3.2330ml bottle, WOB HHI. Cloudy dark golden pour, thin white head, some lacing. Mild vinegar, spice aroma. Flavors are lightly sour with spice notes, vinegar, herbs, mild hops bitterness and s touch of pale malt. Different but enjoyable.
3.4Bottle at home. Hazy peach, white head. Spicy herbal, thyme, coriander, caramel, cereals, belgian yeasts, grapefruit peel.Unbalanced herbaceous hoppy bitterness, sweet malts, spicy.
4.0I picked up this bottle in one Coop, in Lausanne. I drank it yesterday with my wife at home. In my point of view, it is a really good nectar. I really have this sensation that this beer is not so far away of the vitus. Firstly, the body is yellow, creamy and troubled, white foam. The carbonation is regular for the style. The taste is well balanced, sweet and also a bitter at the mouth. You smell the wheat or the malt, touch of banana, some hop, a bit spicy at the fina, sensation of a weizen bock. It is a refreshing one, simply good to taste or to become drunk for ever.
3.7This flippy top bottled brew from a bottle shop was served at a cool temperature and poured a very small sized head of foamy fine to medium sized white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a softly carbonated body slightly hazy yellow colored body and a good lacing. The nice aroma was musty and malt hop. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering malt hop aftertaste. The nice flavor contained notes of breads and hops. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.
4.1Many thanks for this swing-top bottle beer to CH-303. Pianka niewielka srednia, do tego szybko opada. Barwa jasna jaskrawo zlota, ale metna i to bardzo po dolaniu resztek drozdzy. W aromacie gruszki i mus jablkowy. Smak niebywale tak jak lubie, goryczkowo-wytrawny, naprawde mocne to sa smaki. Dochodzi jakby pewna przyprawowosc, jakby kurkuma? nieco zielonego pieprzu i suszonych ziol. Do tego podkresla to wszystko pewna delikatna kwaskowosc cytrynowa. Fajne doskonale uzupelnialo kotlety rybne z cebula szalotka.
4.4Rich and herby brew from a great brewery. Perhaps not for everyone, but if you like yeasty blondes and sage then I’d highly highly recommend
3.8@ Wien Craft Bier Festival 2016 November.
// Light sweet, dry, light malts, super fruity. Moderate bitter finish. Comparing with other beers from BFM this one stands out as one dimentional and boring

Comment: En fût au Saint-Bock finale Euro 2016.
