Bevog Kramah India Pale Ale

Kramah, shows off its hops muscles. We used an insane dose of highly fruity, aromatic hops, which gives the beer a strong aroma of mango, lychee, citruses and a bunch of other tropical fruits. The taste continues along this manner, then the elder components reveal themselves and continue into a bitterness that reminds one of biting into a fresh, juicy grapefruit. A very simple, yet effective combination of malts provides enough support so the bitterness does not rip out your tongue.

3.8 Can 33cl. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Tropical fruit aroma with a clear malty basis. The taste follows the aroma. Medium body and medium finish.

2.8 Can (3-Jul-21) Light pine citrus aroma. Cloudy amber colour, good white head and spider lacing. Pine herbal flavour. Mineral pine bitter finish and light resin herbal aftertaste.

3.7 Can picked up from an online shop, forgot which one. Consumed at home Saturday 19th June 2021 in the company of Ele, Vangelis we had Lamb Kebabs, Chicken Kebabs, Fish Goujons, Greek Salad etc. Golden colour with a white head, it's a little hazy. A little resinous on the nose, there is also a little pithiness with lemon and grapefruit noted. The citrus surges through in the mouth, it's quite bitter resinous again, but mingling with citrus. This is a really nice IPA.

3.7 Corpo limpido color oro, testa bianca a texture media-fine e dalla buona persistenza. Profumo frutta a papaya, mangi, ananas, agrumi, leggera resina, cracker. Al palato c’è tanta frutta tropicale dolce a pasta gialla, un po’ di litchi ed il finale è aspro e leggermente amaricante con sensazioni di pompelmo e resina. Corpo e carbonazione media.

3.7 Can, bb 3/21. Unclear amber with a large white head. Not particularly vibrant aroma of grapefruit, some mango, crackers. Medium bodied, somewhat creamy textured. Much punchier in the taste with under-ripe as well as ripe tropical fruit and plenty of almost sour grapefruit notes. Barely sweet, firmly bitter end. Enough malt to provide a platform but it's not much more than that. A clean and purposeful beer.

4.0 Thanks Fred to bring me this can that we were happy to try together, at home, Epalinges after a generous meal like Christmas. The body is copper and clear, normal carbonation, thin white foam. It is a classical but enjoyable and well balanced ipa, this one is dry, notes of dry malt, I really appreciate the hop that it is so citrus and bitter, floral at the same time, giving a lovely sensation in the mouth.

3.2 Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours classic gold, a little opaque and dark, with a nice fluffy head of white foam, very fine. Aroma is intensely piney, resinous. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is above-average bitter, with some more in the final.

4.0 0.1l tap. Unclear dark golden, creamy head. A lot of tropical fruits (pineapple, lychee, mango, papaya) and very piney, nice citrus notes (grapefruit, lemon zest). Hoppy bitterness, fruity sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry hoppy bitter finish. Great, clean and balanced.

3.7 Home. 33 cl can. BB 12-11-2020. A good white foam layer on a clear golden beer. A nice aroma of a citrus hop with some grapefruit, peach and tropical. Taste start with a nice sweetness in balance with the citrus hops. Light grapefruit, apple, tropicla fruit. Somewhat light resins, okay. Dry aftertaste.

3.9 Golden colour, big and thick white foam. Fragrance is very bitter, piney and resinous, some grapefruit peel notes as well. Taste is bitter with pine and citrus feeling. Aftertaste has some yeasty notes, afterwards hoppy and dry.

3.8 Enjoyed: Poured from can into snifter/tulip glass. Appearance: Blurry orange colour; medium head with nice lacing. Aroma: Hops, tropic fruits, herbs. Palate: Medium body; medium carbonation. Taste: Bittersweet, hops, fruits/tropic, pine/herbs, bitter aftertaste, hint of alcohol. Overall impression: Very enjoyable, tasty, sromatic. Good both for refreshment and sipping. Excellent label/can picture.

3.6 Can at Vienna airport en route back to HK. Slightly translucent dull orange-yellow pour with frothy head. Aroma is citric fruity hop and apple juice. Taste has pleasant tropical dank bitterness - quite nice, and better than expected. Medium frothy palate. Good citrus bitter finish.

4.2 Ampio cappello di schiuma e color ambrato chiaro leggermente velato. L’aroma agrumato è davvero piacevole ed emerge anche qualche sentore erbaceo. In bocca domina l’amaro del luppolo che non è mai eccessivo. Buon corpo e carbonazione. Davvero un Ipa ben fatta. Una goduria da gustare con Hamburger saporiti.

3.7 Złocista barwa, delikatna opalizacja, ładna, trwała piana. Przyjemny, chmielowy aromat, sporo dojrzałych owoców tropikalnych. W smaku taki trochę oldschool, raczej wytrawne, fajna goryczka, mało słodyczy, chmielowy charakter.

4.0 Kolor złoto pomarańczowy z lekkim zamgleniem. Piana biała, drobno pęcherzykowa, wysoka o długim czasie redukcji. Aromat słodkich owoców tropikalnych zmieszany z kwaskowymi cytrusami stanowi kręgosłup zapachowy tego piwa. Smak podobnie jak aromat słodkawy, tutaj ton nadają owoce tropikalne. Nie jest jednak za słodko, słodycz zrównoważona jest przez intensywną i bardzo przyjemną, grapefruitową goryczkę i lekką kwaskowość owoców cytrusowych. Piwo jest bardzo orzeźwiające. Wysycenie wysokie, o dziwo nie przeszkadza. Ilość ciała średnia.

3.8 11Aug2019 Pine, ripe tropical fruits, candied mango, papaya. Clear gold, medium, creamy, white head. Light bitter. More pine, resin, overripe, candied tropical fruits, hints of marmalade, papaya, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Old school, but well executed. Can from Coop.
