Baladin Isaac
Wheat beer, revolutionary in the world of italian productions, the "Isaac Biere" present absolutely original qualities. It is, in fact, a biere blanche of obvious Belgian root, with an intense fruity fragrance where the camomile and mallow stand out.
Balanced taste of apricot, pear and fig with a lovely spicy note, typical for the white beer. Its quality of very pleasing and easy to drink beer and its olfactory characteristic gain it the appellation of "biere pour enfants" ( and not by chance Isaac is the name of Mastro Teo’s son).
Excellent during meals it matches wonderfully first dishes and fish, while its use in cooking allows enjoyable and appreciated variations.

Robe blonde, trouble, fine mousse. Nez typé sur des notes de céréales, d'agrumes, d'épices, de blé, belle élégance. Bouche à l'attaque fraîche et digeste, délicate et acidulée, fine bulle et finale de soif. Blanche de plaisir.
Hazy light colored beer with average head. Very pleasant smooth malt backbone with soft citrus aromas and a little bit of spice. Couldn't detect coriander, but camomile yes. Pleasant beer. Nice bottle design.

Аромат очень сладкий и цветочный, буквально пыльца от цветов, затем кориандр и немного гвоздики, в целом мне понравился такой парфюмерный запах. Цвет слегка бледный и немного мутный, но в целом невзрачный, пены почти нет. Вкус как и ожидалось очень питкий, уже больше кориандра и меньше цветов. Появляется совсем легкий хмель, немного травянистых ноток. При глотке небольшая горчинка, совсем легкая. Пшеница есть но очень мало, буквально надо искать. В целом мне понравилось как питкое пиво.

Bevuta in bottiglia. Ottima birra blanche. Molto aromatica e piacevole al gusto.
Dieses Bier habe ich bereits 2014 einmal getrunken und war sehr überrascht, als ich es 2019 in einem Ukrainischen Supermarkt fand. Da konnte ich nicht widerstehen und kaufte es zu einem Preis, für den ich eine ganze Kiste ukrainisches Bier mittlerer Qualität bekommen hätte.
Diese italienischen bauchigen Flaschen schaffen bei mir immer den Eindruck, dass man einen "harten" Trippel-Bock bekommt. Aber dieses Bier ist recht gemütlich.
Es ist angenehm würzig mit einer leicht grasigen Note. Man es wirklich schön trinken und es hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt.

Color amarillo espuma blanca, aromas levadura floral, sabor levadura, floral, cuerpo medio.
11.2oz bottle. Pours a hazy burnt gold with a medium off-white head. Aroma is wheat, coriander, citrus peel, and a touch of grain. Taste is wheat, clementine, spice (especially coriander), grain, and slight bread. Light-medium body. High, lively carbonation. Effervescent mouthfeel.
Pale and hazy with a frothy but fast dissipating head.
Spicy, grainy smell with orange peel and coriander notes. In taste the orange peels and the spices dominate. For my taste, the wheaty component could be stronger. High carbonation.
Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano impressioni di frumento. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, frumento, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia amara, camomilla e banana.
Orange color, middle foam size. Good beer, aroma and taste fit into the style.
Bottle. Pours hazy straw with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast, grain and coriander, with citric hints. Bitter flavour of hops amd citrus, with sweetish notes of yeast and malt and touches of coriander. Bready, estery and spicy finish. Refreshing and quite rich in body. Decent for the style.

Tastes like a mildly fruity weizen, not that interesting. Looks great in any case.

Wygląd: Barwa jasno złota, zamglona z wysoką białą pianą zbudowaną z różnych oczek, która głośno sycząc szybko opada do malutkiego pierścienia nie pozostawiając lacingu.
Aromat: Średnio intensywny. Na pierwszym planie słodkość słodowa, chlebowa, lekko waniliowo - mleczna. W tle nuty kolendry i przypraw oraz akcenty skórki curacao, mandarynek.
Smak: Podobnie jak w aromacie. W ustach słodkawe, pełne z minimalnym kwaśnym akcentem. Treściwość średnia w stronę niskiej, gładka, wysycenie średnio - wysokie, odczuwalne na języku. Goryczki brak. Finisz półsłodki, słodowy, chlebowo - waniliowy z skórką curacao.
Cloudy yellow color. Fresh aroma of grass and herbs. Light citrus and coriander.

330ml bottle from Beru Vykhodnoy in Moscow. Pours cloudy gold with a small white head. Aroma is hay, grain, some lemony notes. Taste is the same. Dry finish. Must be a bad bottle because it was nothing like a wit. Felt like I was drinking an unfiltered lager.
En rigtig god Wit, der dog ikke helt smager som de belgiske, men har noter af citrus.
From tap at Les Trentenaires, Fribourg. Hazy, very pale straw-yellow with a small white head. Very mild aroma - some citric notes, wheat. Medium body with a light sweetness and a light bitterness. Flavor of sweet grains, wheat, some yeasty notes, pear, hints of banana and some spices. Finishes lightly soapy with coriander and wheat. Not very exciting.

De geur is lekker fris en fruitig. Normale schuimkraag. De smaak valt mee voor een witbier. Niet mijn stijl maar dit valt mee.
Blanche de 5 % abv pour 12,7° plato et 10 ebu.
Mon exemplaire était à 8 mois après sa date.
Couleur doré pâle, à la clarté nette (ebc 9).
Bulles fines, en fontaine vive.
Mousse blanche, en nappage à 1 mm, entretenue par les bulles.
Arômes de pomme blanche, pêche, fleurs de haies, pissenlit.
1ère bouche avec pas mal de fruits blancs, camomille, aubépine.
Arrière-bouche fleurie, assez courte.
2ème avec pomme et pêche en avant, les fleurs se neutralisant.
Arrière-bouche où les fleurs reviennent, même un peu trop.
La longueur est juste agréable, sans aucune complexité, très fleurie.
Jambes fines, très courtes.
Levure conforme.
Alcool nul, il fait de la figuration.
Finale agréable, sans plus.
CONCLUSION : une blanche aux notes fleuries agréables, mais
l'insistance sur ces nuances finit par pénaliser la bière … (2/1/1/1/1)
Very light amber, very light taste and body. Oodles of zestiness, especially orange peel. My favourite Baladin beer to date.

Bouteille 33cl, merci Carles pour le partage.
Une des grandes classiques de Baladin à la couleur dorée paille sur léger trouble, le col est épais et généreux blanc.
Arôme rend un bouquet assez belge au niveau des esters indiquant un effet blanche, petite pointe houblonné en retrait dans un effet noble.
Palais est léger - malté et grains généreux donnant un effet farineux, petite douceur de fin de bouche avec une touche finement épicée. Coriandre? qcq esters de levure.
Schiuma sottile e bianca che svanisce subito. Birra giallo paglierino, velata. Odore poco intenso di coriandolo e agrumi. Al palato frizzantina e poco corposa. Sapore tipico delle blanche ma che emerge poco. Finale speziato e pepato con retrogusto dolce e molto carbonato che non invoglia il successivo sorso.
