Ayinger Frühlingsbier

Ayinger Frühlingsbier

Naturtrüb.
This naturally cloudy “Frühlingsbier” is bottled unfiltered, one of the results being that the beer retains many natural, protein, hops and yeast elements. The fine, natural cloudiness and the flowery-yeast aroma allow the beer-lover to anticipate the richness of taste that this refreshing, very drinkable beer offers, a beer that is also thoroughly distinguished by a pleasantly bitter sensation. From a nutritional-physiological view it must also be emphasized that this beer makes a significant contribution to good health with its vitamin and mineral-rich yeast content. From the beginning of March, beer enthusiasts can enjoy this seasonal Ayinger beer specialty for a brief period. 12.8°

3.2 500ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally husky, pale malty and mellow, yeasty fruity aroma, a touch of apricot and mirabelle, some protein, weak, floral-grassy hoppy overtones, whiffs of honey. Taste is slightly husky, minimally bready, pale malty with subtle sweetness and a touch of white bread crust, minimally yeasty fruity with a touch of apricot and mirabelle, some protein, mildly bitter and minimally floral-grassy, hoppy overtones, a very cautious touch of honey. Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, well crafted (as was expectable), flawless, quite some subtleties, you feel the quality Ayinger is renown for, simply as sadly somehow not really delicious - bummer!
3.5 0,5l bottle from Edeka in München, drinking it on 18/07/2021 bottled 19/04/21 BB 19/02/22 pours slightly hazy golden with good fluffy white foam on top and good lacing. Aroma is malty but fresh and floral, a bit hoppy. Taste is sweet and somehow delicate, malt, grains and floral, grassy hops in the finish, never too bitter and easy drinkable. Light body and smooth texture, moderate carbonation. Very refreshing, good one.
3.4 Appearance: foggy gold, nice head Arona: good malt, hay, spicy hop. Taste: light sweet, clean, malty. Crackers and bread. Noble hop. Low to light bitterness. Hoppy aftertaste. Mouth feel: medium minus body, average carbonation. Summary: decent.
3.5 500ml on tap at Dicke Sophie, München. Aroma is fresh cut grass, citrus, oats. Appearance is cloudy yellow to orange with a thick, white foam. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Mild carbonation, soft bitterness. Great.
3.0 Pale colour, hazy, frothy head that stays for a while. Aroma is white bread, floral, a bit of lemon. Medium bitterness, slightly sour. Bitter aftertaste that is completely different from a pils. Medium carbonation, light body. Didn't like it much.
Aromat i smak słodowy, z lekkim masełkiem i gdzieś w tle z chmielem.
3.4 A: Golden, slightly hazy, small head which disappeared fairly quickly without leaving much lacing. S: Sharp fruits, Tettenanger style hops. T: Sharp cooking apples, malt and citrus fruits. M: Slightly coarse edge from the sharpness, low carbonation. O: Well made beer from a good brewery that never disappoints.
2.6 Light golden, slightly hazy, with a decent white head. Citrus aroma. Mild in taste. A little grain and citrus flavors. Easy to drink.
3.2 Light hazy golden colour, white foam. Malty, some bitter hoppy notes, a bit floral. Easy drinkable.
4.0 500ml bottle brewed in Germany at 5.5%. Lightly hazy yellow-green gold with a small, decent duration head. Grass and daisies aroma. Moderate carbonation. Sweet rich brown-bready malt, verging on cookie dough, with a squeeze of lemon alongside grassy hops and a lightly dry earthy finish. Good balance here. Very similar to the unfiltered version (Jahrhundertbier) but the lack of filtration adds a little body and attenuates carbonation on the palate, which alone would make this the preferred version in my estimation. The boosted mid-notes adding a lightly flowery touch, 'daisies to the grass', are an added bonus.
3.8 Bottle Aroma-grass, bread Appearance-golden, clear, white head Taste-light bitterness, sournee, sweetness Palate-light body, thin, average carbonation, abrupt finish Overall-very refreshing
4.0 De Labirratorium. En copa Bavaria. Jugando a Fortnite.
3.1 Flasche 0,5l: Golden, leichte Trübung, kräftiger stabiler feinporiger Schaum; fruchtige + leicht würzige Nase, leichte malzig-fruchtige Süße, Hopfennoten, leichte fruchtige Säure, Zitrusnoten, helle Früchte, Malz, Getreide, Hefearomen, fruchtig-trockene Bitterkeit; frischer + fruchtiger Körper, malzig-fruchtige Süße, frische Hopfennoten, trockene Zitrusnoten, Limetten, leichte fruchtige Säure, kräftig Malz, Getreide, etwas Karamell, cremig, deutlich Kohlensäure, leichte Hefearomen; fruchtig-malziger Nachgang
3.2 Bottiglia.
3.0 500 ml bottle from Systembolaget. Clear golden with white head. Almost clear at least. Malty with cereal and fruity bitter finish. Semi dry with low to medium bitterness and medium carbonation.

3.9 Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Pours a hazy yellow/straw colour with a medium sized throthy white head. Aromas of grains, hay, grass, floral and white bread. Taste has more grains, hay, floral, bread and a slight bitter grassy hop finish.Light to medium body with a fairly lively mouthfeel. Fresh and nice.
3.3 Flaska.
Väldigt pilsnerlik arom, men ganska klen doft över huvud taget.
3.2 Bottle from Lokaltausch Runde 2 - huge thanks to Jonas! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Starts mild, malty, light spicy-wheaty. Some grasy-hoppy notes as well. Finish well balanced. Not bad.
3.0 Aroma is floral hops. Grassy, buttery taste. Aftertaste containing malts, hay, and vegetables. A nice spring beer.
3.1 Bottle from Systembolaget. A very sweet aroma and very very easy ending. Light pissy appearance. Nothing remarakble but easy spring drinking.
3.7 Bottle from Systembolaget. Light hazy hay yellow liquid with medium egg shell white, firm head. Aroma of hay, bread, floral hops, mineral, creamy malt and fruity yeast esters. Taste is very light sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of floral hops, bread, grain and light mineral. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice stuff!
3.4 0.5 l bottle from 'happybeer.de', best before November 2020. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently grassy-spicy and slightly fruity-floral aroma of fresh grass, some lemon peel and a touch of grains. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy and slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, had, some lemon peel and a touch of honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Good Lager!
3.3 29Mar2020 Bitter grain and cereal malts, wet straw, grass, dough. Clear gold, massive, creamy, white head. Light bitter. More bitter grain and cereal malts, bread, dough, wet straw, grass, medium bodied, medium carbonation. Alright. Bottle from Hop Burns & Black.
3.6 Bottle. Cloudy yellow amber with a very nice head, during a Skype dinner party. Grain forward lagery nose with a hint of bitterness. Flavor adds a nice Keller sour note that's really refreshing matched with the mild malty sweetness and the traditional spicy hop bitterness.
