Dimmigt mahogny med tjockt beige skum. Doftar fruktigt, maltigt, lite kryddigt och pepprig, kaffe och choklad.. Smaken fyllig, lite söt, sedan besk. Eftersmaken lång, gräddig med markant beska. Mer IPA än Ale.
Can. Dark brown with a beige head. Heavy aroma of makt, yeast and alcohol. Really bitter - not for everyone.
Dark brown colour with a creamy head.
Aroma: roasted malt, chocolate, cacao, raisins, some caramel.
Taste: roasted malt, hops, cacao, coffee. Dry, coffee-ish bitterness.
2 finger warm beige head. Dissipates rather quickly. Small bits of lacing.
Semi-clear, deep ruby coloured beer.
Aroma of copper, oats, raisins, white grape and a hint of lemon. Very subdued.
Taste of the same minus white grape and lemon. Add instead pillowy soft grains with a touch of bitter coffee and rye in the finish.
Mouthfeel is silky soft with a great medium-high creeping bitterness. Low carbonation. Slightly sticky. Not too heavy.
Overall: A great staple beer. Mild like a, well... Mild. But with a bigger landing and much more bitter. Infinitely satisfying in its simplicity.
Burk från systembolaget. Bärnstensfärgad öl med beiget skum. Trevlig öl med fina toner av karamell, humle, grapefrukt och granskott. Torr fin avslutning.
Mkt balanserat. Fr karamell till rostat. Beskan som eftersvep.
Extra keserű, nem vészesen érezni a sok alkoholt.

De color ámbar obscuro - marrón, es turbia con restos abundantes de levadura de gran tamaño que dan un aspecto peculiar al líquido. Forma una espuma de baja altura de color blanco, que no persiste mucho y tiene mediana retención.
En nariz es floral, algo frutal, pero no sé destaca la malta, si acaso en una ligera nota a caramelo escondida en el fondo.
En boca es amarga de entrada. Refrescante, destaca el lupulo, con un trasfondo algo dulce que equilibra.
Kastanjefarvet, uklar med fint brunt skum. Let citrus og karamel duft. Stærk lakridssmag med fin bitterhed.
Bruin bier met stevige schuimkraag. Na openen spuit het bier eruit. Smaak is bitter en licht kruidig met iets van hars, wat dennen en gras. Heel aparte, maar eenmaal gewend een goede smaak.
Mørk kraftig maltet humlet frugtig ale, med bitter malt eftersmag der varer ved.

One pint 3.2fl oz can brought back for me from Dallas. Pours dark red with a white head. Aroma of malt and fruity hops. Bitter taste and finish.
Tap at Besk - wow - such a fine looking ale in the glass with impeccable lacing - super-powered malty aroma a bit like a wee heavy Scottish ale or a dense red ale but better - superbly malty ale with elements of Christmas cake. Soooo drinkable. Gotta say I’m not a malt fan usually but this blew my tiny brain. Lovely.

Can from HavnensVin&Tobak. Pours clear dark chestnut brown with medium offwhite head. Aroma is malt, caramel, brown sugar, fudge, rye bread and hints of cinnamon, cardamom and sweet liquorice. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter, light acidic and faint salty. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of brown sugar, caramel, butterscotch, roasted barley, chocolate malt, dried fruit (dates, raisins), bitter grapefruit zest, grassy hops and hints of oak, mint and liquorice. Quite complex and arrogant ;-)
Piana średnia, beżowa, trwała, zostawiała lacing na szkle, z pewną ilością średnich pęcherzy. Kolor prześwitujący ciemny brąz. Aromat owocowy i słodowy, karmel, przyprawy, cynamon. Smak początek lekko wytrawny, wręcz ze sporą ilością goryczki, ale przebijają się karmel, słód, trochę czekolada i kawa, z czasem te składowe bardziej intensywne, do tego coś owocowego jak grejpfrut, daktyle. Pierwsze piwo w tym stylu i super doświadczenie.

Almisser deep red colour with large brown / red foam. Smell of malt, caramel and dried fruit. Taste is strong with malt, lightly salted dried fruits, nuts, dades, licorice and a fantastic bitterness. Lasting aftertaste.

Carbonated bold rich flavors in kinda rough textured brew. Not particularly smooth in the mouth.
Lattina. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina e agrumi.
