Our distinctly American twist on a classic Belgian-style farmhouse ale takes its name from the notoriously unpredictable fermenter, where this signature beer's perfect combination of ingredients first came to life. You could call it fate. Our brewers called it Tank 7. This beautifully complex, straw-colored ale starts with a surge of fruity aromatics and big grapefruit hoppy notes, before tapering to a dry, peppery, lingering finsh.

3.6Flaska från Systembolaget. Bärnstensfärgad med vitt skum. Söt och lite stallig i doft och smak
3.8Bottiglia.
3.5Flaska från beerhouseshop.be.
4.0(Can) Cloudy orange body with violent carbonation and a huge, frothy, white head that leaves light lacing. Aroma of grain, yeast, light lemon, white pepper, allspice. Flavor is nicely spiced: pepper, allspice; toast, yeast, light lemon; crisp; a hint of the high alcohol peaks through at the end but mostly well hidden. Medium body, medium carbonation; soft and chewy mouthfeel.
2.9Bottle. Pours golden color, white head. Aroma of fumk, tart. Taste is medium sweet, medium bitter, floral, bittersweet finish.
3.9C: golden amber
N: floral, honey, light funk, touch of barnyard, pinch of heather, light citrus zest
P: pasty, spices, grapefruit zest, yeast, very mellow, alcohol barely traceable. Dangerous sipper.
4.0Bottle at on-line tasting. Straw color with medium white head. Aroma of malt, citric, yeast. Taste, fruity with stone fruits, citrus hops, floral, light spices, yeast in dry finsh. Alcohol is dangerously hidden.
4.2Light and slightly fruity that’s easy to drink
3.8Very fruity flavor, dry finish. Some hoppiness in the back.
4.1Bottle via Beermalade online tasting. Med-thin body initially, later dries out completely. Quite high carbonation. Lots of flowery character, slightly grassy, straw. Reminds me of some flowery white wines pretty heavily. Malt in the background, pretty dry. ABV relatively well hidden - light warmth present but that is all. Refreshing sipper. Very good.
2.8Pours amber with a fluffy white head. Aroma of slightly ferrous yeast, stone fruit. Taste has relatively plain malt, full bodied grains, yeast, lingering dark fruits. Palate has more lightly ferrous notes, malty. Interesting.
3.7Almost clear golden color and a white head. Funky nose, citric. Some sweet and hoppy flavors
3.9Alcoholvrije periode zit er op. Na hartstochtelijk TeamNL te hebben toegejuicht op de Coolste Baan nu lekker biertje verdiend.
4.0Bottle from an online shop drunk while grilling in the rain. Light hazy gold with a nice fine head. Nose is clean mild sour with a hint of caramel and lemon. Super fine carb, excellent light sour taste, balanced body with a really fantastic mouthfeel from the great carbonation. WOW.

3.4Cloudy golden with a medium white head.
Bready malts floral and some riped fruits to the nose.
Florals hops bread malts with roasted notes. Stone fruits and riped pear and apple bitter with sweet peppery spices.
Medium body with medium carbonation. A bit watery malty finish with a chocolate bitter aftertaste.
Although not a typical belgian farnhouse ale. This beer fits the styles pretty interestingly allowing the taster to brighten his tasting experience.
4.516 oz. can. 8.5% ABV.
AROMA: Heavenly scents of sweet citrus, pepper, and banana. My mouth is already salivating!
APPEARANCE: Pours a clear golden color with an incredibly tall, white, medium-frothy head, that dissipates slowly with excellent lacing.
TASTE: Slightly sweet on the front end, with just a hint of bitterness on the back end. My first sip tasted like watery grapefruit juice, and I became a bit disappointed. However, my second (and subsequent) sips resulted in the full flavors coming through. So I guess my taste buds just needed a jumpstart!
The most prominent flavors are grapefruit, lemon, hops, grass, and pepper. There is also a hint of spice if you let it sit on your tongue for a few seconds.
MOUTHFEEL: Medium bodied with a smooth texture and slightly high amount of carbonation (which is probably why it had such a large head).
OVERALL: I am quite impressed with this beer as there is little that I can find wrong with it. It's quite light on the palate and has mild sweetness and bitterness qualities, along with an incredibly intoxicating aroma (note: do yourself a favor and pour it into a glass with a large bowl so that you can inhale the aroma while you drink). All of which makes for an extremely easy drinking beer that (in my case) could become addictive. And there lies my "gripe", it's so tasty, and so easy to drink, that I would love to make it one my "everyday" beers that I drink all the time. Unfortunately, it's just a little on the pricey side to do that. However, it's not overly expensive, so I will definitely be buying this 4 or 5 times a year.
4.4Perfect Belgian-American hybrid. Deep amber orange colour with a very consistent, creamy and moderately persistent white head. Interesting fruity aroma of caramelized apple-pear, peach and citrus fruits, with rumors of bread dough, white pepper and herbs. Very good taste, coherent with the aromas, with the sweet-fruity flavors in the beginning of drinking progressively balanced by a grassy hoppy bitterness and a peppery pungency. Medium body and medium carbonation with a well hidden alchol, which only comes out as good and not invasive warming sensation in the aftertaste. This beer is a very good example of "exotic saison", perfectly matching belgian yeasts and american hopping style to create a very satisfying and well balanced beer.

4.0Bottle from Belgiuminabox.
Pours a hazy golden/amber colour with a large thick creamy white head. light aromas of bananas, cloves, apples, pears, herbs and spice. Taste has more of the notes from the aroma, more herbs and peppery spice, with a light citrus bitterness. Light to medium body, fairly low carbonation with a fruity, citrus and spicy finish. Subtle and elegant flavours but very nice indeed. Really enjoying this one. Excellent.
4.5De Belgiuminabox. En copa Teku. Viendo Westworld 3x04-05. Con galletas Tostarica. El alcohol le da cuerpo pero no sensación alcohólica y se integra muy buen con las notas funk típicas de una saison, todo ello aderezado con una buena dosis de lúpulo herbal
3.7Goût sympa! À reprendre pour faire le connaisseur
