4.2 Vintage 2017. A great lambic beer! The beer tastes really good and every sip actually tastes better than the last. The beer looks great as well and the sourness is extremely pleasant while it does not lack other aromas.

3.8 A mostly clear straw body without any head. Aroma is a wonderful bouquet of ripe fruits and flowers. Taste is muted fruit sweet, a touch of dry bitter middle. Short sweet finish. Texture is crisp and fizzy.

4.2 Pours a classic apricot hue with a nice layer of white froth that dissipates. The nose is instantly pure Brussels style. I am always shocked by how dry a real gueuze is. The nose is weirdly spicy like jalapeno and arbol chiles It makes my face psychosomatically feel hot and tingly. Some fruitiness, mango and apricot, but quite vegetal. Notes of broccoli, celery, and black pepper. Ooh the flavor is sharp and dry. The aged hops are always so inviting. Woody, dusty attic flavor, strong oaky tannins that transition perfectly into funky sourness of leather. The finish is Sweet Tarts, acacia honey, and a soft minerality. Long funky finish that coats the tongue. Better than the sum of its parts.

3.7 [Butelka 31.03.2037; korek firmowy; rocznik 2014] Barwa jasnopomarańczowa, zamglone, piana bardzo obfita, drobno pęcherzykowa, szybko redukująca się. A aromacie kwaśne owoce, w smaku mega kwaśne, lekka końska derka na finiszu. Goryczka bardzo niska, nasycenie bardzo wysokie.

From 07.06.2010 (from Brussel Capital) in my cellar. a wiec 10 lat i 10 miesiecy perfekcyjnie lezakowalo w ciemnej piwnicy o idealnej wilgotnosci i temperaturze. czas sie milo odwdzieczyl. Lambick jest pelen ciala, przy czym subtelny i elegancki dostojna i spora piana, opaa szybko, barwy dojrzalej moreli, metne, pachnace skora potem miazdzonymi morelami, kwasem jablkowym, octem cydrowym, biszkoptowo-dzikie, wytrawne, powabne i piekne. Genialne.

3.9 2016. Dark orange color with white head. Aroma has some yeast, sour elements. Taste is fruity with long sour and dry aftertaste. Flavors of yeast, green apples , lemon. Some wood too.

3.8 Vertical tasting between a 2013 and a 2016 bottle. The former lost almost all carbonation and the citrusy notes and acquired a stronger taste. 4.0 Bottle. A- Funk, straw, musty, mild apple, sesame. A- Golden orange color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Cloves, hay, woodsy, mild vanilla, mild apple, sesame seeds. P- Medium body, average texture, medium carbonation, complex finish. O- 11 years old, this is one of the oldest beers I've drank. Surprised at the amount of sesame flavor and aroma. Not a ton of barnyard funk. I suppose the age on the beer is a big factor. In a weekend of many lambics, this was a great start.

3.6 Bottle, 375 ml. Pours a clear amber with a flimsy white head. Tarty aroma with green apples. Taste is tart with green apples, some sweetness and a sharp bitterness at the finish. Fizzy carbonation. A nice geuze.

3.9 375ml bottle, 2017, from hopt.it. Pours slight amber, with fine white foam. Aroma is fruity, barn, leather. Body is average, with a nice carbonation. Taste is medium-high sour, a little pungent. Final is nice and dry.

4.0 Found out of bottle from a store in Rybnik, Poland. Fruity and champagne aroma. Pours a hazy off orange. Strong but flavorful. Kind of fruity and sour but really good.

3.2 Unclear orange color, small white head. Aromas of citrus, gooseberries and slight elderberries. Tart taste with gooseberries, citrus and earth.

4.0 375ml (thx, Gabriel B.-S.!) @ home. BB 2037-04-12. Appearance: deep hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: nice funk, barnyard, fruity, and barrel notes. Taste: along the same lines, nice body. Overall: very good!
