Verrassend lekkere IPA. Hoppig & bittere eerste smaak met een warme volle zoete smaak in de mond (ananas en lychee). Nasmaak is terug hoppig. Aparte IPA.
3.7Golden color. Medium sized, white head. Pine, caramel malt and tropical fruits in aroma. Strong, hoppy bitterness, balanced by malty background.
2.8el hondra del usa, cassandra del rio hola des hui, cosa del sol des sutra von futzi. colla
4.1Btl pours a hazy golden color with a big creamy white head that lingers leaving rings of lace on glass. Smells of citrus, pine, and bread. Tastes of lemon pith, grapefruit, resin, sweet caramel, biscuits, herbs and those euro candy ring things. Medium body, excellent carbonation, juicy and coating mouthfeel and a mildly bitter/ tongue tingling finish. This beer is balanced perfectly. I would have never guessed it as a double until the buzz hit. It’s incredible!!!! “What’s that?”ohhh it’s CALLING ME!!!
2.833cl bottle. November 2018, Issy.
4.28.5%ABV. Double IPA.
Poured out gold. 8°SRM.
Nose has aromas of ripe citrus, pineapple, pine needles, spruce, and cedar.
Mouthfeel is full and juicy with just present carbonation.
Palate has flavors of graham cracker, pie crusts, adn bread crumbs. Nice biscuit on the palate as well. Rounded juicy flavor.
Hop flavors are pine needles, spruce tips, Japanese cedar leaves. Hint of kaffir lime leaf. Lemon zest and grapefruit peel near the end especially with a hint of citrus oil tanginess. There is a spicy dimension to the hop palate as well with parsley, cilantro, chilis, hyssop, bitter herbs.
Finish is long with bitter melon and light resin.
Overall, a really juicy, dry-hopped, sappy, resiny hoppy ride on a reasonably big malt backbone. There is an inviting juiciness that keeps you coming back for another quaff, only to bitch slap you mercilessly with the hoppy bitter which kinda stings a little and reminds you to take this IPA seriously...but then you grin and just keep coming back for more. Very well balanced and worth every calorie!

3.8250 chalice served from tap @ Au Coin Mousse - Geneva. Pours a cloudy orange color forming a medium off white head with low retention and practically no lacings formed and left in the glass. Sweet, fruity and herby nose. Notes of caramel malts. Grassy hops. Sweet upfront taste. Caramel malts. Simple beer. A bit booze. Sweet upfront. Strong caramel taste. Heavy molasses. Medium drinkability. Average

