3.711.2 Oz bottle pours a hazy pale golden with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet honey malt with light bread grain and mild grassy hops. Taste of sweet honey malt, grain and doughy yeast, with grassy bitter hops. Pretty tasty and I'm sure it gets better closer to the source, glad I finally got my hands on some.

3.6Can pour from Greg & Jane's Beer and Wine. It's a pale yellow with tons of fine sediment in suspension, no sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with poor retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong pilsner malt and mild lemon. Taste is strong pilsner malt and lemon. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, not my favorite style but strong flavor and nice nuance with the lemony slant.

3.7Copenhagen 24/9 2020. 33 cl bottle from Shop n Play Kiosk, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C. Busy label with the logo of Birrificio Italiana (two beer glasses doing a 69), corn ears and "selfconcious" in Italian at the bottom.
Pours unclear, unclear, golden yellow with a big, stable white head. Settles as thin, lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty for mingling with fairly strong citric notes. Sweet pale malts, grains and cardboard. Citrus and lime. Fresh grass.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a fairly strong, dry bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and slightly citric. Finish is bitter and dry.
Quite potent, bitter and dry pilsener. It might be self-conscious but in the good meaning of the word.
4.4The mother of the Italian Pils..citric hop aroma from the dry hopping. A cereal aroma is also present. Strong bitter taste. Really drinkable.

This is a famous one, personally i'm into other more eccentric styles but a good old pilsener once in a while is a good thing, and this one is very good, clean, refined, classic.
3.8Botella. Nice deep golden, medium white head. Pleasant grassy hoppy hops, citric aroma, flowery too, bit malty. Good palate. Crisp flavour: grassy citric, good maltiness and a really good bitterness, dry and so crisp. Well balanced.
