2.7 Can - pale golden yellow, initial good white head, soon dissipates. High carbonation, ok aroma. Ting on tongue but ok back of mouth. Thin tasting, slight lemony - quite refreshing on hot day - though not memorable.
2.0 Can. Light yellow, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to mderate, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish aroma, light corn and faint - light herbal hoppyness. Body is light, malty - grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, light corn and faint - light herbal hoppyness. Finish is short to average, malty - grainy and dryish - lightly sweetish, light corn, light metal and herbal hoppyness. Grainy pils with notes of sharp metal. Really nothing special.
1.9 Får vi presentera ölens motsvarighet till konflikträdsla, tänkte de förmodligen hos Beckers och tappade det mest menlösa de kunde komma på i en halvliters burk. De lyckades dessutom. Här sticker inget ut i nån riktning alls. Aromen blev kvar på bryggeriet och smaken har de hällt i nån annan burk. Det finns en påtaglig beska i eftersmaken, i övrigt är det här något av det mest harmlösa som Tyskland gett omvärlden.
1.9 Can. Golden color, white head. Aroma and taste: malty, a bit spicy hops, a little fruits, so-so.
1.8 Can from systembolaget Sweden. Medium and lasting white head over a pale yellow beer. Tired malty aroma with-a-tuch of cardboard. Thin malty taste with a low bitterness. Thinn body.
1.8 Pretty bad! Aroma has some nice components (grassy hops), but also a lot of paper/cardboard. Pretty bitter taste with not much more than again cardboard.
2.0 En lager i bastun. Var väl inte offensivt äcklig, men kommer jag i håg den om tio minuter?
2.8 On sale 1/3 off in the land of few sales. Not a good sign. Looks great. Smells inoffensive. Flavour starts ok with some hops but then picks up a bit of off-butteriness. Date on bottom is 7/17.
1.6 pretty shit smelling, appearance is an annoyingly watery very pale yellow. taste is very light, body is water. this isnt even a normal cheapo pils. wow awful
2.7 0.5l bottle from marktkauf/edeka. pours a very clear pale golden with a frothy white head. aroma of grassy and sulphuric hops. flavour of grass. metallic and a bit harsh.
2.5 Appearance: clear pale straw with one finger of rocky white head, good retention and moderate lacing. (4/5) Aroma: pale malt, grassy, light citrus, hint of sulphur. (4/10) Taste: moderate sweet, moderate-low bitter. (4/10) Palate: light body, crisp lightly bitter finish. (3/5) Uh-oh. “Premium” on the label, as well as “Reinheitsgebot”? Danger! But, actually, I guess it’s fine for what it is. No major off flavours on the nose or the tongue (although there is a hint of almost metallic sulphur as it warms) and it finishes fairly clean and crisp. I was thirsty, now I’m not. Job done. (10/20)
2.6 Can. Medium gold, average white head. Pale grains, light sulfur, metallic note in the finish. Mild to moderate bitterness.

1.7 Simple, clean, easy drinking German lager. A bit more flavour than your average American macro. Taste of hay and grass.
2.5 Pours the colour of light straw, light head and light lace. Taste is floral, bready with a bitter ending. Average, not worth seeking out of purpose.

Taste is a light grassy malt sweetness with a malty sweetness. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, just a typical German pilsner, not as spicy as a Czech Pilsener.
