4.4 Very smooth.. clean finish! Amber color with a great head. Hint of spice with no aftertaste
3.0 Toasty roasted malts with a light hop finish. Sorry these notes were just for myself now I have to publish them with so many characters, hence this sentence.
3.2 Pours a dark golden with a rather thick white head. Spicy aroma. Taste is sweet caramel malt, buttered biscuits, nutmeg and mild hop bitterness. Texture is a bit thin, but a good effort nonetheless.
3.1 Had this from the bottle. Head disperses quickly. Amber and clear. Nose is malt and caramel. Flavor is malty and well balanced. Smooth rich feel in the mouth. 5.7% alcohol is stronger than usual for an Octoberfest brew. F Avey
3.2 I had it from the bottle. The taste is caramel, grain, and hops. This was nicely balanced. There was more hop bitterness than your average Octoberfest. I thought it set it apart from the normal. I liked it.
4.3 I thought Becks Octoberfest was the finest October beer until I tried Bluepoint Octoberfest. Excellent taste all around. No head is my only complaint.
4.4 Very enjoyable beer, everyone else already commented on color and such no need to beat a dead horse on that
2.8 Pour is a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is a chewy marzen malt. Not much there but going in the right direction. Flavor is a decent bready malt with a bit of sweetness. Not a full heavy malt mouthfeel, this is more of a marzen lite. Decent but a bit thin. Better than the score on here.
3.4 12 oz bottle. Pours deep golden with tall, long-lasting, fluffy white head. Aroma is of grassy hops and bready malt. Body is medium and slightly crisp. Herbal hops and biscuit malt nicely balanced on the palate. Finish is long and dry. Good brew.
2.8 Poured a deep mahogany color with aromas of sweet malt and light toast. Flavors are the same, thin, with some toastiness, light nuttiness as well, nothing special.
2.7 bottle @ Chief Market / Lima OH --- Clear dark amber color, off-white head, spots and dots of lace. Taste is malt that turns sweeter in a very lightly fizzed swallow, followed by thin hops in a medium finish. Nothing bad here, just nothing really good, either.
3.6 Smell is quite wealthy with a nice about finished. Taste flush your tongue with my sweet breads ginger some other stuff that I can’t pinpoint. Flavor lingers on the tongue just a tad very enjoyable multi flavor. Makes me want to try other things besides ipas.
2.8 At Het Haasken in Diest, the owner of which apparently got a bottle from a friend who visited New York and was kind enough to sell it to me. Stable, snow white, thin head over a cristal clear, orange blonde beer with lively fizz. Aroma of caramel, toasted bread (even ’croque monsieur’), ’natural’ iron, bread crust, cooked corn, some burning rubber (DMTS?). Clean, sweet and sourish onset, no esters as expected from a lager, smooth caramelly maltiness with toasted edge, lightly bready, soft herbal hop accent far away in the finish along with a plastic-like chemical accent. Feels rather industrial, I had way better examples of this straightforward malty lager style - from Germany.
3.0 Nice amber color with a decent amounr of head. Very bready and sweet, but a little undercarbonated.
3.3 Pours a light amber with a foamy white head that quickly disappears. Aroma is an odd mix of vegetal and caramel and bread malts. Flavor is slightly sweet caramel and bread malts. Except for that aroma, this is quite good.
3.5 This was poured into a mug. The appearance was a semi-hazy burnt orange color with a slight transparency about it. A light one finger white foamy head dissipated within less than about thirty seconds. Foamy rings of lacing glazed around the glass. The aroma had a big sweet maltiness with a sweet nutty and toffee combination that smelled nicely. The taste was mainly sweet with a light roastiness in the nuts and toffee. There’s a quick semi-sweet/roasty nutty aftertaste running into the same sort of finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sweet to crisp sessionability about it. Carbonation was fairly light allowing the sweet nuttiness to roll over my tongue in a semi-sticky sort of way. Overall, nice Oktoberfest, I’d have again.
2.2 12oz bottle, from my local Kroger. Clear orange color. Thin off-white head. Some short ropes of lace at first, but it all fades to minimal by the end. Up front, some creamed corn, and vegetable, plus caramel. Not really a pleasant start, though not awful. Bit of pepperiness in the flavor. Moderate sweet taste, very light bitter. Medium body. Kind of slick texture. Lighter, kind of crisp carbonation. Not bad but a subpar oktoberfest.
2.6 Bottle. Pours gold with a thin head. Aromas of citrus and sweet malt. Flavors are muted citrus, caramel, cut grass and sweet corn. Subtle breadiness. Not a very solid Oktoberfest beer. This tastes like a macro brewery’s version of a microbrew.

3.0 From a bottle. Thanks Joe! Pours clear amber with a fizzy white head. Tastes like sweet malt, corn, musky, fruity, light apple. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like malt, apple, and cherry.
2.9 Bottle. Pours clear, pale copper with a trace of fizzy white head. Aroma is some bready and copper malts, some lager yeast esters, and faint spice. Flavor is dry malts, light caramel, some light hops, and some faint yeast notes. Light body and medium carbonation.
2.7 Sweet malt and heavy caramel. Medium body, but not a strong or even noticeable presence. I honestly don’t love it...
3.3 Draft. Brown pour with tan head. Sweet and malty flavors, nothing too different. Light spice, fruit and malty aromas.
2.0 Aroma is sweet smelling like caramel. Pour is fairly clear orange with a small white head. Taste is a sweet cloying mess of sugar, butter, and caramel. Not as bad on the second or third sip, but I hope to never encounter this beer again.
2.9 Bottle at Crios. Poured a clear amber color, small white head. Aroma was some light sweet malts. Flavor was about the same with a touch of spicey grains, earthy hop notes. Okay.
2.8 Good easy drinking. Reasonably good drinking for style. Slight booze and some barley. German taste, they got the style right. Light bitter finish with some sourness. Bottle at Crios.
3.3 Simply and good oktoberfest bier. Deep gold color , with big white head . Aroma of malt and spicy hops. Grainy , malty taste with slight bitterness . Nice addition for cool falls evening.
2.9 Bready, toasty aromas, some caramel. Clear ruby, somewhat lasting off-white head. Simple flavor profile, mostly bread with some caramel. Light-medium bodied. a little watery.
2.9 From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. Medium amber-orange pour and a short lasting white head. A touch of toasted grain in the nose with clean hops but nothing that makes this stand apart from any other Octoberfest. Medium body. The taste is pretty ordinary. Toasted malts, sweet, mild bitter finish. But overall this is an average beer and there are so many better beers in this style out there.
3.0 Amber orange with dimming lacy offwhite head; aroma is light with hj tsnof vanilla; Flava is mildly malty; feels medium; finishes tangy sweet and sem dry
