4.1 50cl bottle pours an inky brown/black with some brick red head. Nose is superb with vanilla, booze, bourbon, caramel. Flavor has graham crackers, vanilla, caramel, toasted marshmellow. Finishes just a touch hot, but pretty good.
4.2 From a bottle at the Dec 7 RB gathering courtesy of solidfunk. Pours black with a tan head. Aromas of dark fudge brownies and whiskey barrel. Flavors are sweet fudge. Somewhat boozy finish.
4.2 Draft pour at Bottle Logic, Anaheim. Cocoa brown pour, almost no head. Nice breakfast like stout here. Quite sweet, full of strong vanilla, cereal, maple. Aroma matches. Intense flavor. Interesting, but a little too much of some strange things for my taste. UPDATE: 3rd trip back to Anaheim. Picked up a bottle of batch 6 at Provisions. Extremely impressed with my experience this time around. Really nice bourbon nose from a distance. Exceptionally smooth for the now elevated ABV. Listed at 14.17%. Tons of vanilla, balanced nice with bourbon, maple, cocoa. Really enjoyed this one.
4.1 Vanilla and roast. Barrel present but decently integrated. Black pour with good head and lacing. Caramel. Coffee. Bottle from San Francisco.

4.8 2018 bottle. Aroma : Vanilla, vanilla, bourbon notes, boozy, chocolate, wood. Taste : Dark chocolate, insane ammount of vanilla depth, layers upon layers of vanilla notes, nougat, burnt caramel and a boozy woody finish, bit spicy at the end. It's great, but a bit too alcoholic even over a year after it released, I would also like a bit more sweetness to go with that vanilla.
4.6 Tasted in mbcc.Huge chocolate and coffee aroma and taste with thick oil like body
4.0 Deep rich black with a rusty head and a luxurious aroma. The taste was sweet maple, damn I gotta eat my snack now. So good.
3.8 Pours opaque chocolate with a minimal buff head. Aroma presents roast malt, vanilla and bourbon plus a fruity hint. Flavor yields bourbon, caramel, roast malt and vanilla. Texture offers good body and fizz. Fundamentally tasty.
4.6 Piwo pite dawno, ocena w celu uzupełnienia listy. O jakie to było dobre, co tu się nie dzieje, coś wspaniałego.
4.2 500 ml bottle. Pours a pitch black in color and topped by a small tan layer of foam that fades quickly to a thin film. The aroma shows notes of dark chocolate, toasted vanilla, fudge, and chocolate cake over a dark roasted malt base with notes of bourbon soaked oak and booze. The flavor follows suit with notes of dark chocolate, fudge, and toasted vanilla blended together with chocolate cake, dark roast, and bourbon oak with some alcohol warmth and bitterness on the back end. Full bodied and smooth with soft carbonation that leads to a dark chocolate, toasted vanilla, and bourbon soaked oak on the finish. Really damn good barrel aged stout with vanilla. The vanilla is present throughout and damn good with a nice boozy barrel presence.
4.1 Black pour with a large darker tan head that recedes. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla from both the barrels as well as added flavors, wood, barrel, caramel. Medium to full bodied, warming, big chocolate and vanilla (mostly added) flavors dominate with a moderate to high barrel presence. Alcohol lightly present, but this is a pleasant sipper. At this stage of the game where we have BA stouts with stuff added, this is a better example.
