3.8 0, 33L can bought at HK Brewcraft. Appearance: Pours a clear, pale gold colour with soapy white head that leaves some nice lacing. Aroma: Dominated by citrus, grapefruit, orange peel and some lemon. Some subtle pine and grassy notes. Taste: Similar to the aroma, with fresh tropical fruit of citrus and grapefruit peel bitterness, which is also balanced nicely with some light sweet honey-like malt. Palate: Light to medium body with just the right amount of citrus grapefruit peel and grassy hop bitterness that lingers. Medium carbonation with watery texture. Overall: First time trying beer from this Swedish brewery of Beerbilotek. A highly drinkable (sometimes you just want some easy-going pale ale that is not to harsh on hop bitterness) and fresh American pale ale that showcases the combination of European and American Citra hops nicely. I also highly appreciate that eye-pleasing and functional Scandinavian style can art.
