1.5 Puszka 0,5l. Aromat słodowy, gotowane warzywa. W smaku zupełna pustka, brak goryczki.
3.7 Am impressive golden pale ale that is very herbal and dry for a beer. HAs facette of the international lager taste combined with a good drinkability and ever so slight aftertaste.
1.8 Malty and sweety. Bitterness aftertaste. Not preferable except to be drunk. Poor.
1.4 0,5 can. Halvány sárga, vizes, testetlen kinézet, a hab is eltűnik azonnal. *** Pale yellow, watery, disembodied appearance, the foam also disappears immediately. It has a little hop in its scent, but more corn. On the palate a faint little malt flavor with nauseating corn. Weakly carbonated, nothing good can be said about it, it is so watery and disembodied. Well, you can feel all the hops, that's the positive. Feel free to drink while working, not to feel anything :) But I do not recommend it at all. Perhaps even among the same basic Hungarian-large-scale farmers, this was still quite drinkable. *** Update: A year later, no change in taste, the boxed version had at least moderately durable foam. With a watery, corny aftertaste.
1.4 Can, 500 ml. Man, Hungary has really disaster beers. The main reason is they try to sell the shit out of craps there, so most of the factory beers are made with corn grit (bacically it's a factory byproduct, and it's very cheap). It's happening cz the biggest recipe makers are the accounting departments, so they make the expenses as short as they can. This is the first point of view, and quality is somewhere way behind it. But the fact that Hungarian beers are not even as cheap as they should be according to how they're made. So the point is the extra profit. That's why all the lagers are crap, barely drinkable shits full of byproduct ingredients. This beer is just one of them. Disaster...
2.1 500ml can. Straight from can. Grainy, husky, malty aroma. Taste is bready, bit herbal, cardboard. Watery. Some bitterness in aftertaste. Light body, average carbonation. Poor macro.
1.9 Jasnozłota barwa, gęsta piana. Wodniste. Nieco chmielowe, trochę slodowych nut. Nic ciekawego.
1.8 Horrifically sweet malt juice. Notes of some corn, I guess? I have zero words for this.
1.0 The taste is very thin and boring, and gets flat very fast. Overall it's good too get drunk in, but I wouldn't recommend it for the true beer lovers
2.8 13th September 2017 Cloin's 20K @ T42. Thanks to Fergus. Bright clear Amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Thin malts, mild paper and modest sweetness. Touch of papery citrus peel. Light dry finish. Passes muster, just!
2.8 September 2017 - Theydon Bois' 20K Tasting at One Canada Square. Can thanks to Fergus. As 'Arany Ászok', 4.3%. Amber orange, still, clear, foamy off-white head. Aroma is airy, a little syrup, biscuity, some sweetcorn. Body is light, frothy with tingly carbonation. Taste is watery, sugary, sodawater, light crisp finish with a building rounded malt vibe. Actually a little better than expected. (5-4-4-3-12=2.8)
2.4 Crappy boring metallic C.E. lager, a bit more grainy and alcoholic and full-bodied than some of the other Hungarian PLs i brought back to the Finnic part of Finno-Ugria, but not enough to be truly amazing. (still, obviously higher-priced at least!) 16.9 oz can, supermarket, Budapest)
2.0 0.5l can from spar in budapest. pours a clear pale golden with a small head. aroma of hay, toffee, apples, spicy malts. flavour of grains, apples, cinnamon, artificial sweetener. slightly astringent.
1.0 Watery heavily carbonated lager with little to no taste whatsoever. It is bitter and uninspired. Widely available and popular in Hungary due to its low price. If served cold on tap can make for an agreeable summer refresher but it is not enjoyable otherwise in my opinion.
2.4 Can shared on Level 42 for Cloin's 20K Tasting, 13/09/2017. A clear orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is sweet plae malts, sweetcorn, apple. Flavour is composed of thin, light grains, papery, caramel, apple. Palate is thin, light grains, highish carbonation. Classic crap pale lager.
2.3 Can split at the 20K, thanks to name withheld rotbox, 13/09/17. Clear golden copper with a decent off white head of bubbles. Nose is grains, corn, light caramel, straw. Taste comprises paper, toasted grains, raw fruit notes, aspartamic, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Par for style.
2.8 Can shared in London - chess! Pours clear deep gold with a creamy, white head. The aroma holds crispy pale grains, hay, cereal, paper. Light sweet flavour with doughy bread, more papery notes, low bitterness, a little husky bitterness. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Reasonably crisp in the finish, with slight metallic edge, more crackers, cereal, hay and dough. So so.
2.0 Can at L42, Colin's 20K. It pours clear golden - amber with a medium body and fine carbonation. The aroma is sweet, stinky, sweetcorn, grainy, buttered white bread and straw. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, soda water, grainy, lemon rinse, buttered white bread, corn, straw and straw with a dry finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Basic pale lager.
2.2 Botella 0,5l Color- dorada con espuma blanca, regular, media resistente. Aroma - malta, pan, algo frutal. Sabor- malta, un dulzor suave dominante, frutas. Fresco, algo acuoso
2.5 11.12.2016. 0,5l Bottle. Pale yellow colour with white head. Clear. Rather thin beer. Aroma of grain and corn. Easy drinkable. No odd flavours, its just boring. No body, no aftertaste and no bitterness at the end.
2.2 Pale yellow color with rapidly disappearing foam. Aroma: light malt Taste: watlery with bitter finish
