Some IPAs compete for most hops and maximum bitterness. Oh, we use hops – six different varieties – but believe in balance. This refreshing, distinctively American IPA features aromas of citrus and pine with a subtle caramel malt flavor.

2.9Grapefruit und strohig getreidige Noten dominieren. Dazu ein Hauch Zitrone. Recht lasch im Geschmack, somit spürbare Bitterkeit.
3.7330 ml bottle. Unclear pale orange, foamy head. Orange zest, grapefruit, tangerine, lime, some pine, mango. Fruity bitterness, citric sourness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry citric finish. Nice juicy IPA!
3.6Hellgelb mit weißen Schaum. In der Nase Grass -Zitrusnoten. Herb im Antrunk mit schöner Hopfenbittere am Ende.
3.0nice golden color. aroma and taste mostly cirtus and grapefuit. also a slight malty taste
3.333cl bottle. November 2018, Issy.
2.6Golden, a little cloudy and with a fruity aroma that includes plum, malt and something like kirsch. All that is fairly inviting, but the journey on the tongue is just bitter and flat - with no distractions or highlights at all. Then there is a slightly salty finish to put me off even further. I would prefer it to an average lager - but that's the best thing I can say about this beer.
3.6From backlog. Bottle at Seb’s Hotel Hamar. Golden with white head. Malts, hops, Citrus and pine.
4.0Kuivahko, cvähän persikkaa.
4.1355 ml bottle bought at Bottle Works in Tai Po.
Looks: Clear light amber honey with a very thin ring of dirt-like yeast sediments; Half finger head with soapy white foam which fades in 40 seconds; Very good sticky lacing with quite fizzy small carbonation.
Aroma: Very fragrant Ale malt, with strong lychee, rambutan, pineapples, perfume, very nice floral, sugar, spices, light biscuits, light lemon and grass. Tropical delight!
Taste: Close to light sweet Ale malt, with strong wheat, fair tartness, strong grapefruits, yellow fruits, floral, fair sugar, spices, wood, resins, biscuits, lemon, mid to strong bitter hops and grass.
Body: Close to medium body. Slightly slick and fairly oozy palate.
Mouth Feel: Good Ale maltyness in a heavily wheat-thinned background. STrong grapefruit and yellow fruit hops dominate, carbo-ish with nice floral and fair sweetness. Woody spicy oozy biscuity with lemon to round. Refreshingly nice!
Hoppiness: Strong lychee, rambutan, pineapples, perfume, floral, spices and grass in nose. Strong grapefruits, yellow fruits, floral, spices, wood, resins, lemon and grass in taste; Bitterness is strong for a lasting, close to high astringent bitter-sweet wheaty Ale malty finish.
After Taste: Quite dry. Citrusy oozy and bitter to mouth.
Comments: This one's superb tropical fruity and flowery aroma keep me interested. Despite heavy wheat-thinning, it has a strong citrus oozy hoppiness with a pretty clean finish. Another nice one from Boulevard and damn fine go-to IPA!
3.7Botella. Quite unclear gilden, white hövd, algo bueno. Nariz de fruita und citrus, sweet like maltiness. Good palate. Flavour of citrus hops with grapefruit and malt. Good well lasting dry bitter finish, hoppy piney. Tasty indeed.
3.3Pours nicely amber, hazy with a white-off head, very nice lacing. Aroma of fragrant caramel malts, citrus peel, pine and mango. Tastes medium bitter, typical American IPA, very conventional. Caramel, pine, citrus and mango, as for aroma. Easy to drink, crisp, medium carbonation. OK, not exciting, the usual stuff.
3.1Vom Fass. Dunkelgold, stabile Krone.
3.4Bottle from Budnikowski - hazy golden color, white head. fruity, but rather subtle. medium bitter. pines, forest. very round and distinct. nice to drink. an everyday IPA.
3.0Decent ipa
3.4Bottle 33 cl. bb 10.2018 vinmonopolet.no.
Golden, hazy with a medium white head. Malt, caramel and hops aroma. Bitter taste with a dry hop and malt end.
3.5Marriott, KCMO airport, bottle. Very good. Orange color and cloudy with white head. Easy drinking. Slight muskiness.
3.5Hazy golden color with a nice tight head. Aroma is very nice apple, guava, and melon, as well as some canned fruit salad. Taste is refreshing, bitter but not overpowering, with pine notes. Very nice little ipa
3.5Chez Ludo. Blonde foncée sans mousse ni carbo. Arôme fruits exotiques. En bouche, très douce, sucrée. Des fruits exotiques puis je amertume bienvenue . Une très bonne bière !
3.4Bottle. Clear pale golden with white head. The aroma has notes of citrus (orange), sweet maltiness, herbs, hint of Belgian yeasts, somewhat metallic. Quite bitter flavor with lots of orange, grassy, "green", leave, sourish, mild malty sweetness, hint of Belgian yeasts, some metallic notes. Medium-bodied.
3.4Bottle, stable long lasting bubbly fluffy head, clear dark gold color, shrubby, malty, citrusy aroma, malty fruity flavor with a medium mellow herbal shrubby bitterness. Nice satisfying IPA.
3.5Bottle from supermarket in France. Amber color, white head
Citrus, pine grass. Good
3.4Bottle from flavourly.com. Pours pale amber with an average sized white head. Aroma of hops, citrus and tropical fruits, caramel, grass and hint of pine. Moderate but developing sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Sweeter, semi-dry finish. Nothing special as IPA's go but solid performer overall.
3.6Bottled, 330ml from Waitrose in Banbury, Oxon. Gold with white head. There is a smooth hoppiness to this from the start, tropical fruits, pineapple, mango notes. There is a light resinous hint, easy on the palate, just a hint of strawberry bubblegum. Very pleasant and enjoyed whilst cooking up a Chicken Casserole, good stuff.
3.1Clear amber. Aroma is lychee bonbon grass juice and dandelion. Taste is hoppy grassy bitter and sour fresh juice. Medium drinkable. Butter and grass in the finish. Drinkable. Ok.
3.6Bottle, bb 10/18. Clear gold with a dense inch of white head. Aroma of lime, grapefruit, weeds and flowers. Smells like it's going to be a bit thin, and it is. There a little sweetness but nothing on the malt side of things really stands up to the fruity hops. But they are nice, as is the clean bitter finish. Not very distinctive but plenty of punch for well under 6%.
