2.3(12oz bottle, part of a Mexico mix 12 pack)
AROMA: malt, soft grain, touch of euro/pils hops,
APPEARANCE: golden/honey yellow, light head, maybe a touch unclear
TASTE: grain/wheat, slight roastiness, touch of sweet corn,
PALATE: crisp, fresh, just the right amount of carbonation, light-ish but ok body for a lager
OVERALL: not overly complicated but ok flavor for a lager, in fact the taste might be the best partofthis beer, notes are pretty straightforward, nothing bad, I think is better than most other hot country lagers.
2.412 oz bottle, pours clear gold. Light bodied, grass and corn aroma, bland malty taste and brief malty finish. Goes just fine with Mexican food.
2.0Bold flavor of hops and grains I don’t smell a whole lot.
2.0$2.25 bottle from Parkhurst Wine Whop at Rainbow Hill. No freshness date but this shop has had some issues. Pours gold, no head, a few floaters. Smells like shit, well not literal shit, but corn water, junk malt. Flavor is better than the aroma. Sweet (yet cheap) malts, light smoke, corn. Not horrible - the slight smokiness does the trick for me. Pretty flat.
4.4B+. Pours a clear golden color with white head. Similar to Corona, better with lime
2.411.05.2018 -- 12 fl oz bottle, bb 2013 (!), from zurich, pre-rating days. pours a clear deep golden with a small head. aroma of biscuit malts, butter, somehow out-of date beer begins to smell a bit like a non-alcoholic one. flavour of biscuit, cracker, corn, citrus. sweetish mildly bitter finish. maybe I'll try it fresher one day.
3.412 oz bottle. Pours a clear gold witha big persistent white head. Scents of grass and malt. Corn flavors with a good hop bite. Rounded mouthfeel with the malt coming through and a lingering hop finish. Good lager.
3.1Bottle thanks to Steveoj pours out clear crisp straw topped with a white head. Nose is corn grain some grass. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts corn and grain.
3.4I like this typical international lager type beer. A good easy drinkable beer that has more flare than other Mexican beers made of rice or similar.
2.0Bottle from Cancun airport drank on the way to the hotel. Nose, big skunk, adjunct, corn, but also some crystal malt. Thankfully much less skunk in the taste. sweet malt, almost hint of apple. Not as bad as some other Caribbean light lagers.
3.5Served in bottle with lime. The lime flavor really adds to this beer. A lot of clean citrus flavors across the tongue. Very clean, yet bright, flavor.
4.2Aroma is not overwhelming. Tastes predominantly of wheat. Palate is fizzy with a bit of a bite at the end. Appearance is clear with nice lacing. A favorite beer at our local Mexican restaurant.
2.9Nice gold color with decent head and a really good retention, not much aroma but in general a decent beer
3.912 ounce bottle into lager glass; bottled on 9/2/2016, best before 9/2017. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with solid strength. Taste of big cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with zero yeast notes present. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/clean, bready/grainy, and fairly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is a delicious pale lager style. All around nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish. Very flavorful for the low ABV. Clean pils malts with balancing earthy noble hop flavors. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example. More hop presence than most imports.
2.7Most flavoursome of lagers ive had whiles staying in mexico for 2 weeks, very refreshing in the humidity. suitable hoppy flavour usually found in pilsener style lager but corny and straw. Almost dry
2.0Bottle from Margaritas in Redwood City, CA. Aroma is seltzer, paper pulp water, some corn and apples soaked in water. Taste is cardboard soda. Refreshing on a hot day.

Has vaguely heard of Bohemia beers, but the Gellar’s left it with a bunch of others after my daughter’s fourth birthday party. Beer Advocate calls it a German Pilsner. Going with that. Not expecting much.
Poured a light yellow clear color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head. Lots of bubble streams coming up from the bottom of the glass as expected. Decent watery foamy lacing. Outstanding retention. (Sight - 4.00)
Smelled usual notes of grass, hay, sweet corn, wheat, honey, cereal and bread. Really good though, true to the style. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted not nearly as good as the smell, but still decent. Got hay, corn, honey wheat, grass, cereal, sourdough bread and spoiled grapes. There was also a slight peppery spice lingering on the palate. (Taste - 3.25)
Light body. Thin texture. Average-to-lively carbonation. Abrupt, slightly spicy finish. (Feel – 3.25)
Wow, I was scared early on that this was going to be good. It was not, but it was decent. (Overall - 3.25)

3.6Uma lager de sabor marcante e envolvente, bem maltada e saborosa. Precisa ser reavaliada quanto aroma e aparência, pois foi tomada em long neck.
3.0Bottle. Tastes like corn, straw, grassy, and doughy malt. Light body and low/medium carbonation.
2.0Somewhere I picked up a list of ’100 Beers to Try Before You Die’ and this one was on that list, which is otherwise more interesting and to the point. I suppose if you had a bunch of other Mexican beers and Asian beers, Bohemia might stand out... but world class it definitely is not. Grainy corn aroma, mildly unpleasant metallic flavor along with the maltiness, some hay, light on the tongue and at least it has a clean finish, no lingering unpleasantness. Ice cold, on a hot day, this would be passable.
2.8Bottle. Pours clear gold. Not bad for what it is; pale malt, light yeast esters, faint sweetness, and some adjuncts. Light body.
2.112 fl oz bottle on 12th Feb 2017: into a Corsendonk stemmed tulip at my Son-in-Laws, bought in a local supermarket in Laguna Niguel. Looked like any other Pale Lager: clean, clear and bright golden, the head a fast fading white affair. Sadly the aroma and taste were not as good as the looks. Slight malty, grainy, corny nose and flavour. Had worse Mexicans.
1.5Bottle. Pours a clear yellow golden color with a small white head. Fruity malty grainy corn aroma. Fruity malty grainy bready corn flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy finish.
4.6Excelente Pilsner comercial
Aroma presente lupulo floral malta y levadura
Color cristalino dorado sabor malta y final amargor floral
2.8From a bottle in Mexico. This actually wasn’t too bad. A bit maltier than most beers in Mexico.
3.0From a bottle. Not anywhere near as bad as I’d expected, crisp, clean and drinkable.
2.012 oz. bottle. Pours clear golden, small white head. Aroma was malt, caramel, bread. Taste was light malt, light flavor.
