Baladin Open Rock'n'Roll

Baladin Open Rock'n'Roll

DRINK’N ROLL ALE

Water, barley malt, mainly American hops, yeast and pepper for an unmistakably Rock ‘n’ Roll character. A beer whose freshness and the skillful use of pepper blend with the aromas and bitterness of hops in a “musical” crescendo. A true drink’n roll experience which will certainly attract a host of aficionados. To be drunk when it takes your fancy: on its own to quench your thirst, or with cold cuts and cheese at cocktail time.

3.2 Bottle. Pours orangeish with a thin head. Your classic widely available oldschool hoppy beer. It’s citric, somewhat grassy, obviously oxidized a bit with a honey sweetness and massive malt body. Medium to full bodied with soft to average carbonation.
3.4 YouTube review on the Japanese Craft Beer Reviews channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lXcYau4ModY Bottle from Seika-cho AEON Mall liquor shop. Very fruity nose, full of peaches, and some grain. Lightly hazy medium-dark gold straw. Sweet malty initial, some small pepper tingle, but it stays fairly sweet, even through the mild mid palate bitterness. Has a nice kick in mid palate. Pleasant.... but it doesn't really rock. Earlier Rating: 6/21/2016 Total Score: 3.5 Bottle from Shijonawate AEON Mall liquor shop. Nose of oranges, malt, herbs (pepper0, and hops. Hazy thin orange.amber color, thick white head that lasts quite a while. Thick but mild fruitiness, hops, bit of pepperiness, caramel, some citrus,, and alc. presence. Medium body, creamy feel. Nice, well-hopped, a bit heavy for the style.
3.0 F
3.3 Bottle. Slightly unclear golden body under a fast-fading white head. Aroma has mid pale malt, herbs and a bit floral. Taste is very soft pale malt, medium sweet, low bitterness and distinct herbal touch. Medium body and same aftertaste. A beer with a mild and delicate flavor, much more in the Saison direction than pale ale IMO. Nothing offending, very easy going, but it grows.
3.6 Clear golden body with a mid sized quite persistent and good lacing white head. Aroma is fruity, spicy, over a nice sweet background. Taste is hoppy, spicy over a solid malty base. Long peppery finish. Medium body moderate carbonation oily texture.
3.4 Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, herbal notes, peach and piney notes. Sweet taste that ends up being more dry and bitter. Medium bodied, watery to oily texture and average carbonated. A nice APA. 🌟🌟🌟
3.4 bottle.
3.7 Pours amber with thin airy head and fizzy texture with constant stream of bubbles. On top, a wave of floral notes, hints of malt liquors and a bit of caramel. First sip is round and heavy with cereal flavors first and a caramelly background. Biscuit waves come and go during the drink. Body is rounda and carbonated. Finish is slow and sweetish with a weak aftertaste.
3.3 Can 0.33L. Courtesy of Natanael. First time having a beer from the can with full aparature end. Light hazy golden color with thin, frothy, white head. Un-agressive aroma of malt, herbal hops and spices. Taste is light bitter and spicy, a bit peppery with medium to heavy herbal/spicy bitter finish. Long lasting spicy aftertaste. Medium body, dry texture, lively carbonation. Alcohol is well hidden, but spices warms up a little.
3.7 Tutto sommato buona birra. Equilibrata. Schiuma abbondante ma poco persistente
3.4 Old rating from 2016 - 330ml bottle, pours cloudy orange with a white head. Aromas & tastes of fruits, citrus, honey, vanilla, biscuit, pepper, hops, yeast & malt. Moderate body. Light bitter finish.
3.5 0,75 litre Bottle from Tax-Free Store at Billund AirPort. Dark Golden with offwhite head. Malts, hops, yeast, pepper, Caramel,
3.6 bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca pannosa persistente, colore giallo velato, al naso subito buccia d’arancio poi zucchero filato agrumi, in bocca è fruttata caramello agrumi uva zenzero, corpo medio, astringente, carbonatazione moderata, oily, l’alcool si sente ma non disturba, dolce con amaro moderato. Alla fine emerge un piccantino... Dai.. più la bevo più mi piace. c. Webdivino.it 20.11.20
2.5 God Pale ale
3.5 Thuis uit een flesje. Troebel gouden kleur, wit schuim.
2.9 I Sampled as B Rock'n'Roll /B bought in Cuore di Puglia, Antwerpen /I Good off-white head over unclear, big-bubbled orange beer. Oxydation, oxydated malts, yet 6 months BEFORE BBd. Again oxydation in the flavour with rosewter, amandine, marzipan. Medium to well-boded, good carbonation, sticky-viscous. Prematurely aged, reason?? Must have been sweet to start with, all the same.
2.9 «Rock´n Roll». Gylden. Litt uklar. Lett krydderaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken oregano & lakris. Uvariert.
3.4 330ml bottle from Bucket Boys, Sydney. Amber pour, slight haze, decent white head that lasts. Nose has a definite honey sweetness which Is unusual for an APA, together with orangey fruits and biscuity malts. Taste follows, fruity, subtle honey and vanilla notes, mild citrus bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. ABV disguised. Works quite well.
3.8 A light orange and murky beer, a head is medium and yellowish blond. Aroma has fruitness, fresh and riped, mango, citrus, even banana, smooth. Taste has pleasant and smooth fruitness, mango, citrus, some spicyness. Medium bodied, fluffy palate. Great beer.
3.5 Cloudy, brown and yellow colour with a frothy tan head. Fruity aroma, hops, little malts, floral. Bitter hoppy taste, quite nice. Low medium body, medium carbonation, smooth mouthfeel.
3.3 On tap at Open Baladin, Roma. Clear golden with a white head. Mild fruity and malty aroma with light citrus and slightly herbal notes. Medium to moderate sweet with bitterness on the lighter side. Easy to drink and fairly enjoyable.
