2.7Bue à la pression au Borefts Beer Festival 2016. J’avais d’autres choses à faire que de prendre des notes ;)
3.8At BBF, quite clear dark Red to brown color, ,herbal hoppy aroma with some dark bread behind, fruity hoppy flavor with earthy notes and a dark bread backbone, light toedium bitterness, bready sourness, light to medium bodied. Very good.
3.3(draught) slightly opalescent copper-amber colour with a frothy beige head. aroma of gooseberries and strawberries, with a touch of herbal hops, some gently roasted malts and sugar icing. flavour is mostly pale malts and red bell peppers, quite musty, with lots of sweatsocks, some mango, black pepper and yeast in the semi-dry finish. full-bodied with average carbonation.
3.933cl bottle at home. Pale brown with a small off-white head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Nice bitterness with subtle sweet tones. Pine, roasted malts, caramel and spices. Nice!

3.5Light brown . Aroma of syrupy, fruity peaches. Flavour really gets hoppy and dry in the finish. Nice balance.
3.6sample at BBF, poured a brown colour with a tanned head. nose of caramel malts, light cacao, citrus notes, light grapefruit bitterness, raisins, bread notes, pretty simple black ipa, toffee sweetness, missing some body, ok brew
3.8Keg @Borefts 2016. Pours amber/brown. Nose is grapefruit and grass. taste is wonderful, hoppy, resin and pine, toffee and fruit.
3.3Didn’t really look like a black ipa, but the booklet at Borefts said Cascadian. Anyway, palate cleansing almost between all the violence of RIS and sours. Enjoyed this quite a bit.
3.6Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2016, Day 1. Hazy amber color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, some hops though not very pronounced, decently bitter. Tastes like a hoppy bitter to me. Not bad, but I wouldn’t call this a Black IPA.
3.4Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2016. Klares dunkel bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit geringen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hopfig bitter, rotes Malz. Geschmack sehr hopfig, rotes Malz, etwas Getreide.
3.6On tap at Borefts 2016. Small white head. Smells like Cascade, alright. Well built but simple.

3.5Bottle 33cl / Botella 33cl.
@ LaBIRRAtorium, Madrid, España.
A: Dark amber / Ambar oscuro.
T/S: Roasted malt, sweet, slightly hoppy and citrusy / Malta tostada, dulce, ligeramente lupulado y citrico.
3.5330mL bottle
Amber body with beige head.
Toasty malts on the nose, dank citrus, pine & grass.
Full bodied, moderately bitter.
Body delivers good measure of American hops - pine, grapefruit, cut grass. Malt is there with toasty notes, but not quite black IPA territory - American amber more than anything.
3.9Holy shit this is great. Very nice citrus hop aroma. Some cherry like malt in the background. Brown with a lace of tan head. Really light body, super rich malt flavor. Light gentle bitter aftertaste.
3.7Keg at the Well & Bucket during the inaugural London Bimble. Pours clear, deep amber-brown with a tight, off-white cream head. Toasty malts and grapefruit on the nose. Nice flavour, very drinkable, with notes of ripe orange, well toasted bread, grapefruit. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Well balanced to close, with nice bready sweetness and juicy, ripe citrus. Very good.
