Baladin Super Baladin

Baladin Super Baladin

The masterpiece of the brewery. The beer that mostly encountered the favour among the customers at Le Baladin. Although one wouldn’t believe that, it’s the most alcoholic among all the productions. It originated from an old recipe created toward the end of the ’800 following the style of the belgian abbey beers. Intense aroma of warm flowers, apricot and banana and hints of bitter almond. Agreeable, refreshing and quenching taste of apricot in syrup, almond cake and citrus fruits. Excellent the use of belgian selected hop during the fermentation process. This beer matches perfectly with ripen cheeses, biscuits and almond sweets.

3.7 Bottle, thanks Antonia & Fila! BB is a month ago, shouldn't be a problem. Hazy daaark amber-orange, bit hazy. Big malty aroma, slightly vinuous. Elegant taste, somewhat caramelly maltiness, vague citric touches, mild mild alcohol, very well rounded. Elegant. Nice!
3.2 Draft - Belgian esters, fig and some sweet raisin. Cloudy copper with a decent white head. Soft raisin, light baking spices and not much else,
3.9 Opalescent orange to amber colour, minimal yellowish-beige-ish off-white head; aroma of apricot, honeycomb toffee, some banana and biscuity notes; taste of dried apricot, some raisins, honey, hints of banana and burnt sugary notes; good one

3.8 On tap at Baladin Rome. Medium caramel. Generous head subsiding. Scent is medium notes of slightly bittered dark fruits and Belgian Dubbel. Taste is lovely German flavors of slightly hopped, medium toasted malt on a Belgian Dubbel. Dry and palatable. Surprisingly mild yet very mature. Great beer.
3.6 Aroma: Fruity sweet with dried dades. Flavour: Fruity sweet with slightly alcoholic warmth and a creamy mouthfeel. Colour: Dark amber woth an offwhite head.
3.7 Wygląd przeciętny. Aromat kwiatowy, plus owoce, migdały. W smaku morele, owoce cytrusowe, migdały. Finisz herbatniki i migdały. Ogólnie całkiem niezłe ale w belgijskim stylu.
3.7 On tap. @Open Baladin, Roma 08/10/2017 Color cobrizo espuma blanca, aromas dulces con notas a malta y cereales, sabor dulce notas a levadura, cuerpo denso, rica.
3.2 Birra ambrata.
3.8 Bottle. Super delicious ale. Quite strong. A little sweetness but not too much. Would make a perfect aperitif.
3.6 Ale italiana bastante buena. Color ámbar oscuro, poca espuma blanca, poco aroma. Buen gusto afrutado con sabor a cítricos y albaricoque. Dulce sin exagerar. Refrescante y ligera en cuerpo a pesar de la alta graduación. Buen retrogusto. Un buena cerveza artesanal italiana.
3.8 Dużo migdałów, suszone owoce, ogólne odczucie gęste, likierowe, alkohol szlachetny, bardzo dobre.

3.5 Bottle from Beer Yard. Dark amber orange with raisin nose. Medium body, caramel apricot and toffee taste. Sweet malt finish.
2.4 Draft. Hazy orange with an off white head. citrus, malt and yeast aroma. Taste the same with some caramel notes. Quite mild for a Belgian strong ale. Without the usual belgian spicy yeast. Meh.
3.5 Rich amber/orange color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of yeast, caramel, dark fruit, & brown sugar; Flavor of sweet malt, yeast, dark fruit (notably plums), caramel, and spice; Nicely balanced; Not overly complex - but a solid brew.
2.5 @ Wien Craft Bier Festival 2016 November. // Bottle pour cloudy brown orange with rapidly dissipating minimal white head. Nose raisin, prune, slightly dank. Taste some sweeter malt similar to nose, but also little late palate bitterness. <<>>>>>> Beer tasting sessions in Budapest, Hungary >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Facebook: www.facebook.com/beeroda
