Grrr!

English: Úlfur (wolf) is a powerfull clear ale, rich of love and bitterness. Saturated with american hops and icelandic innovation. Grrr!

4.4 Darker than double and interestingly bitter, my first beer from Island. would like to try many more.

3.7 Interesting ipa with pure Iceland water. Malty and bitter but not dry. Refreshing and mineral. Quite a thirst quencher which is a bit unusual for an ipa.

3.3 Bottle, purchased from Reykjavik airport. Pours an orange gold with a white head. Aroma: pine, floral, orange peel, mild tropical notes. Taste: pine, orange, mild grapefruit, floral and earthy flavours. Medium bodied. Moderate carbonation. Moderate bitterness that lingers. This was not particularly fresh, and so was a little bit unbalanced and difficult to drink. Might be nicer when fresher.

3.4 330ml bottle. Clear light brown/copper with one finger white head. Aroma is citrus, citrus and orange peel, grapefruit and light caramel. Nice bitterness in taste mostly balanced by caramelly malts, citrus, grapefruit, orange and citrus zest, unfortunately with some raw green (a tad oniony?) notes in the finish. Medium mouthfeel, medium carbonation and lingering bitter aftertaste.

3.3 On tap at Borefts Beer Festival. De Molen Brewery, Bodegraven, Netherlands, Friday 21st September 2018. A sunshine and heavy showers sort of day. Pours light gold with a white head. This is a pleasant IPA, not exciting by any means, however ticks most of the IPA boxes. . A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3
3.4 Tap at at a fish restaurant in Reykjavík. Pours copper with a creamy white head. Citrus/floral aroma. Medium body. Flavor is slightly roasty malt and floral with a touch of citrus. Not all that dry, but decently bitter. A bit malty for me. Ok IPA.
3.8 Butelka 330ml (BB 08.06.2019).
