3.1 Based from memory, among the best Blue Moon offerings, a little lime, typical Blue Moon wheat, easy to drink and very sessionable.
2.5 12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear gold with an average light tan head. Aroma of citrus, malt and grain. Tastes of lime, sweet malt, spices and wheat. Not too bad, decent.
2.7 Appearance? The bottle is pretty. Pint glasses are for little girls. Hooah! Earthy grainy aroma. Soapy watery metallic grain taste. Blucky!
2.9 Pours a four finger white head that fades quickly to a ring leaving traces of lace. Light carbonation and medium bodied. Crystal clear pale amber color. Nose has hints of malt, no hint of lime. Flavor is mellow - very light malt. $1.85 for a 12oz bottle from Colonial Spirits, Acton, MA.
3.0 Bottle, pours light caramel with a medium off white head. Strong wheat aroma with light lime notes. Flavor is strong wheat with a lime syrup kind of thing in the finish. Not bad. Thanks for bringing to the party Steve.
2.8 Poured honey colored with a white head. Aroma was malty grain. Flavor was a light lime malt with a crisp lime finish.
3.0 Copper brown pour with a thin off white head. Tart citrus peel and a little oxidation in the aroma. Nice smooth maltiness, lime and a touch of wheat in the taste. Just ok.
2.9 Aroma of light citrus and yeast/spice? Coppery amber color with a decent, lasting white head. Thin to medium body with mild, sort of chewy, carbonation. The flavor is wheat, lime indeed, and it seems some spice. The finish is a bit papery, but not all that bad, and the citrus helps out. Pretty refreshing.
3.8 Light and refreshing spring ale. Some caramel and floral spruce in the nose. Rated 8/1/08
3.5 Copper color with thin tan head and some lacing. Scents of malt and lime. Similar in taste, with a nice balance. Medium-bodied with a smooth finish. Overall a nice wheat ale.
2.6 12 ounce bottle from Dans. Pours a clear copper color with a small white head. The aroma is sweet malts, light lime. The flavor is decent; mostly rich wheat and grains, thin and watery. Light lime. OK.

2.3 This beer has a thin, oily feel, and an overwhelmingly heavy cloying sweetness. I was very disappointed by it. Wouldn’t drink it again.
3.0 Amber color, white head. The aroma is yeasty, caramel, fruity. The flavor is citrus, toasted malts, zety carbonation. The finish is sweet, light citrus hops. Medium in body. Ok. Makes a decent lawnmower beer.
2.0 Bottle pours a clear amber body with a medium offwhite head that leaves some minor lacing. Lots of carbonation bubbles in the body. Aroma is weak, with hints of lime and wheat malt. Light body is briskly carbonated. Taste has a some lime and wheat malt. Drinkable, but disappointing.
1.8 Bottle: Clear, light golden/orange with a medium white head, nose of musty grain, flavor is light, some sweetness and wheat, not much else.
2.6 copper with a cream head. bready malts, spices, and lime on the nose. decent palate, very carbonated, big lime up front, bready malts, light spiced finish.
2.3 Pours golden-amber into the glass, with a small frothy head that leaves mild lace. The nose is of corn and stale grains. Flavors are underdone, some macro corn oversees the whole thing, unfortunately. There are stale grains, a bit of yeast, and maybe a hint of lime... nothing superb whatsoever. Not the best offering of the Blue Moon line. Boring mouthfeel and man, what’s with all the corn notes?
2.8 Bottle. Pours copper with a foamy eggshell-colored head. Aroma is light wheat, mild hops, and slight citrus, not unlike Budweiser with citrus added. Flavor is sweet malt and sugar, but where’s the lime? I’m not getting anything here. Crisp, smooth, and below average.
0.6 This is horrible beer!! I love blue moon and decided to try this for a light spring mix. Boy was i disappointed. it takes like skunky PBR with budlight lime mixed in. I will never try another flavor except the orginal.
2.2 Amber. Clear. Little head. Light sweet malt and dusty aroma. Flavor matches. Can’t find a speck of lime to save my life. Not good.
2.3 12 oz bottle into shaker. Aroma of Sweet-Tarts, cheap grain. Pours amber gold with a medium dissipating head and decent lacework which vanishes three quarters of the way down the glass. Taste is caramel malty with just a hint of lime. Highly carbonated; a bit oily. This beer used to be so much better a few years ago. All of Blue Moon’s seasonals have gone down the toilet as original Blue Moon gains in popularity. It’s like Coors is trying to cater to the masses by making their Blue Moon beers increasingly boring. Their Honey Moon and Harvest Moon (formerly known as just their Pumpkin Ale) used to be excellent as well (the winter one has always sucked as far as I know). All are dull as shit now. What’s up with that, Coors? Wankers...
2.4 A golden wheat ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a lightly fruity and esters aroma, solventy. In mouth, a chalky boring wheat...really boring. Tasted at CNY brewfest, Feb. 6 2010.
2.6 Pours clear medium gold with a thin beige head that faded almost immediately. The nose is wheat a sweet lemongrass. The taste is grain, light wheat and limeaid. Medium bodied. Meh, not horrible but will never be considered even a decent wheat.
3.4 floral, grass, citrus, lime, golden, amber, clear, sparkling, white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour, salty, light body, thin feel, lively, astringent,
1.8 Not much to say - very corny aroma - light clear amber medium carbonation. Not much flavor.
2.7 Not great, but not terrible either. The aroma is small, with little hints of citrus and spruce. The taste is also a little fruity, more on the tangy side. Taste like someone put a lime in it almost.
3.3 Great initial flavor, but the aftertaste is a bit fruity. Overall though, a fine beer, tops original Blue Moon.
2.1 Pours a clear dark golden color. Aroma is of malts, bread, wheat, grain, and some slight citrus. Flavor is more of a wheat bread with malts and some citrus. Has a bready like aftertaste.
2.7 On tap at the Rhumbline in Greenport, NY. Pours a mostly clear orange gold with a thin linen white head that faded after the first two sips and left no lace. Weak aroma of malt and a bit of grassy hops. The flavor has a bit more oomph to it than the aroma suggests with malt and perhaps a bit of apple and some grassy hops. Some fruit sweetness. Light-medium bodied with a bit of a soapy mouthfeel. Mediocre.
