that flavors are added. It drinks more like a cooler than a cider.
3.1 Served at Disneyworld Hollywood Studios Toy Story quick service center. Aroma of boozy apple. Taste follows suit, but booze is well hidden. Fairly refreshing. Not artificial tasting.
3.5 Apple aroma. Solid apple cider taste with good carbonation. Sweet apple flavor followed by a crisp and dry finish. Smooth and not overly sweet.
2.2 Tastes like apple juice nice and crisp with some sweetness. The alcohol level is hidden somewhere in the background. This beverage left me somewhat disappointed. I was hoping for something more original and different.
2.2 Aroma of apples and malt. Pours dark amber with little head. Heavily carbonated. Tastes like apple cider with a crisp aftertaste. Little to no palate. Hard mouthfeel. Tried this for the tick.
2.6 Crisp, dry, and a slight brut element. Plenty of tart apple. Slightly vinuous in nature.
3.1 50cl bottle from Asda. Very thin white head. Clear golden pour. Sweet apple aftertaste
2.6 I had it from the can. It's sour and sweet apples in the aroma. The taste is mostly sour apples. It's refreshing enough on a hot day. There's not much too it. It's okay though.
2.9 Apple flavor comes across well, like Granny Apple, but too much jolly rancher for my preference although it is fairly muted. There is some malt, maybe a little bread and not much hop or finish. Straight forward.
4.8 Cider as it was meant to be, maybe not the greatest I’ve had but undoubtedly a classic
3.3 This cider is very widely available and I drink it a fair amount just because so many people bring it to events. It's straightforward and I find it lacks complexity. Not too sweet, but a smidge sweeter than I like (I like dry ciders.) There is a pleasant bitterness that lingers on the palate, but I find the finish unpleasantly heavy. Contrast with Angry Orchard's Pear cider (which I like better) and Rose (which I like slightly less) -- both have cleaner finishes, which is impressive because both of those are fairly sweet. Aroma is fruity and I find it less estery and more natural than most of this company's ciders, which tend to have a bit of an artificial quality. Perfectly drinkable and pleasant, but not what I buy when left to my own devices.
4.0 I tried this for the first time on my 21st. It's pretty much just hard apple juice. It tastes good coming from someone who hates dry stuff, but I don't think they quite struck the alcohol/apple balance on this one. It's quite sweet but has that alcohol bite. I think it compares a bit to biting into an apple, and I could like it for that reason alone. Compared to some of their other stuff, AO knocked it out of the park with this one.
2.6 Gave this a try at a family party with no beer available. Aroma is sugar candy apple. The taste is a strong dose of apple that has a lot of bite to it. More like a Granny Smith than something sweeter. More swigs open up more sweetness but still on the sour side. Finishes abruptly leaving very little behind. Overall it's ok when there's no beer available but I wouldn't pick it over the regular beer offerings at a BBQ.
