Maximator is a huge beer, sticky in consistency, dark ruby in color with virtually no carbonation and a sweet malty nose.

3.8Clear ruby beer with a thick head. Smell has malt and caramel. Flavour follows suit. Malt, caramel, a little zesty hop, some spice and dried fruit. Lovely stuff.
3.6Iz MAS Plenuma Rijeka.
Aroma suhog voća i karamele .

3.650cl Bottle @ LaBIRRAtorium, Madrid, Spain.

Taste follows the aroma.

4.2De Labirratorium. En copa hefe de Bavaria. Estudiando y jugando a Fortnite.
3.7Botella 500ml Color rojizo-cobrizo, espuma beige, fina, alta, retencion media. Aroma malta tostada, caramelo, frutal.
3.550cl bottle. Pours reddish brown, fairly brilliant, beautiful, with very fine light brown foam, limited. Aroma is malty, caramel, toffee. Body is partially dense, with average carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, but fairly dry in the end.
3.6Bottle from Goblet, shared with A.J. Shiny dark ruby body, off-white head. Caramel and dark fruit, berries, in the pungent malty aroma. Drier taste, caramelly, light dark fruit, a bit earthy, nicely malt-driven. Was really surprised I hadn't had this one before, but there you go. It's pretty good, but not one of my all-time favorites style-wise.
3.7Bottle, 0.5l. Cloudy deep ruby pour, one finger creamy off-white head, medium retention, sticky lacing on the glass. Sweet on the nose, malty, fruity notes, raisins, caramel.
Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Thick and creamy mouthfeel and texture, chewy, oily, very nice. Sweet malty taste balanced with liquory bitter notes. Aroma of toasted caramel, toffee, raisins. Brown sugar, molasses. Nutty. Warming alcohol, liquory. Sticky. Medium lasting finish, dry, sweet and boozy.
Enjoyable.
3.6Bottled 500ml. -from Goblet Zagreb. Deep ruby red coloured, medium sized off-white head, caramel in the nose. Toasted malt, caramel, nutty, some alcohol and light fruity with sweetish malty finish.
3.5Bottle pour, dark amber with a hint of red. Strong molasses aroma. Medium body, hints of alcohol up front but that passes to molasses, whole grain bread and honey.
3.8500ml bottle at home. Pours a deep mahogany red with a thin off white head. Nose is caramel, buttered bread, small bit of molasses, hay. Flavour is sweet caramel, buttered bread, slight marmalade note. Sweet malt finish.
4.3From a gold foil topped bottle stamped LO27232106. Deep mahogany amber colored pour under a modest fading tan head. Caramel and toffee malt backbone with some berry notes in the aroma. Also almost peaty and ashy. Earthy sensations. The body is around medium. Bold, rich sweet caramel and peaty flavor. Very nice.
4.50,5 bottle. Igazán autentikus régies címke, és klasszik tömzsi üveg. A sör gesztenyebarna, szép opálos színű, a habja ujjnyi vastagságban tart, szép krémszínű. Szép is finom is. Ajánlom a stílus kedvelőinek.
4.011.2oz bottle at Ferchs. Who knows how old it is, but it holds up well enough. More drinkable than most US or German examples. Toffee caramel red fruit malt richness, but almost like a thicked out Oktoberfest. Really good.
3.6Bottle from Cornelius. Deep amber brown. Nose is sweet malty, caramel, bready, jammy berries and red fruits. Tastes sweet rich malty, burnt caramel, little boozy, light red fruity, bready.
3.2Good, but a funky yeast flavor
3.6bottle @ beerka (budapest) dark brown colour, strong body, semi carbonated, sweet, rich malty, bready, caramel, alcohol
4.0Bottle from Eltham Wines. Mahogany coloured pour with a beige head. Nose is toffee apple, orchard fruit, caramel, strawberry jam. Taste is very similar to the above. Long sweet warming finish.
3.9This is a top tier doppelbock. Rich and smooth, medium sweet, caramel, malt, and a great palate.
3.8Bottle from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - deep brown but going into autumnal red. Cream to tan head.
Nose - malt loaf, stewed fruits and toffee.
Taste - toffee, a little raisin and general maltiness.
Palate - medium to full bodied, creamy and chewy through middle and finish. Sweet but not as sweet as most from this style.
Overall - great doppelbock.
4.1This is a great doppelbock but it isn't the best in class. That goes to otto the uk beer from thornbridge. Nice mouthfeel. A little stickyness. Malty. It's all there but not on overdrive.
3.850cl bottle at home. Clear reddish brown still body, nice darker white foam on top. The strongest Augustiner i tried at 7,5% abv, even more than the others! Good aroma of roasted malt, caramel, bread some red fruits maybe really inviting. Very rich and full bodied, great taste with the right amount of malt and caramel sweetness and some bitterness. Lower carbonation. Rich and warm, deep taste of caramel, roasted malts, toffee and sweet licorice that's easy to love with some spiciness and dry finish. Really good doppelbock.
3.5Deep ruby color, off white stable head.
Aroma of roasted malty, raisins, bread in the nose.
Taste is super rich, deep malty, roasty, caramelly, dark. medium bitterness and carbonation. A really decent doppelbock.
4.1Bronze, very clear appearance. Poured with a brown head.Lovely malty flavour.Medium body that is quite assertive. This is a classic beer-cant believe that I haven't rated it before.
3.509-01-21 // 500ml bottle. Clear dark brown. Nose of sweeter lightly roasted caramel. Smooth amd easy. Lacking depth but okay. Rich malty sweet. Dry sweet caramel. Minimal roast.
3.7Big, rich malt aroma. Slightly hazed chestnut with garnet highlights. Taupe head that leaves a big collar. Taste follows flavor with wonderful rich malt. Dark fruit.
3.5Bottle. Pours a clear amber brown with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has bread and sweet grains with a touch of straw and a hint of toffee backing. Flavor has slightly boozy bread and toffee with grains and hint straw underlying.
