3.6 Sour, vinious, slightly funky nose with some notes of sweet, ripe cherries. Strong sour flavor, hints of cherries, green apple, slight maltiness ending in a dry finish. Decent body. Easy drinkable and refreshing!

3.5 De Decervecitas. En copa Mahou Barrica. Estudiando Reglamento de PA. Curiosa. Cuerpo ligero, aguado, con una acidez muy comedida y agradables notas a tofi. Con un mayor cuerpo creo que ganaría bastantes muchos enteros.

3.3 Robe brun sombre, bien voilée, belle mousse brune, ne reste vite qu'un disque, grosse carbo. Nez légèrement vineux, pas si acide, un peu douceâtre. Attaque légèrement aigrelette, notes boisées, on sent aussi la carbo sur la langue. Arômes un peu simples, mais typés, sympa.

5.0 Meer een wijnsmaak dan een biersmaak. Wel lekker fruitachtig, maar niet wat je verwacht van oud bruin

3.1 Bottle at home. Pours deep brown with a ruby hue and an off-white head. Nose is cherries, a woody touch, some sweetness. Taste is slighlty sour and tart at first but then immediately followed by an overhwlming, seemingly artificial sweetness that lasts into the finish where it's met again with a slight tartness. Light but full body, average carbonation. Misses the funk, and there's way too much sweetness. Meh.

3.0 Licht bruinig kleurend bier met een licht bruine/witte schuimkraag. Het bier smaakt zurig en wijn achtig met een mooie toets van citrus en wijn. Daarnaast iets te proeven van eiken hout en donkere suikers. Eindigt fris zurig en bloemig.

3.3 The aroma is cherry, slightly sour. Brown, cloudy with foam along the edges of the glass. A little sweetness is mixed with a little cherry sourness. The body is light, carbonation is medium.

2.3 Lightly sour and light mouthfeel. It just doesn't hit the spot for a Flemish brown. The duchess de bourgogne is miles better As is the beer from rodenbach. Big fan of this brewery they brew my favourite beer though not this one. Not on the re buy list.

Nez vinaigré ayant un peu madérisé: senteurs de porto, de balsamique, de caramel, de bois avec une pointe de sucrosité. Attaque aigre-douce vinaigré et douce mais pas agressive. Belle complexité qui se marque par un équilibre en milieu de bouche sur le bois, le malts aigres et le sucre qui livre une belle persistance des saveurs aigres sur les papilles au goûts fruitées à la cerise, la groseille accompagnée de tannins boisés et vineux. En finale, je reste tout de même sur des sucres résiduels qui laissent une sensation médicinales et peu médicamenteuses.

2.7 Bottle. Pours brown with a medium, frothy off-white head, medium retention. Medium bread malt and caramel malt notes, light acetic sourness, and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

3.9 18-10-19 // taster from bottle. Unlcear brownish. Sugar is tasteable, a mild acidic flemish bruin touch. Malt forward. Mild wood and dar kfruits. Immer wieder super. Sehr schöne Balance zwischen Malzkörper und feiner Säure.

3.4 # 288; 4/2016. Výrazně kyselý a ovocný pivo. V chuti dominuje rybízová marmeláda, ostružiny, limetky, doplněné v dochuti bílým rybízem.

3.7 On reconnait bien le style oud bruin. Je la trouve plutôt carbonatée. Bien équilibrée et bonne mais sans grand caractère du coup. Un peu vineuse, un peu boisée, un peu acidulée.

2.5 Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 23C). Bottle 33 cl - Batch unknown (BBF 13/09/2018). AROMA: medium-low sour-like aroma with medium-low oxidized malt. APPEARANCE: brown color with slight reddish highlights. medium brown head with low retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with sour-like notes, cardboard and caramelized malt (oxidized). medium-low bitterness with a slightly sour and dry finish. PALATE: light body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an oud bruin that doesnt age well… needs retasting.

3.4 Jest troszkę wiśni, lekki karmelek. W smaku wiśnia, może trochę agrest, lekko pestka, delikatne suche drewienko. Jakiś tam ślad słodyczy jest, ale bardzo nikły. Piwo srednio kwaśne. Spoko, takie lekkie ło.

