4.1 375 mL bottle. Pours a clear, bronze color, with a big, bubbly, frothy, white head. The nose is orange pith, leather, cinnamon, grass, apricot, apple cider, and hard cheese. Dry and dusty, with a smooth, pleasant funk. Light to medium body, with a dry, crisp mouthfeel. This is a nicely balanced and enjoyable gueuze.
5.0 la birra di quando è nato simone.
3.6 Piwo mocno cierpkie i wyraźnie garbinkowe, z drewanianymi posmakami. Dzikość stonowana, rustykalna. Przyjemny balans owocowej słodyczy i średniej kwaśności. Super się pije, choć z czasem drewno lekko może przeszkadzać.
4.0 Hazy/turbid golden/amber beer with a slight off-white head. Medium/heavy aroma; taste starts medium sweet and ends slightly dry. Wood, fruit, grain, lambic, tart and citrus. 8/4/8/4
4.2 ( bottle) Aroma: apricots, hint of wine-ish note, wood. Taste: semi-sweet, flavour of wine, leather, apricots and funk. Palate: medium body , medium carbonation. Overall: Tasty&funky.
4.0 Bouteille (0.375 l, 13.50 €):Golden, hazy, lively(!) carbonation, big - quickly diminishing - loose white head, moderate sour-sweet fruity-lemony nose with the usual - here quite delicate - cellary aromas, "woody" background; moderate to sourish-sweet flavour, medium bodied and astonishingly soft; lingering sour-fruity finish with a delicate sweetness and a delicate "woody" and yeasty tartness, mild brandy-like alcohol-burn in the aftertaste. Extremely well balanced fizz of high deniability. Just a masterpiece...
4.2 Co tutaj mamy? Mało klasyczny lambik, bo o wiele pełniejszy, z dość solidnym ciałem. Dzikość stonowana, tylko trochę stajenna. Więcej owoców i to i agrestu i pestkowców. Ładny, delikatny migdał na końcu. Drewno też jest. Nieco garbnikowe. Piękna rzecz.
3.7 375ml bottle shared in Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy medium to light amber colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeasty, oaky, vanilla, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp, light, tart citrus fruits, dry, woody palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced.
4.2 At first it's a dry, tart, burned tire, with smooth complex rounded fruitiness with acidic fruity aromas. The taste then becomes more mellow as you get used to it and you lose the burned tire which gives way to spikey fruit with astringency. It's super dry with lots of complexity. One pretty fine lambic.
3.7 Bottle at a tasting. Quite complex, moderate sourness, moderate funk, moderately fruity. Med body, med carbonation. Good one.
4.0 Shared bottle, kindly donated by Fajry, many thanks. Light amber color with small white head. Aroma of grape, funk, sour notes. Taste, grape, funk, some fruits. Nice.

4.0 Fľaša. Mútnejšia zlatá farba. Vôňa kyselkavá, hroznová šťava. Chuť kyselkavo-nasladlá, bobulové ovocie. Veľmi príjemné.
3.8 The beer has got a hazy light vanilla colour with a small head and medium body. Aroma of acid and berries. Taste of acid, sourness, unripe fruits and brett. Sour finish.
4.2 From bottle thanks to Tom. Light hazy orange color with white head. Yeasty and malty aroma, funky, wood, peppery, light fruity and grassy. Light sweet, bitter and light acidic taste. Medium oily body with soft to average carbonation.
3.8 750 ml bottle. Pours a hazy orange amber with light head. Aromas of dull candied fruit, light farmyard, light grapes and toasted malts. Flavors of same with nice oaking. Refined, but more malty than expected.
4.0 04.05.2019, sample from a jug tapped directly from the barrel @ the brewery during Toer de Geuze: Nice bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, oak, old rope, sour berries, calvados, berry skin, bark, old citrus peel, hay, flowers. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, oak, calvados, berry skin, old rope, sorrel, sour berries, old citrus peel, flowers, bark. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
Bonne!
4.1 Pours gold with a white head, and aroma that is notably astringent, farmyard and slightly sour apples. Taste has a bit more balance than the aroma, to be consumed slowly and enjoyed!
3.9 Copenhagen 27/1 2019. 37,5 cl bottle from Ølhandleren in Give (web-shop). Nice matted bottle with a cork cap and a serious looking black label informing me that this is a mono blend aged in oak. Pours hazy, golden yellow with big, bubbly white head. Settles as fine, thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. No lacing. Aroma intensely sour and acerbic. Sour green apples, unripe goose berries, vinegar, light funk. The cognac and oak is hard to pick up. Light carbonation Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture. Flavor has a surprisingly evident sweetness. Medium sweetness followed by a stronger sour tartness. Aftertaste is bitter with light sweet undercurrent. Finish is dry and astringent. Like all good lambics it reminds me of dry white wine. But then again - what white wine has such fine funk?!
3.7 W aromacie funky i przyprawowość. Barwa bez zarzutu. W smaku dereczka, owoce, przyprawy. Przyjemnie kwaśne.
3.6 Aromat fajnie funkowy, przyprawy, w smaku przyjemnie kwaśno brettowe, przyprawy, jakieś cytrusy, fajne
3.9 Great beer to slowly enjoy. Aroma on the tougher side, with a bit in your face feel but still pleasant. Subtly sauer with bitter aftertaste, that came as a surprise for me.
4.1 Przepiękne. Wszystko co lambiczne. Bardzo wytrawne, fajnie. W stronę skórzastą, pestki z winogron, skórki. Ekstra.
4.0 Barwa złota, piana spora. Aromat stajni, skóry, drożdży, owocy. W smaku kwaśne, owocowe, winogronowe, drewniane. Alko całkowicie nieodczuwalne. Dobre pifko.
4.3 Aroma: pronounced funky note, lemon zest, ripe nectarine, bit of oak and alcohol. Appearance: hazy golden-amber color with a three-finger off-white head Taste: funky note, ripe nectarine, lemon zest, mild but noticeable oaky character in the background, medium-low sweetness, medium sourness, low bitterness Palate: medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, medium astringency, medium-low alcohol sensation, nice medium dryness and crispiness. Overall: Its flavor is nicely balanced and complex where the funkiness, citric fruitiness, nectarine sweetness are right in the place and the oaky character blends in very well. Its comfortable dryness and crispiness are quintessential for this style. Booziness is medium low in the mouthfeel, however, its 8.0% ABV is satisfying. really decent.
3.9 Bottle. Hazy orange colour, minimal white head. Aroma of grape, gooseberry, berries, light leather, barnyard, wood, some lemon and lime. Taste is dry, medium sour, light to medium bitter, gooseberry, berries, grapes, leather, barnyard, wood, lemon and citrus peel. Quite bitter, woody, tannic finish with notes of fruits. Light to medium body, average carbonation. Quite sharp, but very rich and tasty stuff.
4.3 Z zewnątrz wydaje się na bardzo przyjemny i spokojny smak. Po wypiciu jednego łyku dostajemy zastrzyk chaotycznego smaku owoców. bardzo przyjemnie się pije i naprawdę polecam.
4.3 Bottle shared at a tasting at zvsn's place. Slightly hazy golden-orange with bubbly white head. The aroma has notes hay, barnyard, wood, some leather and funk.