3.712 oz. bottle from the Beer Cave at Northwestern Medicine Field in Geneva, IL. poured to plastic showing a hazed, orangey/gold hue, with a presentable layer of cream colored froth, and spiraling foam to the lacing. The nose was malt creaminess, citrusy notes as grapefruit & orange, and touches of peel and resin. Medium bodied, with fair carbonation, the taste was similar, adding a bit of pith & malt creaminess, alcohol, and pronounced citrus, rind, and resin bitterness that lingered. A solid DIPA from a surprising source.
Enjoy!
4.4Pretty solid ipa. Piney, with a slightly sweet finish. Kighter in color, but nice bitter hop flavor.
3.3Bottle. Cloudy blond. Resin, plastic, papaya in the nose, bitter, more yeasty than hoppy although tarty notes and some tropical fruit do appear here and there. Full body, fairly carbonated, long finish of plastic, esthers and even some olive bitterness. Not amazing, not bad.
3.6Hazy golden color with a nice fluffy head. Aroma fruity, with lots of tropical fruit, dried papaya, and sweet notes. Taste fruity, tangy, not at all as sweet as the aroma would suggest, lots of grapefruit flavor, very drinkable for an 8.5% beer. Nice
3.6.33l bottle poured a hazy pale to yellow beer. Cant smell something due to pollen allergy so no comments (yet). Taste is really nice though; fruity, full, hoppy. Ilikeitalot
4.3355 ml bottle bought at HKBWEX in Mong Kok.
Looks: Translucent golden honey colour with a cloud of misty yeast particles; Half finger head with soapy white foam which fades in 30 seconds; Excellent sticky lacing with active small carbonation.
Aroma: Very fragrant full Ale malt, with pineapples, white grapes, rose petals, strong perfume, cream soda, orange, tangerines, floral, sugar, pepper, spices, yeast, citrus and grass.
Taste: Medium sweet Ale malt, with strong tangerines, oranges, strong grapefruits, cream soda, tartness, floral, sugar, strong spices, resins, dry biscuits, lemon, strong bitter hops and grass.
Body: Mid to full body. very slick and fairly oozy palate.
Mouth Feel: Very good Ale maltyness in a solid background, quite creamy with strong wheaty tartness. Vibrant spice, tangerines and grapefruit hops dominate. Flowery with nice strong sweetness. Oozy but notpiney, dry biscuity with strong lemon to round. What a bliss!
Hoppiness: Pineapples, white grapes, rose petals, strong perfume, cream soda, orange, tangerines, floral, pepper, spices, citrus and grass in nose. Strong tangerines, oranges, strong grapefruits, cream soda, floral, strong spices, resins, dry lemon and grass in taste; Bitterness is strong for a lasting, high astringent sweet-bitter spicy malty finish.
After Taste: Dry. Orange citrusy and strong bitter to mouth.
Comments: This is magic from start to finish: dreamy perfume and orangey hops aroma, strong spicy citrus hops in taste with solid maltyness and just right sweetness without being too oozy and fat malty. Thoroughly enjoyable all the way, this one is another solid proof that you can never go wrong with Boulevard!
3.40.33l på flaske. Gylden øl uden det store skum. Svag duft af gær og let bitter smag med en smule gær smag.
3.226 oz draft at Kauffman stadium Yankees vs Royals. Pours a dull gold moderate head. Tastes of leather and hops fighting a little but it has character.
3.7Pale yellow color with medium white head. Very hoppy aroma, herbs and pineapple, very fresh. Similar taste, pine, freshly cut grass and citrus, orange notes. Intense but brief bitter aftertaste. Very solid.
4.0Bottle, small stable bubbly head, hazy pale orange color, aroma of lemon, rose petals and turkish delight, flavor of turkish delight, rose petals, vanila and some fruitiness in the back, medium shrubby bitterness. Excellent DIPA, not too heavy, resembles a gewurtztraminer.
3.5Bottle. Hazy yellow color. Smell of hops mostly citrus and piney, spicy phenols, a bit floral. Moderately sweet, fruity, citric, lemon zest, lime, spicy, grassy bitter finish, quite dry, some Belgian yeast notes. Light bodied, fizzy, pretty quaffable for high ABV.

3.2Strong, dank thick hops with lingering impact. Some thick aniseed late. Quite a heavy funkiness to the palate that does hurt the balance. (260 baht 330ml pour @ Craft & Co Phuket Town)
3.0Bottle - Light golden yellow with a decent white head., fairly high carbonation. Good strong citrus aroma. Ting on tongue and in mouth. Strong hoppy citrus tasting. Overall better when died down a bit - then very drinkable for an 8.5% beer.
3.0On Tap at Homestead, Meridian. Foggy light straw color. Thin wispy white head. Bitter grassy floral hop bitterness and dry clean bite. Quite dry for such a big ABV
3.3Bottle. Golden blonde. Citrus and floral, perfumed notes in the aroma. Malty sweet floral, perfumed flavor. Citrus, pineapple. Soft tart notes. Nice enough.
3.6Bottle 33cl. Cloudy bright orange with a white head. Nice fresh citrus aroma. Taste is somewhat rich of hoppy flavours but not malt. Medium length.
3.7On tap at Lunar.
Thin white head. Cloudy golden pour. Lovely bitterness. Easy drinking for the abv.
4.2Resinous, hoppy, citrusy, with a bitter aftertaste. Delicious and refreshing, non malty, a delightful DIPA.
3.7Gylden farge med medium høyt skum. Malt og noe frukt på nesen. Litt kjedelig. Grapefruktbitter smak. Men ganske lite bitterhet.
