L\’Enkir (l\’origine di ogni cosa) è anche all’origine di questa birra. Il 55% di Triticum Monococcum (il primo cereale addomesticato sulla Terra) viene aggiunto al malto d’orzo, diventando l’attore protagonista di questa birra. Questo antico cereale dona alla birra meravigliose note resinose e speziate che si sposano alla perfezione con quelle di frutta a polpa gialla.Il risultato è una birra di grande equilibrio, delicata e morbida, che accarezza il palato e soddisfa ogni senso.

3.7 Bottle from Saveur-Biere.com - Color: clear golden blond beer with no carbonation and medium white foam. Smell: caramel malt domination, sweet malt and yeast ester notes. Taste: medium body with good caramel malt backbone balanced with fruity ester notes. Quiet good. Easy drinkable. Fruity yeast. Aftertaste: caramel and ester.

4.2 Spillata presso birreria Gino. Birra dal bel colore aranciato, con una schiuma sostanziosa e persistente, presenta al naso note floreali e fruttate. In bocca è dolce, con il cereale che si fa accompagnare da note citriche e leggermente pepate. Finale dolce leggermente astringente, corpo medio e carbonazione media, pericolosamente facile da bere.

3.3 Fat @ Bir & Fud Brunorange dimmig öl med smutsvitt skum. Doft av hö, jäst och lätt pepprighet. I smaken tillkommer viss fruktighet, främst clementiner och jordgubbar.

3.2 0,33 l bottle as a gift dough, cereal, citrus, herbs, golden, slightly hazy, minimal & almost no foam head. medium sweetness, lightly bitter, medium body, oily feel, flat, at least interesting.

3.1 Klare kräftig goldene Farbe, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch mild hopfig, blumig. Geschmack sehr fruchtig, helle Beeren, süß, etwas Honig.

3.7 Keyaki. Yeasty, bit fruity, I like this. Haven’t been so excited by their other saisons but this is easy going and nice. Strawberry, little sweetness.

3.4 Piwo pomarańczowe, mętne. Piana obfita, trwała. Lepi szkło. W aromacie ziemia, przyprawy, chleb. W smaku słodkie owoce z kontrą ziemistości i przypraw. Pijalne. Ciekawe.

3.4 Tap at Luppolo 12 in Rome. Deep, hazy golden, with a fast dropping head leaving a bit of lace. Sweet, very sweet on the nose - it’s like raspberries, rhubarb, and a certain wheaty graininess, but not quite (I gather they’ve used spelt, but I cannot say I’m able to specifically detect it). Sweet also on the tastebuds, it’s like some unspecific berries (best described as raspberries) and citrusy sweetness, finishing in a subtle spicy touch. Wheaty dry mouthfeel. Refreshing. I liked it - the sweetness makes it feel like it’s a source of quick energy, but at one point it feels as a bit too much. P.S. - What’s Enkyr?!

3.4 330ml bottle from Alesala. Pours clear golden amber, thin white head. Aromas of fruity malt loaf, spice. Taste is sweet, honey, more spicy linger. Medium body, gentle carbonation. Slightly sticky finish.

3.3 Pours hazy golden with small off white head. Faint sweet, fruity, malty aroma. Sweet, fruity peach taste. Mild, smooth, low bitterness.

2.9 bottle in Beer Here. Tivoli. Nice sweet peachy, grainy aroma. Taste is very lightly fruity, a bit nutty, very weak after flavor, not so impressive.

2.7 Colore dorato carico/ambrato chiaro, leggermente opaca. Schiuma e carbonazione basse. Odore leggermente fruttato, dolce, con un che di speziato. Sapore dolce, gusto di cereale. Aspro finale, ma poco amaro. La prima birra di Birra del Borgo che non mi convince.

3.1 Bottle - pours hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is grainy, Apple, rhubarb. Taste is sweet up front with a little dryness coming in later. Palate is lively.

4.2 Molto buona , bevuta alla spina in birreria Baladin a Torino. Ne ho subito comprate due bottiglie da 75.

3.4 Amber body with tan head. Aroma is typical Belgian with fruits and yeast. Taste is dark caramel with some hints of coffee. Aftertaste is yeasty and bitter.

3.0 Bottle at home from alesela fairly full bodied hazy mid amber. Lightly Spivey rich syrupy honey notes but a herbal dry finish.

2.5 Birra decente ma che non fa impazzire. Liscia, con troppa poca carbonatazione, sa di pera e leggermente di yogurt. Sarebbe un bene, ma è slegata ed acquosa, corpo inesistente e retrogusto debole . Cattiva, direi..

3.0 Piwo koloru jasno bursztynowego badz pomaranczowego, niewielka piana lekkie drobinmi fusow. Prosta etykieta i fajny potezny ksztalt butelki. Trudny do zdjecia kapsel. Piwo w zapachu moze przypominac krakersy, petit buere lub paluszki. W smaku herbaciane, ciasteczkowe i karmelowo slodowe. Pszenica orkisz zbyt malo wyczuwalna jak dla mnie, ale w kazdym badz razie to zdrowe piwo i niezbyt ciezkie, dobre do posilkow wszelakich.

3.0 KRS 111014. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is apple, malt, fruit. Flavour is apple, malt, fruit, spices, sugar, grass, peaches. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

3.3 Birra prodotta da un antico cereale. Colore dorato, poca schiuma. Odore abbastanza ampio. Sapore fresco e poco ampio. Nel complesso birra di bassa gradazione alcolica molto buona e di ottima consistenza.
