L’eleganza del farro dei Monti della Duchessa.
Birra prodotta con il farro, tradizionalmente coltivato nel territorio del Parco Regionale dei Monti della Duchessa. Si presenta dorata, con riflessi aranciati, appena velata; la schiuma è abbondante e pannosa. Al naso è molto ampia, fruttata (banana, ananas, frutta tropicale) e floreale, con un leggero e piacevole pepato. In bocca la gasatura è fine, c’è una leggera acidità e il corpo è adeguato. La luppolatura è moderata, il finale molto piacevole, fresco.
Birra non filtrata, non pastorizzata. Forma sedimento naturale. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d’orzo, farro (23%), luppolo, zucchero e lievito. Rifermentata in bottiglia.

Aroma is strong malt, hints of pear, pineapple.
Flavour is malt, apple, flour. Some banana closer to the aftertaste.
Aftertaste is a sweet blend of banana, pear and apple. Enjoyable.

Flaska @ Pizza Pilgrims, Soho. Disig gulfärgad med ett litet vitt skum. Dofter av päron, citrus, söt malt och örter. Samma återkommer i smaken tillsammans med en rivig örtighet i eftersmaken. På gränsen till för sött, men parerar det fint med örtigheten.
Bottle, gold straw colour, no head. Aroma wheat malt, saison style yeast, floral hop, banana bread. Light medium body, texture slightly oily, finishes dry with light bitterness. Carbonation is a bit flat.

Charakterystyczna butelka. Barwa jasno złota, mętne, opalizujące. Piana biała, dość obfita, średnie oczka, redukuje się dość szybko.

Paszcza: lekka słodycz, goryczka minimalna, wysoko wysycone, ciało średnie, słodki finisz. W porządku.
33cl bottle at Le Ruote, Rivabella, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly transparent, amber, with minimal foam. Aroma is malty and cereal. Body is fairly dense, with moderate carbonation. Taste is well balanced between sweet and moderate bitter. Finish has some remaining sweetness.
330ml bottle from Beru Vykhodnoy in Moscow. Pours hazy gold with a minimal white head. Aroma is bananas, yeast, spices. Taste is light sweet and fruity, wheat, yeast. I liked it.

Big bottle from a Coop in Venice. Hazy blond with a thin white head. Mild citrus aroma. The taste is very sweet with hay and citrus. Far too sweet.
Bottle from The Wine Society case of World Beer. Hazy golden colour with barely any head. Very low carbonation. Some sweetness of malts with fruity and yeasty flavours. Some orange and citrus notes. Light bitterness, and some tasre of leather and oak. Not very distinctive and rather dull flavours. Not really to my taste.

Clean gold. Virtually headless. Aroma intensity 4/5. Yeasty aroma, noted of leather, hay and a bit of citrus. Well balanced sweet and bitter. Light to medium body. Not my style.

hvala mom prijatelju Goranu na ovom pivu koje je ponudio u piceriji Viva u Sibeniku ...pivo jedino ima zanimljivu i drugaciju bocu ...okus je previse vocan ..slatkast ...posebno psenicno slatko pivo ... recimo moj prijatelj koji pije psenicna piva voli ovo pivo ..meni nazalost lose ..
Gulbrun klar med høyt hvitt skum som forsvinner helt. Fruktig lukt med noe honning og sitrus. Søt med lett floralsk bitterhet.
Not bad but not great. At first sis thought would be a very enjoyable beer but the flavors ended up being too much over time. Not much head, disappeared almost immediately.