3.9 Fantastic smooth mild fruity beginning. Dark cherries, very mild in sourness, refreshing with a deep and fruity sour cherry aroma. Wood is there, deep and fruity with a long woody fruity aftertaste.

4.0 Аромат винный, немного карамели, сухофруктов, совсем легкая пряная нотка. Цвет красивый, полутемный, на просвет светло коричневый, пена средняя, но падает скоротечно. Вкус хороший, но немного водянистый но при этом не питкий, скорее всего это связанно с большой карбонизацией. Ощущаются нотки перца от винного привкуса, много сливы, хорошая кислинка при глотке, хотя пиво кислит весьма мало, оно более бархатное на вкус. Уже при согревание ощущаются квашенные-моченые яблочки, но не сильно. Послевкусие снова слегка водянистое, пряная нотка, моченые яблоки с намеком на ягоды и карамель. В целом советую это пиво как знакомство с кислыми элями, хотя если вы действительно хотите раскрыть весь потенциал данного пива, необходимо иметь за спиной не один десяток бутылок данного сорта.

Clear ruby brown, small beige head, mostly diminishing, ; aroma roasted malt, sour cherries, red berries, light tart, wood, sugar; taste medium sweet and sour, fruity, woody notes, sugar; lingering mild sweet 'n sour aftertaste; light body, watery texture, sticky on the tongue, average carbonation; mild and refreshing Vlaams oud bruin, nice.

3.4 Vlámské pivo od Bacchus. Dle charakteristiky se jedná o základ piva, z kterého pak Bacchus dělá i ochucené malinové a třešňové pivo. Nadprůměrné pivo s příjemnou kyselou chutí s tóny rozinek a lehce jablka. Zkrátka chuť piva odpovídá tomuto pivnímu stylu, ale není tak vyvážená a plná, jako je tomu třeba u Rodenbachu.

3.7 Bottle @La Tana (Rome). Bruna con riflessi rubino, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di frutta rossa, datteri, zucchero di canna, leggerissimo acetico. In bocca è dolce all'attacco, frutta rossa, leggero vinoso, acidità leggera e acetico appena percepibile. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Buona.

3.2 375ml paper wrapped green bottle. Pours a slightly hazy red-brown with a thin, fizzy, short lived, beige head that leaves spotty lacing. Sour aroma of cherry, plum, vinegar and oak. Sweet fruity flavour of plum, raisin, cherry, brown sugar, vinegar, red wine, oak and caramel malt with a sour, acidic finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Pleasant.

3.5 Een toch nog best complex bier... Matig zoet met de wrangheid die niet al te erg overheerst. kersen, eikenhout, licht zoetje en het bekende zuurtje. Drinkt lekker weg, goede Vlaams Bruin.

3.1 Roodbruin helder bier met beige schuimkraag. Neus: Middelmatig intens aroma van donker gefermenteerd fruit, kersen met zaden en karakteristieke amandelen / vanille, karameltonen. Smaak: Lichte zoetheid: karamel, toffee en kersen gevolgd door prominente zuurheid.Middelmatig koolzuur, zachte textuur. De afdronk is licht zurig met zure nasmaak van groene appels en azijn. Mooi droog zuur bier om te drinken.

3.2 Barwa miedziana, piwo klarowne, piana beżowa. Aromat średnio-intensywny, czerwone owoce, wiśnie z pestkami i charakterystycznymi migdałami/wanilią, nuty karmelowe. W smaku lekkie, karmel, toffi i wiśnie. Finisz lekko cierpki.

3.5 Copenhagen 2/4 2018. 37,5 cl bottle from Ølhandleren in Hørning. Bottle packed in paper. Guy looking very happy with his beer on the paper. Pours clear very dark brown with medium sized off-white head. Settle as thin, patchy layer of foam. Moderate lacing. Aroma is vinegar, dark fermented fruit, humid basement and a sharp sourness. Medium carbonation and soft texture. Flavor has light sweetness followed by prominent sourness. Aftertaste is sour and acidic. Green apples and vinegar. Finish is dry. Nice dry sour beer to sip.

Clear very dark red brown beer with very short cream-colored head, smell is sour and after wood, taste is very fresh, sour but not too much, short finish, medium body, not thin but also not too creamy, flat carbonation, perfect for hot days, (I have 0.375l bottle with best-before 01.03.2018)
